I bought my 2nd truck from Value Motors and I gotta say, they did a good job finding the Silverado 2500HD diesel for me from TX. I appreciate it a lot! Definitely recommend them!

Value Motors Company is not good at all. My car had to be fixed 5 times and it's still not right. They lie and waste my time. It's been nothing but a headache. I've never heard so much nonsense until I bought a car from them.

I got my 2nd car from Value Motors Company and let me tell you, I'm surprised by some negative comments I've seen. But my experience was great! *** and *** were real prompt and courteous. Even after I bought my car, they called me back and reduced my payments through the credit union. I saved $7500 on my 2021 Tahoe! Great job, guys!

Bought car in 2021, good people. Went back last month and got another car cause of customer service. Big problem, tire popped on way home to MS, nobody tell me why car can't be registered. Salesperson always busy and never call back about registering car. 2 weeks later random text with a pic of ABC title saying they send something to Biloxi, different place. Finance manager say to track documents, can't do it lol anyone can track with tracking number. Can't register, had to call financing Co and complain. Still no call back since down payment. Such bad people, terrible nightmare.

Dont eva buy anything from Value Motors on the ***. One of their peoples, *** is a liar n scammer. He say I cant test drive vehicle until I approved for loan. He lied about da model and miles on the car and den he wont give me a copy of my contract after I signed it. I asked for my copy fo 3 weeks before he emailed it to me. He put an arbitration clause in contract without my signature and said I signed it electronically. Da car had problems too and took 3 weeks to fix. Dey don't care bout peoples and don't help. STAY AWAY!

I bawt a 2015 Benz C 300 from Value Motors and gave $8.5k down. They told me to pick it up in Marerro, but when I got there, they didnt have it prepped, so I had to wait 30 mins. Then it had troubles- no AC, cracked rim, squeaky balls lol. I had to fight with the Kenner location to get my keys. They said to drop it off in Marerro for 3 days, but Marerro didnt know what they were talking about and wouldnt answer my calls. I got into it with some guys and still havent gotten proper compensation. Screw these guys, do not go here.

I buy car from Value Motors Company on June 16, 2022. It's been two months now and the car got lots of problems. I went to shop for car and they showed me what's wrong, but they did no fix or give me new car or refund. I even got second opinion from non-recommended shop and they found even more problems. Engine light was on in first few days of driving.

I bought a Scion frs from Value Motors Company on April 15th, 2022. After driving it for a day, the engine light came on. I didn't worry about it much, but a week later, the clutch burnt out. I took the car to a mechanic who said it would cost $2k to fix. The warranty I had didn't cover it because it counted as normal wear and tear. I feel that a car shouldn't have immediate problems after purchasing it, and the dealer should be willing to help. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case with this dealership. They told me that nothing could be done. Now I'm stuck with a broken car, out of $2k, and still have a car note and insurance to pay.

I got a 2014 Jeep Xherrojee from Value Motors Company's Kenner lot and picked it up at the *** lot. The car wasn't in good shape- it had dents, the dash board was ripped up, the tires were bald, and the rotors needed to be changed. After only seven days, the car's motor blew on me. They won't finance me another car, won't give my money back, won't give the bank the money and won't let me out of the contract. They won't answer any of my calls and now I'm in danger of losing my job because I come in late or have to take off since I don't have cab fare. My life has been difficult since I met them. Please help me out and don't let them continue to do this to me. Thank you in advance.
