I purchased the ticket yesterday early morning. Until now, the ticket is not yet issued
I spoke with the agent but he said it is under verification
This is very weired not to get your ticket on the fly. Agent said that I need to wait 96 hours.
For me, it is a bad customer experience and I don't think that I will visit flighthub website in the future. Other travel agencias are delivering better and more superior services.

Feb 2,2023 I booked a flight from Edmonton to Najaf (Iraq) on May 3,2023 and the tickets are issued for four of us. Feb 21,2023 I got a notification from flight hub saying that may tickets was changed and the layover in Montreal became 28 hours and 12 minutes instead of 4 hours and 12 minutes without any explanation. I called the same day and the day after and talked to different people without any results. All they said that the Qatary airline changed my tickets and can not do anything. I tried to cancel the flight but it would cost me ($285×4) because after 14 days I can't get my full refund. I would like my full refund including the cancelation fees because I believe that they sold our tickets in higher price . Finally, the flight hub people told me that we don't have seats in the economy class that we purchased on the 2nd of February, 2023.

Flight booked incorrectly by flighthub agent
We had a trip booked with Flighthub to go to Bangkok, Thailand in October 2022 for our honeymoon. We arrived at the airport 3 hours before our flight to check in. When we went to check-in, the agent was unable to check us in as the flight was booked incorrectly and we needed to contact Flight Hub to update the booking to the correct status so that we could check in. We contacted Flighthub and they told us we needed to contact Cathay Pacific (main Airline from from Vancouver to Bangkok). We were put on hold with Cathay Pacific. While on hold, I decided to contact Flighthub again (who we booked the flight with) to try and resolve. The Flighthub agent said he had to cancel our booking and rebook to get it in the correct status. Upon cancelling it, he than said he cannot rebook it as the layover in vancouver is too tight. He proceed to offer a full cancellation with a full refund or rebook it for 3 days later for an extra $250 per person. This took 3 hours at the airport and we never went to Bangkok. Flighthub did fully refund the trip but we did not get refunds for other tours/flights planned while in Thailand. We will never use Flighthub again.
Desired outcome: I would like for Flighthub to change their practices and making sure bookings are done correctly. I would like an apology recognizing their error would be helpful.
Cancellation of my flight due to extraordinary circumstances

The above flight is scheduled for Feb 11, 2023. I paid a total of $ 1,759.70 including taxes.
I called on Feb 04, 2023 to cancel my flight due to my injury from falling down while shoveling my driveway. The rep. told me I had two options: (1) Open Ticket (2) Refund
He advised me to opt for the "refund" as the other option "Open ticket" will cost me more. For the refund, it will cost me around $300, but for the open ticket, it's around $500. At first, the rep. told me that I will be refunded only $900.38 without even going through the file. Then, he said I had a cancellation policy in place... He was unprofessional at first sight. Anyway, after discussing with him for a while and after trying to clarify the net amount to be refunded is $1,459.70, but then he acknowledged that I have purchased my tickets in US$, and there is a conversion difference of $113.76 so that the real net amount would be $1,346.
However, when he emailed me the e-ticket invoice, I realized that he charged me an extra of $200 as modification fees, which he didn't disclose before proceeding with the refund. He was not able to explain to me the extra charge of $200 and the breakdown of all the charges deducted before the net amount refunded. It was clear during the phone conversation, the rep. was trying to misrepresent me in view of deceiving me - I asked to talk to a supervisor, and he declined, letting me know the supervisor will be calling me in 72 hours, whim I didn't hear from now.
I tried to call Flighthub several times, but I can't get through. Seems they blocked my number. Looks it's a common practice for them to scam people and abuse of the dire situation in which I am now. I relied heavily on my Credit card for the purchase of my groceries. I had to take some unpaid days off due to my serious injury. They took more than $600 from the refund amount, and they don't have a sense of humanity in their approach.

Clicked their link to select seats and was charged extra for literally scrolling to see what was available
I booked flights for a party of 5 to Germany from Toronto and back for July 2023. I received an email that stated I could select my seats now. Thinking with a larger party it would be nice to have seat’s together. Only when I clicked the link and I scrolled down on my phone it reloads the webpage and just stated that my seat request was sent. Then I get an email of extra charges for $85 more than the $8300 I just spent with them. I never authorized or confirmed or even CHOSE the seat it did it for me. Just me. Not anyone else in my party just 1 seat. Sat on hold for an hour after the airline told me the agency I used “would have to unassigned it”. FlightHub customer service was HORRIFIC. The rep argued with me, stated I HAVE to pay three extra $85, there’s nothing they could do. Even a supervisor won’t do anything she couldn’t do. Continued to argue with me. Didn’t understand at all just said that I had to have confirmed the seat. When I said what happened that I clicked the link from them, I scrolled down and it reloaded and said request sent, that that’s just how it is for everyone.
Desired outcome: Unassign the seat and refund the $85 fraudulently charged to my credit card
No customer service at all
I had the following booking 3C43R4. The first flight was delayed so i missed the connection flight!
Spent all night 9PM- 4am the next morning trying to contact you guys at [protected] to book a different flight with no luck, even I tried to contact Swiss airlines with no luck too. Finally at 4am I booked a flight returning to Edmonton since my international flight lost its purpose and I got frustrated and exhausted and all I wanted is to go home!
At this moment I’m still at the airport waiting for my flight without sleep all night !
I lost a business I was supposed to attend to in Jordan, spent 12 hours at the airport.
I need a full refund for my ticket, and this would be the least compromise for what I suffered today!

Hi I had reservation with flight hub.com for feb 7,2023 for Pardeep Kaur Manhani and Tripti Lnu [protected]) and [protected].
But before 6 days my fight I got to know that agency made mistake with my tickets they didnt inform me on day of booking that I cant fly to two european cities at same time I need visa to stay in two european cities as I have stay in Munich amd Frankfurt as I am Indian passport holder.
Cancelled flight
I purchased round trip tickets from Orange County Californian to Las Vegas. The return flight was moved to earlier in the day. That will not work out for our venue. I called Flight Hub to cancel the whole trip. Their response was “you can still fly there without interruption so you can only cancel the flight home, it you still have to pay for the flight there. I have checked the airlines and there is not a return flight that works. The person at Flight Hub said that’s their policy and that’s it.
Desired outcome: I would like a total refund of my money for the agreed round trip.
Flight cancelled / poor and rude customer service

My name is Ryan, I called 15 Jan. 2023 and asking for flight protection since my mom's flight was cancelled from May16 YVR-HKG. The agent I spoke to was so rude named Abraham Walker as per manager/supervisor Mike Lauson. The agent always cutting me out while talking and actually raised his voice to me while I'm talking and explaining. The manager apologized which is accepted on behalf of his team, he said that they were receiving tons of calls that's why his agent being impolite and rude. I used to work in Cathay Pacific as well in a call Centre industry too, we were taught that we have to treat our customer like they're our first customer of the day. I just want to have my mom's flight confirmed and protected. I'm not voluntarily exchanging the flights, it was cancelled, and I don't want to pay for to get her a new flight. Call me to this no. On December 6th 2023 I went onto Flight hubs website and booked a flight from Atlanta Georgia to Fresno California. Prior to paying for the tickets the flights were not fully exposed as far as details. Once i seen the extreme amount of layover times and connections on the flights I called Flight to Cancel my travel plans and request a full refund. The first person I spoke with on Flight hub claimed that I needed to speak with someone from a special department and I would get a called back in 48 hours-Needless to say it did not happen. So on December 9th I called back and spoke with one of the Agents and she told me that it would take up to 3o days to get a refund and there would be very little money refunded. The flight agent at United Airlines did not let me on the flight with a covid negative PCR test. He refused my entry not being fully vaccinated. He would not alloy me to go on that flight. I asked the agent if I would get a credit for those two flights? The agent said contact who I booked through. When I returned home, I contacted flighthub and the agent said he could not refund me because I purchased two economy tickets. I said,"I would like economy price back, I am not asking for first class refund."
I did not recieve what I purchased. I complied with what the airline required.
The agent gave me advice to purchase cancellation insurance with flighthub for the flights or dispute the charges with my credit card provider.

I am facing a critical situation right now with my Travel Plans. Please see the background below and help me out.
I booked a return trip flight ticket from FlightHub (website/travel agency). The airline is Turkish Airlines. Route is from Toronto to Ahmedabad and return Ahmedabad to Toronto (Toronto->Istanbul->Delhi->Ahmedabad and return Ahmedabad->Delhi->Istanbul->Toronto).
I received a notification from FlightHub that my Itenary has changed and that I have to confirm the changes. I called FlightHub to tell them that I am okay with the changes Turkish Airlines (Airline) has made. However, FlightHub said to me that Turkish Airlines has removed me from one of the flights on my Departure trip (Delhi to Ahmedabad) and that there are no other flights FlightHub is able to find and the only option available is a full refund. I was able to see that there are no flight cancellations and I was also able to find alternate flights. However, FlightHub said that on their side they cannot find anything. Also, they are not able to provide the reason why my ticket for the Delhi to Ahmedabad flight was cancelled. I asked them to provide me with these details in writing via email but they said they cannot do that.
I then called Turkish airlines to figure out why my ticket was randomly cancelled like this. They told me that it is not the case and that there is only a small change to the timing for my flight and my name is on the reservation for all 6 flights of my trip (including the Delhi to Ahmedabad flight). They said that FlightHub only has to provide confirmation to Turkish Airline that the customer is okay with the changes made to the reservation.
I called FlightHub again and asked them to check again and provide the confirmation to Turkish Airlines. They said the same thing again that they do not see the option and the only option is cancelling the ticket fully and providing a refund.
I had this trip planned from 5 months and booked the ticket from about 5 months as well and now last minute I am having these troubles. Turkish airline has confirmed that I am still on the ticket and my name is in the reservation but FlightHub is not letting me proceed. Turkish Airline says that they cannot help me because the ticket is booked from an agency (FlightHub).
My Flight is on 11th of Jan and I really need your help to resolve this situation. How can a customer face this kind of a situation.

Baggage allowance
I have booked a flight from YVR-SFO-DXB-BOM for 27th January 2023 and Return for 18th February 2023.
Before booking confirmation I was not notified by Flighthub that it is going to be only 1 baggage of 23 kg for my entire trip. After the booking, when I clicked on the link provided by flighthub, it took me to emirates website and I realized that I am getting only 1 baggage. There are 2 Airline company involved here. Air Canada and Emirates. As per Emirates there baggage allowance is 2 bags of 23kg per passenger for Economy Saver (I paid $700 additional for Saver package).
But When I called Flighthub with this issue, they are saying this is just because of Air Canada's 1 bag policy. So basically for 2 hours of Air Canada flight, I will have to suffer for my next 26 hours and again return flight. I am flying with my family which involves my wife, my mother, mother-in-law and my 4 years old daughter. Even after paying 10K for tickets, they want to earn more with the baggage and torturing the passengers. I am so depressed the way Flighthub customer service behaved. Not sure how much effective this complain going to be but I want the justice here.
Desired outcome: 2 baggage per passanger should be allowed without any payment.

I'm assuming that this is a common sentiment, but I need to vent.
So i cancelled the flight 3 weeks prior to the flight (the itinerary explicitly says "Tickets are refundable with a penalty fee", no asterisks for other conditions).
They charged me $75 for cancellation, told me about $260 penalty, said that the processing takes 26 weeks or so.
over 30 weeks passed. called again - was told that some special department will contact me in 3 weeks.
8 weeks passed. called myself - 72 hour call-back promised.
Week later, calling myself - being told that tickets are not refundable because this is past the flight date and the refund papers were nor filled out on time. The agent says I can get a travel credit (for exactly the same route of travel), but he can't do it. I'm supposed to wait for another 3 weeks for a callback.
Forgot to mention: each one of these calls takes well over an hour with constant "can i put you on hold?".

Ticket booking
I booked a flight from YYC to KHI for myself and my family including my wife, 7 year old son and 10 month old daughter using FlightHub. The connection I got had only 90 mins layover at DXB. Trusting FlightHub, I booked the flight but 90 mins proved to be to too short to make the connection. Since both inbound and outbound flights were on time, they refused to further facilitate me. Stranded at DXB, I had to make emergency booking which cost me approximately CAD 6000.
Talking to DXB authorities , I found out that the minimum connection time recommended by DXB authorities is three hours. Working as virtual travel agents, I am certain that it was FlightHub's responsibility to make a connection which incorporates these finer details. Isn't it a service for which a travel agent, FlightHub in this case, charges money for?
I am confident that FlightHub's poor service and lack of regard for minimum recommended time at DXB cost me CAD 6000.
Desired outcome: I would like FlightHub to compensate me not only for the monetary loss but also the mental anxiety and stress it caused me and my family including a child and an infant.

I was never informed that there are changes with my flight. I only knew it because I am checking in. They keep saying that they cannot doanything as per the airlines policy. Icalled the airline and they informed me that flighthub have cancelled my flight and book a new one. No the tickets are so high and i have already made plans as this has been booked in the past 8 months, flighthub should be reposible for this. flighthub is the one looking into reservations and changes. please resolve this. i need to depart on my orignal feparture date. i dnt mind changing the flight back date
