I booked a flight via Flight Hub departing from USA and entering Brazil. You have misleading information regarding the COVID-19 entry requirements. You clearly state on my reservation page that nothing is required for non-vaccinated passengers. Thank God I called the airline and they told me a test its needed! Just stop misleading your costumers and make sure you provide accurate UPDATED information for all your bookings according to departure and entry countries. This is a service that you MUST have and do.
Desired outcome: Do your part in communicating the truth to your clients. and Stop misleading information that will cause extreme disruption to your client's travells!!
getting the mistake ticket by agent and doesnt accept any responsibility
I purchased two tickets for myself and my spouse from Flight Hub three days ago through the agent. The agent put my name incorrectly and they don't accept their responsibility, no one provides me with a satisfactory response. Always each agent responds to me in a different way. please don't buy tickets from them. they are just online and don't have any office in Canada and they work from egypt.
Major price discrepancy
Booked a round trip for two adults, however, post booking on the Airlines website there was price difference of over a CA$1000's.
Upon calling the support line I received a vague answer stating the additional amount of $500 per passenger was for Service fees and baggage claims.
Upon requesting for a detailed invoice they emailed me a total amount invoice, where no breakdown was available for reviewing.
The customer support agent put the call on hold multiple times not sure what they tried to gather, but no help at all!.
Upon requesting once again to clarify the details and/or providing me with an email or phone number of their manager(s) who would be able to explain and help me, the call to my surprise was muted and all of a sudden disconnected to their advantage.
Tried calling the same line once again and was in queue for over 30 minutes.
The worst [censored]ing experience, never ever use Third-party websites for booking flights and any other service they try offering.
Ridiculous, Epic Fail service.
Desired outcome: I prefer Flight hub to match the cost of the flight ticket as seen on the airlines website.

On March 11, 2022 I booked a return trip to Denmark and paid $1,702. I was to travel Economy Plus to Denmark (wider seat, additional services) and economy of the return trip. My flight was changed through a FlightHub notification then I booked an alternative departure date (one day earlier). I checked my new ticket that has a departure tomorrow May 20 at 6:20pm with Lufthansa. I realized a few days ago that the flight to Denmark is Economy. Someone was to call me back yesterday since the problem was detected. I have not heard from anyone after numerous calls and time spent waiting.
I am, to say the least, very upset. I paid hundreds of extra dollars for nothing. Truly disappointed and I have to take my trip then take legal action upon my return.

I bought a flight to Europe, and on the ticket says I am buying economy class, and I have one carry on free, the check in luggage has a link "view policy", that takes you to lufthaza's online calculator, which says you have one check in per person, for economy class.
Now flighthub is claiming that I bought a economy light fare with out check in luggage, and nowhere on the ticket says economy light.
I am very frustated.
This is false advertising and misleading.
Desired outcome: I would like to see flighthub upgrade my so called basic economy that basically was no t advertised as one, to economy class for free, so we can have one check in per person.

Flight June 4th Toronto to Puerto Vallarta
Because I booked through Flight Hub my flight was overbooked and the airline will not compensate me. My flight was changed to a completely different city at a different time, with no way to get to that city. I've been on hold with Flight Hub for over an hour. This is a booking for 4 people for my bachelorette trip. I'm afraid my trip is ruined.
Desired outcome: A refund, or payment towards another flight, even a covered way to Montreal to catch the flight that was overbooked. Even just talking to a human being would be nice as I still haven't gotten through.

Cancelled reservation-request for refund
On April 5,2023 I attempted to book a round trip for my family to Ottawa from Vancouver however I received an email from Flighthub.com that my reservation was cancelled due to the company's inability to process payment on my card.
I called Flighthub.com support immediately and was informed that the payment could not be processed; I pointed out that I had tried the booking twice which was confirmed on the call.
Based on the discussion with the Customer Service Support, I gave my consent that the bookings should be cancelled and I received a mail to this effect.
Furthermore I was informed that the refund will take minimum of 5 business days however after waiting out this period I was surprisingly informed that the payments were successful and the funds will not be reversed back to my card.
I wish to request for a total refund of the funds taken from my card or be granted some flexibility on the travelling dates as I only intend to be in Ottawa for a day with my family for official purpose
This situation is challenging for me and my family as it would be very difficult to embark on the return trip on April 26,2023,six days after the departure date

Unable to use the credit | rigid policy

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to address an issue I have been experiencing with FlightHub. Last year, I had booked a flight for four people, but due to unforeseen personal circumstances, some of the travelers were unable to make the trip. As a result, I had to cancel their tickets and pay a fine. However, I did receive some credit for future use from FlightHub.
My concern is that the credit use policy is very rigid and has not been helpful to me. Flight tickets are not a small expense, especially during the pandemic. I had to cancel the tickets for an elderly individual and a child, and now I find myself unable to use the credit. Booking flight
I would like to file a complaint about my conversation with a representative at Flight hub (Madison). One of my fight got canceled by the airline this morning, I called and confirmed with the airline and let flight hub knows. Then I tried to book another flight for the same date on flight hub website, but the site gave me a warning and didn't allow me to book, since they still had a record of my cancelation flight on their system. So I called and Madison said she can help me to book on the phone, but the price she gave me was higher than it shown on their website, I explained and asked her to honor this most updated price showed on their site, but she refused. I asked if she can talk to her supervisor if there is anything she can done to match the updated price shown on website, but she said no, and refused to talk to supervisor. So I requested to talk to a supervisor directly, but she said no I cannot talk to them. I felt a bit rude and don't understand why there is a discrepancy of price on their record and their website. She couldn't explained and refused to try ask some superior for resolution. I was not happy and wanted to file a complaint, she said there is no way I can file a complaint. I felt very disappointed and want to find out if that's true or not? Very upset about the poor customer service and employees not willing to take extra step to help customers. Also, the company didn't have a channel for clients to express concern or complaints didn't seems right. Thank you

Please provide details about your complaint:: Last March 22, 2023, I booked a flight from Toronto to Calgary for two persons namely Dr. Romulo Sinajon and Mr. Douglas Quimno, the two seniors officer of the organization my husband is affiliated to, and was issued a ticket YYZ to YYC is via Flair Airlines and coming back from YYC to YYZ via WestJet. Unfortunately on the day of the flight the flight was cancelled by Flair Airlines and was constrained to request a refund from both airlines. Flair Airlines agreed to issue a refund but WestJet refused saying since I booked through Flighthub that I talked to them, again I was refused saying that the flight coming back was not cancelled. I don't get it; how can I fly back to Toronto when my flight going to Calgary was cancelled.
it is not fair that they just swallow and profit from us when it is beyond our control.

I got sick overseas and could not return on my flight . I contacted Flighthub, they told me i needed to contact the airline . I contacted Cathay PACIFIC, they told me i needed to contact Flighthub because i booked through them . This went on for 2 days , neither would listen to my issue. Now , after Im home Flighthub actually tells me that I am out to lunch . This company is a bunch of scammers .

Flighthub is the worst travel agent company to book flights with and to deal with. They have some special rates which they book tickets on, and even if you are eligible for a ticket change, you are not able to change the tickets. My booking number was [protected]. I booked 2 tickets for me and my fiancé, because we were flying to India to get married, which costed me approximately CAD4500. Due to some visa appointment issues, we were not able to get Schengen visa to have 2 layovers in Germany. I started calling Flighthub since 2nd January and kept on calling them until 2nd February. I made approximately 30 calls in which I didn’t get any success in changing the return flight. In the end, I had to book a new flights which costed me CAD3677. Every time I called, the call lasted for approximately 1 hour and it did not result in a positive outcome. The representatives said that they were not able to view the price difference. A couple of times the representatives were able to see the fare difference and it was approximately CAD1450 (for which we could buy new flight tickets), but they were not able to book. I would like to have a refund or credit for the return flight or the fare returned for the return flights. It is not fair to have tickets booked which you cannot use.
Desired outcome: I would like an apology and a refund for the return tickets which we were not able to use while flying back from New Delhi to Toronto.

Flight ticket modification
I have been trying to modify my flight for days. Iv been waiting to speak to someone for over 40min.i spoke to someone once a few days ago with quotes for date changes and iv been told they'll call back and noone has called back yet. I can't modify it online they said only by phone when I called (I don't know why it doesn't make sense)

Cancelled flight with no option of changing ticket
I booked flight tickets for me and my husband with FlightHub on Jan 12, 2023, booking # [protected]. The flight is from Calgary to Athens on Apr 23, 2023 and from Athens to Calgary on May 6, 2023, connect at London. The flight from Calgry to London is operated by Westjet and from London to Athens is operated by Sky Express. On Mar 3, I received an email from Sky Express indicated the flight from Athens to London on May 6 was cancelled, I was informed to contact booking agent to discuss options that I have. I called FlightHub immediately and was told I have two options: 1. Cancel the entire booking and FlightHub will request airline to refund. 2. Change to the flights that are operated by the same airlines on the same routes as the original tickets, i,e, from Athens to London by Sky Express and from London to Calgary by Westjet. Sky Express only have flight from Athens to London on May 5 or May 7 at 11:10 am. Since the cruise that we are going to take will dock at the Athens port in the morning of May 5 and the flight from London to Calgary by Westjet will depart London on 12:51pm on May 7, neither of the Sky Express flights from Athens to London will work for us. I asked if the agent can change our tickets to a different route that operated by these two airlines, i,e, connect at a different city rather than London, I was told in this case I need to pay for the ticket change fee and fare difference. At the end of the call, I have no choice other than cancel the tickets, then rebook from other airlines. The new booking from other airlines cost $1400 more than my original booking at FlightHub, mainly due to the new booking was two months later and airlines had increased the price.
Several days after my ticket was cancelled, I spoke to my friend who bought the ticket the same day as I did (on Jan 12) on FlighHub, and she has exactly the same itinerary and flights as I had, she told me FlightHub changed her ticket to : Athens to Rome and Rome to Calgary on May 7 free of charge. How come for the exactly same itinerary, flights and situations, we were treated differently and cost me $1400 extra for new tickets?
Desired outcome: 1. FlightHub to explain why I was refused to change the ticket to another route that works for me free of charge.2. FlightHub to compensate the extra $1400 that I paid for the new tickets.
Partial trip cancellation by airline - flighthub not helping
[edited] - We purchased 3 round trip airline tickets from Calgary AB to Athens Greece, Calgary to London, London to Athens, Athens to London, London to Calgary. Only by checking our itinerary did we discover that the return flight Athens to London had been rescheduled therefore we would not make the London to Calgary connection. We contacted Flighthub right away, they could not/would not offer us a viable alternative. We requested that they cancel the whole itinerary, Flighthub said they would not do that, they would only cancel the return portion. We have requested Flighthub to cancel and refund the tickets price for the Calgary to Athens, they have refused. Any other options they offered us were almost double in price. We are scrambling to find alternate flight arrangements. We are very frustrated that Flighthub did not notify us by email about the rescheduling of the flight Athens to London. They are saying that we now have one-way tickets, Calgary to Athens, not the round trip that we originally purchased. We want our Calgary to Athens portion cancelled and a full refund.

Reschedule flight
I recently booked a flight from Edmonton to Algeria with 2 conections flight. I had to reschedule my flight back i paid $600 extras for cheap flight. with 3 conections flights. with extras 15 hours over lap that is not acceptable. in the end my flight has been conceled and I have to take cheapest airline KLM lost my luggage. I feel that I have been treaded me with cheap flight with extras cost.
This is bad business for the company I will not tolerate this. I need my refund and iu will not use flight hub again in the future
