FlightHub Flight ticket modification

I have been trying to modify my flight for days. Iv been waiting to speak to someone for over 40min.i spoke to someone once a few days ago with quotes for date changes and iv been told they'll call back and noone has called back yet. I can't modify it online they said only by phone when I called (I don't know why it doesn't make sense)

This is really unprofessional I'm really upset and the flight is in a few days.

Desired outcome: I want someone to call. Me to change my flight date. My number is [protected] and the ticket number is [protected]

FlightHub Cancelled flight with no option of changing ticket

I booked flight tickets for me and my husband with FlightHub on Jan 12, 2023, booking # [protected]. The flight is from Calgary to Athens on Apr 23, 2023 and from Athens to Calgary on May 6, 2023, connect at London. The flight from Calgry to London is operated by Westjet and from London to Athens is operated by Sky Express. On Mar 3, I received an email from Sky Express indicated the flight from Athens to London on May 6 was cancelled, I was informed to contact booking agent to discuss options that I have. I called FlightHub immediately and was told I have two options: 1. Cancel the entire booking and FlightHub will request airline to refund. 2. Change to the flights that are operated by the same airlines on the same routes as the original tickets, i,e, from Athens to London by Sky Express and from London to Calgary by Westjet. Sky Express only have flight from Athens to London on May 5 or May 7 at 11:10 am. Since the cruise that we are going to take will dock at the Athens port in the morning of May 5 and the flight from London to Calgary by Westjet will depart London on 12:51pm on May 7, neither of the Sky Express flights from Athens to London will work for us. I asked if the agent can change our tickets to a different route that operated by these two airlines, i,e, connect at a different city rather than London, I was told in this case I need to pay for the ticket change fee and fare difference. At the end of the call, I have no choice other than cancel the tickets, then rebook from other airlines. The new booking from other airlines cost $1400 more than my original booking at FlightHub, mainly due to the new booking was two months later and airlines had increased the price.

Several days after my ticket was cancelled, I spoke to my friend who bought the ticket the same day as I did (on Jan 12) on FlighHub, and she has exactly the same itinerary and flights as I had, she told me FlightHub changed her ticket to : Athens to Rome and Rome to Calgary on May 7 free of charge. How come for the exactly same itinerary, flights and situations, we were treated differently and cost me $1400 extra for new tickets?

Desired outcome: 1. FlightHub to explain why I was refused to change the ticket to another route that works for me free of charge.2. FlightHub to compensate the extra $1400 that I paid for the new tickets.

FlightHub Partial trip cancellation by airline - flighthub not helping

[edited] - We purchased 3 round trip airline tickets from Calgary AB to Athens Greece, Calgary to London, London to Athens, Athens to London, London to Calgary. Only by checking our itinerary did we discover that the return flight Athens to London had been rescheduled therefore we would not make the London to Calgary connection. We contacted Flighthub right away, they could not/would not offer us a viable alternative. We requested that they cancel the whole itinerary, Flighthub said they would not do that, they would only cancel the return portion. We have requested Flighthub to cancel and refund the tickets price for the Calgary to Athens, they have refused. Any other options they offered us were almost double in price. We are scrambling to find alternate flight arrangements. We are very frustrated that Flighthub did not notify us by email about the rescheduling of the flight Athens to London. They are saying that we now have one-way tickets, Calgary to Athens, not the round trip that we originally purchased. We want our Calgary to Athens portion cancelled and a full refund.

FlightHub Reschedule flight

I recently booked a flight from Edmonton to Algeria with 2 conections flight. I had to reschedule my flight back i paid $600 extras for cheap flight. with 3 conections flights. with extras 15 hours over lap that is not acceptable. in the end my flight has been conceled and I have to take cheapest airline KLM lost my luggage. I feel that I have been treaded me with cheap flight with extras cost.

This is bad business for the company I will not tolerate this. I need my refund and iu will not use flight hub again in the future

FlightHub 3 tickets booked through Flight Hub

Horrible experience. Paid over $5000 for a flight which was then canceled. We were told we would get a credit for new flights but then never received it. Get a different story from every Flight Hub agent we've spoken to. They ripped us off for over $5000.00! Please don't use them. Spent 3 hours total on hold today trying to speak to a representative

FlightHub Ticket Issuance

Hi Team,

I purchased the ticket yesterday early morning. Until now, the ticket is not yet issued

I spoke with the agent but he said it is under verification

This is very weired not to get your ticket on the fly. Agent said that I need to wait 96 hours.

For me, it is a bad customer experience and I don't think that I will visit flighthub website in the future. Other travel agencias are delivering better and more superior services.

FlightHub Product/service

Feb 2,2023 I booked a flight from Edmonton to Najaf (Iraq) on May 3,2023 and the tickets are issued for four of us. Feb 21,2023 I got a notification from flight hub saying that may tickets was changed and the layover in Montreal became 28 hours and 12 minutes instead of 4 hours and 12 minutes without any explanation. I called the same day and the day after and talked to different people without any results. All they said that the Qatary airline changed my tickets and can not do anything. I tried to cancel the flight but it would cost me ($285×4) because after 14 days I can't get my full refund. I would like my full refund including the cancelation fees because I believe that they sold our tickets in higher price . Finally, the flight hub people told me that we don't have seats in the economy class that we purchased on the 2nd of February, 2023.

FlightHub Flight booked incorrectly by flighthub agent

We had a trip booked with Flighthub to go to Bangkok, Thailand in October 2022 for our honeymoon. We arrived at the airport 3 hours before our flight to check in. When we went to check-in, the agent was unable to check us in as the flight was booked incorrectly and we needed to contact Flight Hub to update the booking to the correct status so that we could check in. We contacted Flighthub and they told us we needed to contact Cathay Pacific (main Airline from from Vancouver to Bangkok). We were put on hold with Cathay Pacific. While on hold, I decided to contact Flighthub again (who we booked the flight with) to try and resolve. The Flighthub agent said he had to cancel our booking and rebook to get it in the correct status. Upon cancelling it, he than said he cannot rebook it as the layover in vancouver is too tight. He proceed to offer a full cancellation with a full refund or rebook it for 3 days later for an extra $250 per person. This took 3 hours at the airport and we never went to Bangkok. Flighthub did fully refund the trip but we did not get refunds for other tours/flights planned while in Thailand. We will never use Flighthub again.

Desired outcome: I would like for Flighthub to change their practices and making sure bookings are done correctly. I would like an apology recognizing their error would be helpful.

FlightHub Cancellation of my flight due to extraordinary circumstances

Flighthub Booking # : [protected] (Cancelled on Feb 04, 2023)
The above flight is scheduled for Feb 11, 2023. I paid a total of $ 1,759.70 including taxes.
I called on Feb 04, 2023 to cancel my flight due to my injury from falling down while shoveling my driveway. The rep. told me I had two options: (1) Open Ticket (2) Refund

He advised me to opt for the "refund" as the other option "Open ticket" will cost me more. For the refund, it will cost me around $300, but for the open ticket, it's around $500. At first, the rep. told me that I will be refunded only $900.38 without even going through the file. Then, he said I had a cancellation policy in place... He was unprofessional at first sight. Anyway, after discussing with him for a while and after trying to clarify the net amount to be refunded is $1,459.70, but then he acknowledged that I have purchased my tickets in US$, and there is a conversion difference of $113.76 so that the real net amount would be $1,346.

However, when he emailed me the e-ticket invoice, I realized that he charged me an extra of $200 as modification fees, which he didn't disclose before proceeding with the refund. He was not able to explain to me the extra charge of $200 and the breakdown of all the charges deducted before the net amount refunded. It was clear during the phone conversation, the rep. was trying to misrepresent me in view of deceiving me - I asked to talk to a supervisor, and he declined, letting me know the supervisor will be calling me in 72 hours, whim I didn't hear from now.

I tried to call Flighthub several times, but I can't get through. Seems they blocked my number. Looks it's a common practice for them to scam people and abuse of the dire situation in which I am now. I relied heavily on my Credit card for the purchase of my groceries. I had to take some unpaid days off due to my serious injury. They took more than $600 from the refund amount, and they don't have a sense of humanity in their approach.

FlightHub Clicked their link to select seats and was charged extra for literally scrolling to see what was available

I booked flights for a party of 5 to Germany from Toronto and back for July 2023. I received an email that stated I could select my seats now. Thinking with a larger party it would be nice to have seat’s together. Only when I clicked the link and I scrolled down on my phone it reloads the webpage and just stated that my seat request was sent. Then I get an email of extra charges for $85 more than the $8300 I just spent with them. I never authorized or confirmed or even CHOSE the seat it did it for me. Just me. Not anyone else in my party just 1 seat. Sat on hold for an hour after the airline told me the agency I used “would have to unassigned it”. FlightHub customer service was HORRIFIC. The rep argued with me, stated I HAVE to pay three extra $85, there’s nothing they could do. Even a supervisor won’t do anything she couldn’t do. Continued to argue with me. Didn’t understand at all just said that I had to have confirmed the seat. When I said what happened that I clicked the link from them, I scrolled down and it reloaded and said request sent, that that’s just how it is for everyone.

Desired outcome: Unassign the seat and refund the $85 fraudulently charged to my credit card

FlightHub No customer service at all

I had the following booking 3C43R4. The first flight was delayed so i missed the connection flight!

Spent all night 9PM- 4am the next morning trying to contact you guys at [protected] to book a different flight with no luck, even I tried to contact Swiss airlines with no luck too. Finally at 4am I booked a flight returning to Edmonton since my international flight lost its purpose and I got frustrated and exhausted and all I wanted is to go home!

At this moment I’m still at the airport waiting for my flight without sleep all night !

I lost a business I was supposed to attend to in Jordan, spent 12 hours at the airport.

I need a full refund for my ticket, and this would be the least compromise for what I suffered today!

FlightHub Missing item

Sir iam kadari babu ordered dell inspiron core i5 11th gen (16 gb/512 gb ssd/window 11home) I am ordered 06-01-2023. Iam received on 13-01-2023. My payment mode debit card prepaid mode I am pay the amount for this order. On the day I am received "empty box" in the box laptop was not there only empty box there capture all sides of the box   shared flipkart customer care support but they was rejected my request 5 times  and flipkart delivery person visited my home argument they capture total home images 5 days they was visited our home  my family members irretition we trust flipkart and blandly prepaid the amount rs `64,490"if the problem not resolve in promise you I want sucide   in our family rs"64 490" big amount one year income. And iam raised legal notice behand half I the offline I am raised police complaint asloin the all social medias also I am shard those all details kindly I am requesting please resolve my issue as possible as soon my humble  request

FlightHub didn't refune money

I had booked the round trip air ticket number [protected] of flighthub agent, from March 19, flights from fort myers FL to ho chi minh city (vietnam) I had cancelled by asiana airline from Kennedy airport New york, asiana staff said that refune money for me, when i had contact with flighthub agent, customer service of flighthub forced me pay more $200 money for service, until right now. Money is also not returned from both asiana airlines and flighthub agent,everyone beware of agent flighthub, the best never deal with flighthub scam

FlightHub Flight

Hi I had reservation with flight hub.com for feb 7,2023 for Pardeep Kaur Manhani and Tripti Lnu [protected]) and [protected].

But before 6 days my fight I got to know that agency made mistake with my tickets they didnt inform me on day of booking that I cant fly to two european cities at same time I need visa to stay in two european cities as I have stay in Munich amd Frankfurt as I am Indian passport holder.

FlightHub Cancelled flight

I purchased round trip tickets from Orange County Californian to Las Vegas. The return flight was moved to earlier in the day. That will not work out for our venue. I called Flight Hub to cancel the whole trip. Their response was “you can still fly there without interruption so you can only cancel the flight home, it you still have to pay for the flight there. I have checked the airlines and there is not a return flight that works. The person at Flight Hub said that’s their policy and that’s it.

Desired outcome: I would like a total refund of my money for the agreed round trip.

FlightHub Flight cancelled / poor and rude customer service

Hi,

My name is Ryan, I called 15 Jan. 2023 and asking for flight protection since my mom's flight was cancelled from May16 YVR-HKG. The agent I spoke to was so rude named Abraham Walker as per manager/supervisor Mike Lauson. The agent always cutting me out while talking and actually raised his voice to me while I'm talking and explaining. The manager apologized which is accepted on behalf of his team, he said that they were receiving tons of calls that's why his agent being impolite and rude. I used to work in Cathay Pacific as well in a call Centre industry too, we were taught that we have to treat our customer like they're our first customer of the day. I just want to have my mom's flight confirmed and protected. I'm not voluntarily exchanging the flights, it was cancelled, and I don't want to pay for to get her a new flight. Call me to this no. [protected] because I don't want to have another rude agent involved to this. Thanks

FlightHub Bad service

Case number 1185189

Hi,

My name is Linda Cardinal Booking [protected] Berthe and Briand David Fletcher booking [protected] and Nicole Lalonde [protected] I am the organizer for these 3 booking numbers Theses are the credit that we had from a prior booking that we cancelled and now have credits for. I have spoken to a agent on the [protected] had sent request for 30-04-2023 to 11-05-2023 Honolulu (flight 341) and returning Vancouver (flight 344) he told me I would get an e-mail in the next 12 hours that never happened. I have called again on the [protected] another agent took all the info to confirm he was sending the request again took all of the booking numbers again Yesterday I called again returning a call to say that this flight 341 to go wasn't available SO I discuss about the one I chose this morning So spent another hour with that agent that probably didn't do her job because this morning I had a call from your company and call back and they told me that the flight from Saturday was not available that I already new. She was sending a request for the same flight I was booking again this morning with another agent

I feel so much that you don't care because I am using a credit . Has a new client these flight would have be done and completed already

I feel so much anger I have purchase a few flight from your company but we never know how the after service is

If I don't hear from you I will call air Canada with the situations

Your agents are doing there job It is at the other end

We have a 5th person that I booked as a new passenger no credit for flights 341and 344 what will happen with her penalties because someone is not doing their job properly

FlightHub Airline Tickets

On December 6th 2023 I went onto Flight hubs website and booked a flight from Atlanta Georgia to Fresno California. Prior to paying for the tickets the flights were not fully exposed as far as details. Once i seen the extreme amount of layover times and connections on the flights I called Flight to Cancel my travel plans and request a full refund. The first person I spoke with on Flight hub claimed that I needed to speak with someone from a special department and I would get a called back in 48 hours-Needless to say it did not happen. So on December 9th I called back and spoke with one of the Agents and she told me that it would take up to 3o days to get a refund and there would be very little money refunded. I feel like Flight Hub and the Airlanes are working together to cheat people out of their money. My flight cost me $337.00 dollars please reference this booking number [protected] thanks. L. Huggins

FlightHub Refund on my flight.

The flight agent at United Airlines did not let me on the flight with a covid negative PCR test. He refused my entry not being fully vaccinated. He would not alloy me to go on that flight. I asked the agent if I would get a credit for those two flights? The agent said contact who I booked through. When I returned home, I contacted flighthub and the agent said he could not refund me because I purchased two economy tickets. I said,"I would like economy price back, I am not asking for first class refund."

I did not recieve what I purchased. I complied with what the airline required.
The agent gave me advice to purchase cancellation insurance with flighthub for the flights or dispute the charges with my credit card provider.

FlightHub Flight ticket

Hi Team looking into this matter,
I am facing a critical situation right now with my Travel Plans. Please see the background below and help me out.

I booked a return trip flight ticket from FlightHub (website/travel agency). The airline is Turkish Airlines. Route is from Toronto to Ahmedabad and return Ahmedabad to Toronto (Toronto->Istanbul->Delhi->Ahmedabad and return Ahmedabad->Delhi->Istanbul->Toronto).

I received a notification from FlightHub that my Itenary has changed and that I have to confirm the changes. I called FlightHub to tell them that I am okay with the changes Turkish Airlines (Airline) has made. However, FlightHub said to me that Turkish Airlines has removed me from one of the flights on my Departure trip (Delhi to Ahmedabad) and that there are no other flights FlightHub is able to find and the only option available is a full refund. I was able to see that there are no flight cancellations and I was also able to find alternate flights. However, FlightHub said that on their side they cannot find anything. Also, they are not able to provide the reason why my ticket for the Delhi to Ahmedabad flight was cancelled. I asked them to provide me with these details in writing via email but they said they cannot do that.

I then called Turkish airlines to figure out why my ticket was randomly cancelled like this. They told me that it is not the case and that there is only a small change to the timing for my flight and my name is on the reservation for all 6 flights of my trip (including the Delhi to Ahmedabad flight). They said that FlightHub only has to provide confirmation to Turkish Airline that the customer is okay with the changes made to the reservation.

I called FlightHub again and asked them to check again and provide the confirmation to Turkish Airlines. They said the same thing again that they do not see the option and the only option is cancelling the ticket fully and providing a refund.

I had this trip planned from 5 months and booked the ticket from about 5 months as well and now last minute I am having these troubles. Turkish airline has confirmed that I am still on the ticket and my name is in the reservation but FlightHub is not letting me proceed. Turkish Airline says that they cannot help me because the ticket is booked from an agency (FlightHub).

My Flight is on 11th of Jan and I really need your help to resolve this situation. How can a customer face this kind of a situation.

Please I request you to help me out as soon as possible because my flight is very soon on Jan 11, 2023. I am available to talk on phone and email or any other medium to give clarity. Would really appreciate it!
