I booked flights for five passengers through FlightHub (booking 298-437-612) on Brussels Airlines (PNR CKEF2A), Calgary to Douala, departing December 4–6, 2026. After a death in my family, on October 24 I asked to move the trip to November 20–22, 2026 (return January 7–9, 2027) with change fees waived on bereavement grounds, and provided the death certificate and proof of relationship to both companies.

Since then FlightHub says the airline must authorize the waiver and Brussels Airlines says the agent must process it. I escalated to both management teams on October 24 and sent a follow-up on October 28 with an October 30 deadline. No decision, no named contact, no ownership.

Desired resolution: Brussels Airlines authorizes the waiver and notes it on the booking; FlightHub processes the date change and quotes any fare difference in writing before charging.

Desired outcome: Brussels Airlines authorizes the waiver and notes it on the booking; FlightHub processes the date change and quotes any fare difference in writing before charging.

Correction: we have been trying to change these flights since August 2026. October 24 is only when the request reached management in writing. This has been going on for three months, not five days.
