This is the worst home warranty company we have ever dealt with. I have paid in full for two years of warranty, I even got a free month and extra roof repair. Lot of good any of it does. Trying to get a claim paid is like pulling teeth. Then if they do approve a claim, they want you to take a small cash payment in lieu of repair. they denied my $500 roof repair, my dryer and now my AC unit. the pain and suffering of being out of an air conditioner in 110 degree weather was compounded by taking so long to approve the claim, we had to pay it ourselves to avoid more hotel bills as our home was uninhabitable. I talked to Todd about it and he said they closed the claim when they didn't hear back from me. I submitted my invoice and claim number to them, then he just laughed and hung up on me.
