First Premier Bank review: stay way away from premier bank 22

I paid off my first premier secured bank card on 2/15/2024 and today go to use it and it is declined. I checked the site and app and says I have a zero dollar balance. It is only when I call the back of the card that I get a message that states my credit card privileges have been suspended.

I don't have any cards from FPB, on Dec 15th received the transaction on my checking account screen shot of transaction attached. Looks like fraudulent transaction and bank did not do any validation before passing the transaction.

Kindly help in resolving the issue,

The CSR of Premier Credit Card, without nor knowledge/ permission took out $758 from my Credit Union. Agreement was 75... There was an overdraft charge... My credit union informed me/spoke to the Fraud Unit...Back in August 2023...I have emails from Premier as well...The Credit Union can confirm all...

Some one changed both my phone number and email address from the following account- [protected]. email address has been and should be dcmoses21@gmail.com and phone should be [protected] which it was for a long time. These need to be restored and the password id chebarDCM11.

Please explain why I am being charged multiple times a month for this credit card. I want my money back and you can have your credit card back. Now

On 6/22/23 this "FPB CR CARD INTERNET WEB263201387" was charged to my bank account for $298.27. I do not have a credit card with your company. I have the persons name it is linked to, should you want it for your fraud department.

I was looking at my checking account online and noticed there was an unauthorized charge made on 03/03/23 on my account for $568.46 (internet transaction) which I didn’t recognize nor authorized.

I immediately called my bank and notified them and received temporary credit while they are investigating the issue.

I have two charges posted on my checking account from First Premier Bank. The charge comes up as "FPB CR internet Direct Debit". The first one is for $35 and the second for $40. I have never been associated with First Premier Bank nor did I authorize these charges. The payment type says "cash" and the charge is pretty Elusive.

I have neither done business with, nor ever contacted this company. They're in South Dakota; I am not even remotely close to this State. I found a hard credit inquiry on my report, from FIRST PREMIER BANK on Feb 3rd, 2023. Did they let someone open an account with my information? If so, they're gonna find out they're messing with the wrong person.

First premier bank. Is refusing to send my money back to my bank card. A $95 program fee was charged and paid but the account was closed and now they are saying I have to wait 7-10 business days in order to receive my refund of my own money. This was not told to me before hand nor is it in contract.

The card has so many stips in it is redecolus. Payments are impossible to make even with Bank card .. Go somewhere like C.V.S. pharmacy to and pay on due date and then you have a specific time line . The due date is a due date. They'll ta kk e your payment and then charge you late payment.

I do not, and have never, had a card from First Premier Bank. I was charged unlawfully, found it on my bank statement. Not an authorized transaction. Unauthorized card charges. Amount of $131.72 charged on 9/19/2022. I am alerting my bank to the fraudulent charge. I

My chase bank has a fraudulent pending today September 7,2022 withdrawal for $685.69 US dollars

The bank is attempting to charge me 24.77 from my chime account. I don't understand how they would get any of my information if I didn't give it to them.
if they continue to attempt to charge me or actually charge me if I have the amount I will get my attorney to bring up a lawsuit against them.

Call your State Attorney General's office and have all the information ready to give to them. They will prosecute consumer fraud and it won't cost you anything.

I do not have an account with First premier bank and they are trying to charge my bank account 50$. I'm afraid to deposit money for fear of them taking it! I received an email from my bank that I added below. I don't know what to do.

First premiere Bank tool money out of my account with my aurthorization. How can they do this. Cant get a straight answer. Even when i told them I had no account. How dide they get this information? Illegally, I say ! unethical practices and they wont respond. I will change my account, rest assure First Premiedre. Now I draw diabuility. Take me to court. Bad credit doesn't scare me.
