On May 31, 2025 at 8:00 am, I went to my local Firestone Complete Auto Care for brakes and tires. I dropped off my car and returned when I received the call that my car was ready. When the services were being explained to me I was told that shocks were replaced. I did not authorize this service. My bill was $862.15!
I contacted the manager and he said he would make it right. As we were talking he said that tires were installed and brakes were installed. I had to correct him about services that were not oerformed. He offered to have the brakes and tires installed, because that was what I had come in for originally. Since I had paid $862.15 its going to cost me an additional $280. An appointment was made, I don't have any confidence in their ability to provide any more services on my car.
I called and asked for a refund. I haven't heard back.
I would like this issue resolved as soon as possible. I have beed working on this since May 31st.
Desired outcome: Please refund me $862.15
