Firehouse Subs review: Terrible owner.

Today as of August 29th, 2023, I visited FireHouse Subs for my usual sandwich and was greeted by the staff member, Tera, who appeared to be working alone and obviously over-stressed. My mother and I spoke to her and she stated she had been there working for hours with little to no help because the owner won't hire more staff members. Online orders were still coming in and she was left there to make them with no assistance.

Tera made our sandwiches perfectly and I definitely appreciate her work. However, I will not be returning to this location due to how the staff (Tera) has been treated.
