Firehouse Subs review: Meat ball sub

I purchased a meatball sub at your Transit Rd store. I was there on 7/1 between 3-3:30 pm. We waited while the young man prepared the sub. Upon returning home I opened the container, the sub was completely burned up and not edible. I don't want another sub or money back. I feel you should know what kind workers you have working for you. I'll not go there again. I called the store and the young lady said she was the manager and claimed Blake was manager at the time I was there.
