I've been to this location 2 times since opening and both times from order time until I get my sandwich was 10 minutes. They have at least 4 personell behind the counter making the product but takes too long to make. Waiting for my sandwich I hear other complaints from other patrons saying the same thing. Why is it taking so long to make a sandwich? The product is great but the time to make it shouldn't take that long.

Firehouse subs aren't good anymore, the customer service is lousy, the employees are usually rude, and the Firehouse establishments don't even treat firefighters (who are customers) with respect, or give them discounts on the food they buy there!

Firehouse subs is a racist company. They are users and rehires white people even when they do not have the company's best interest at heart but a black person they would not rehire.
