Firehouse Subs review: Received a different 1/2 order from what was verbally verified

I was at the Port Charolett, FL Fire House subs at 5:04 pm receipt #20107

Half my order was wrong, I ordered tuna fish salad made as a salad. I did not realize that I did not get a tuna fish salad-salad till I drove home 30 minutes from the store. My receipt does say I ordered Turkey salad but the clerk taking my order clarified my tuna salad I ordered and what I wanted on it. She even explained how the tuna salad had in it (Mayo, pickle relish, etc).

I received a turkey salad vs tuna salad-salad. Someone had put tuna on the salad. I know this because a piece of the Turkey meat had tuna salad on it.

I have been to at least 20 other firehouse subs around the US always having a sub made as a salad. I have also driven out of my way to get our salads from the Pt Charolett fire house subs before. Pt Charolett has always given me a correct order. No one has ever given a wrong order before.

I wanted you all to be aware of the mix up.
