Went in to Fairfax, Va location (12120 Fairfax Towne Center) on Sunday 3/5 at 8:20pm. There were two gentlemen in the store giggling and acting weird. I placed my order with one of them, it was one sandwich. He couldn’t get it right, he just kept asking me the same questions over and over and laughing. Both employees were high as a kite. After finally ordering and paying, he disappeared to the back. He finally came out to make my sub, no gloves. I asked if the other man could make my sub but he was busy taking a personal call. At one point, they told me that my order was ready and handed me an empty bag still giggling. I told them to give me my money back and left without any food. This location used to have the best manager, I’m not sure what happened as I haven’t seen him in a long time. The service I received was appalling and BOTH of these employees need to be fired. I will not be returning.

I went to buy a sub at firehouse clair road guelph Tuesday around 6;30 or 7;00They made everyone's food behind me before me then asked me what I ordered and then made me a sub worst sub ever I think they have put prices up and took the meat off ,I thought these were so much better then subway but no so sure now,very disappointed .New owners less meat not worth the money

Quality of food
I ordered a New York Steamer and a Prime Rib Sub and there was no meat on about a third of the sandwiches. There was way too much mayo on them. It fell off in globs when we were holding our sandwiches. There were no straws in the restaurant and I had trouble getting anyone there to acknowledge that I needed help. We stopped going to Jersey Mike's for this same reason. I guess we can add another sub shop to our list of DO NOT GO THERE..
This was the restaurant in Gahanna downtown. Very bad.

Friday night 10 minutes after 8 o’clock the workers in there he sees me knocking at the door which is locked refuses to even acknowledge me or talk to me I was wondering why is it closed why will he not open the door?
If they had to close I understand but the least you can do is treat your customers with dignity and respect put a sign or come and tell me if there’s a problem the guy looked right at me and ignored me several times they should fire his [censored] for acting that way towards a loyal customer.
Desired outcome: I’d like to speak to somebody and have them explain to me why this employee was allowed to treat me that way I’m a long time customer a fire house since they began I didn’t deserve this kind of treatment.
Firehouse negligence, shifted blame and called me a liar and a thief.
The man who answered the phone at approximately 5 pm, on 1/10/2022, accused me of being a thief, fraud and a liar. I am beyond offended. Asked for Tuna sub, was given Italian! I do not eat red meat so I was unable to eat! Total waste of money! Lady at the front did not read order back to me. I stated several times I wanted tuna. I purchased food and went downstairs to grab my baggage so I was unable to go back thru check point to return the sandwich. So I wasted $11, also asked for a cup for water and there were no lids for the cups.

I've been to this location 2 times since opening and both times from order time until I get my sandwich was 10 minutes. They have at least 4 personell behind the counter making the product but takes too long to make. Waiting for my sandwich I hear other complaints from other patrons saying the same thing. Why is it taking so long to make a sandwich? The product is great but the time to make it shouldn't take that long.

Firehouse subs aren't good anymore, the customer service is lousy, the employees are usually rude, and the Firehouse establishments don't even treat firefighters (who are customers) with respect, or give them discounts on the food they buy there!
