The company Fingerhut I opened a new account and they shipped my very first order to the wrong address. I called to verify my information to only get a person on the phone that is outsourced from another company that does not understand English. I gave my new address to them and still won't ship to new address. This is a terrible way to treat a new customer I will contact everyone on the planet earth whom I can file a complaint with until it is resolved I can promise you this! Date of delivery was 09/26/2024 to incorrect address!

Desired outcome: Ship to new address I have already paid my dues up front

Immediately contact Fingerhut’s customer service and provide the details of your order, explaining the shipping error. Demand immediate correction and either redelivery or a refund.
