Phone call for information en español
I call today for information about my benefits plan and I’m from Puerto Rico living in Vermont alone and I decided to have a español conversation with someone because I don’t speak Spanish around here and I ask him about my benefits Well care Visa card that I received last year and he said to me that I have to call Well Care phone number who is in the back of my card and I said wat is the number and he said [protected] and I said that is the number I call you and he hangout the phone on me and I just want to talk in Español with someone else that I don’t be talking in my Lenguaje

Bad Service
Disrespectful, bad attitude, uncooperative. The package I received did not have the suite number for my apartment on it, so I called [protected] and Zack was the customer service representative who answered my call. I told him that my package didn't have a room number and it would be difficult for security guard to find out who it belonged to. I asked Zack if he could leave a message to the courier company about this? Zack told me I should contact them personally and he said the printout was getting cut off and it wasn't their problem. OMG, what kind of customer service does WELl.CA offer? Irresponsible and poor service attitude! Also the package was delivered damaged outside, which I haven't mentioned yet, but anyway, I canceled my upcoming order and will no longer order from WELL.CA. I would definitely not recommend WeLL.CA to anyone.
Waste of time
well, it's 50/50. Sometimes they are ok, sometimes horrible. They may ship you only 2 items out of 7 justifying it by items missing, but you will never receive the others.
Or they may cancel your order without explaining reasons. And they will give you a hard time if you request a refund. Of course, it needs to be done, but it's nothing but a headache. So don't waste your time and shop elsewhere.

Very unprofessional service
I have purchased several items from this website and when I received my order I saw that there was only one item!
I immediately contacted Well customer service and asked about the missing items and they said that these were out of stock and they just were about to inform me about that!
Well, in my opinion they should have done that earlier!
They did refund my money in a timely manner, but I'm very disappointed with how ridiculously unprofessional they are! I really wanted things that I've ordered! Very poor service!
Horrible experience
I had awful experience with the website www.well.ca. I placed the order for three times, but only one item arrived. All others were out of stock, but the seller didn’t warn me about it before. They charged me for three times, and no one returned money. I sent them email, but again they gave me empty promises and excuses. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?
