They didn't help their users
I used the website www.mybuilder.com for my job, but once I faced really serious problems and needed to get the advice from the professionals. I sent several emails and asked them to help me and provide advice, ‘coz the situation was really difficult. I was really disappointed, ‘coz I got the rude reply and the rep from this company refused and he didn’t even reply to my questions. Bad company and services, so stay away and share this info.
The item did not &show up&
Mybuilder.com is a disappointment. They subcontract the loading to local companies and then take no responsibility for the actions of these people. My wife had a kindle fire stolen right out from under us during loading. The boxes were packed so there was simply nowhere for it to go. I contacted the company immediately and did not make an accusation, yet told them I would be if the item did not "show up" on the other end.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
