This is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’m shocked that a company this large can operate without offering real support. There is no proper way to contact anyone about a lost or undeliverable package, even when it’s something valuable.
I even received a call the day before my package was supposed to arrive, where I was told I might not get the SMS code needed to open the locker — and when I asked what to do, they offered no solution and simply ended the call. That’s completely unacceptable.
FedEx failed to provide help at every step, leaving me without my package and no clear way to resolve the issue. Absolutely terrible service.
Recommendation: Never use fedex and if you got to forget about yor package it might not come
