One of the worst customer service experiences!
Fed Ex rep promised that a package would be reattempted today (because their delivery person did not bother to ring the doorbell). I called to follow up and was told that it would be re-delivered. When I received an email that said it would not be delivered until Monday. The individual reps I spoke with were obviously not in the U.S. and none of them seemed to know what they were doing.
Recommendation: I would not ship with FedEx again.
