Both after surpassing delivery dates are listed as Shipment Exception originally citing the weather, but when calling I find out it is facility in Chino, CA difficulties and they cannot tell me when I will get a new expected delivery date. Not acceptable. One of these packages has been at the location for a week. I want to know where my paid for property is and when I will receive, not we'll let you know when we know! This is ridiculous. If my property has been damaged or destroyed I want to know immediately to begin mitigation and replacement of, Please respond.
