I live in a NYC apartment building. FedEx delivers packages to my building and other large buildings three times a day. A few months ago, you started charging a $25.38 pickup fee for a resident pickup, even if the merchant is paying for return shipping.

This is absurd. This is not the suburbs. You are not going out of your way to pick up packages. You are not paying extra for gas. No extra time is spent to get to the building.

If I don't pay this fee, you will send me to a collection agency. I am trapped because of your ludicrous policy.

Claimed loss: $25.83

Desired outcome: I want the $25.83 removed from my account.
