I want to let you guys know that you are the worst company in the world You don't even get one stop from me I can't believe a 2 hours to talk to a human then he acted just like the freaking computers no good I'm missing pieces in my box and I couldn't get that through to no one The computer you can't say anything to it cuz they'll say Oh you're looking for a package no I'm missing pieces in my package and it does not do that so I don't want to ever have you guys deliver anything of mine again The company is bad and I seen all the reviews does not a good one to save you guys life I already told the people I get my packages from no more from FedEx you guys are terrible Paul gervik Boston Massachusetts bad bad company you guys are I mean I never had this kind of problem with anything It can't get through to no one took me two hours and then the guy wouldn't even help me terrible terrible company

Claimed loss: I receiptate box when it wide open missing pieces to it and I couldn't get through to no one like I've said before terrible company FedEx terrible

Desired outcome: Oh come of this nothing Can't talk to no one and when I talk to someone like I said he didn't help me at all Just saying the same thing over and over like a computer so your company's terrible dude I've seen all the complaints online .
