A fedex courier arrived at our office on 17 December with one of my two parcels. I was advised that the second parcel, for the same shipment had been given to an outsourced courier service. The telephone number for Johannesburg does not work. I managed to get a different number - but the phone is never answered. The update on the WhatsApp number still states - "Here is the latest update for the FedEx shipment 886823875982:
The parcel is planned for delivery by 17/12/2025

This is certainly not acceptable and I am extremely unhappy with the service - which amounts to no service at all.
Desired outcome: I would like the parcel delivered this year, before Christmas and by 12 noon tomorrow, 23 December 2025!
