FedEx review: Lies about trying to deliver package when I was home all day

I ordered a set of wheels and tires. The shipment was in two separate packages. Two wheels and tires were delivered. Both packages were shipped at the same time. I've been given several E-mails saying the second package would be delivered. It never was. I saw by Fed Ex tracking that my package was finally on the truck to be delivered. I've been home every time they said they said they were going to deliver. Finally, It was shown to be on the truck for delivery but Fed Ex said they tried to it deliver but had a Failed Delivery. I was home all day and nobody tried to deliver anything . Why does Fed Ex let the drivers straight out lie about delivering packages. Customer support was useless. They might as well not have customer support.
