FedEx review: FedEx lies about delivery

A place to order with Walmart that had three items and they offered to make one delivery to save on shipping and the environment and such. I said OK that was on Monday. Thursday morning at 3 AM. It said it arrived. Colorado Springs and then was on a truck for delivery. That evening is showed it went back to the facility. The same thing happened on Friday that it was delivered to the facility and then out on a truck for delivery and then that evening was returned. Saturday they said they couldn’t access the office that was open and I was home so they couldn’t deliver it on Saturday and so they didn’t try on Sunday and today’s Monday and the person at FedEx says they need to try to figure out what’s going on before they send it back. BEFORE THEY SEND IT BACK. And not even have delivered anything to my house at all. Walmart said they couldn’t do anything because they’re trying to deliver it still. Really? And FedEx doesn’t know what’s going on and so if I’m not home, the package will be stolen and they won’t let me pick it up at Walmart. What a stupid dog and pony show.

Recommendation: If you can do a pick up at the store. Otherwise you’re just at the mercy of all these people who don’t give a crap.
