On both Dec. 4th and Dec. 5th 2025 the delivery person failed to knock on my door. I was here both days. All they did was leave door tags DT1068 2420 9643 and DT1068 2420 9600.
I called several times to the 1 800 463-339 number trying to focus on what the problem with their delivery people was. I ask to speak with a supervisor on several of these calls and was told it was not possible.
My final call to them o 12-5- 25 was my instruction to hold this deliver until the shipper authorized a pick to a local hold Fedx office near me.
Their response was not clear. So, I do not know what they will do with may package. I have used Fedx over the years an have never had these problems before. There is something seriously wrong with your delivery system.
