FedEx Package delivered to wrong address

I ordered TWO mattresses through WalMart; Both packages were delivered to a similar but DIFFERENT address, even though all package labels were accurate. Tracking # [protected]

I tried multiple times to contact Fed Ex Customer Service to alert them, but could not get past the recording.

Label address: 5220 W Redbridge Dr, Boise ID
Delivered to : 522o W BAINBRIDGE Dr, Boise ID

I will not personally use Fed Ex for any package delivery in the future, and I will not order any items that use Fed Ex as a delivery method.

FedEx Tore up my yard.

2 weeks ago a Fedex driver delivered my neighbors package to my address, leaving a big rut in my yard next to my driveway. Today 1/31/2021 another Fedex driver delivering a package extended the rut left in our yard at our driveway. If they can't pull into our driveway without damage park on the road and walk.

Desired outcome: Fix my Yard.

FedEx Deliveries

I have a sign on my front door requesting that parcels NOT be left there, but to leave them by the garage. I've had packages stolen from the front door. Also, I am 67 years old and my front door opens onto a landing in my stairwell, so when receiving a heavy item (like I did today) it's very difficult and dangerous for me when trying to bring it in and lugging it up the stairs.

Today's parcels, each weighing about 70+ pounds, were left piled on top of each other right next to my sign that says NOT to leave parcels there.

I live at 10320 E. 44th Ave, Spokane Valley, WA., and the parcels were delivered today, 30 Jan 21.

Desired outcome: Parcels be left by my garage, not at the front door.

FedEx Fedex not delivering my packages after calling to notify them what to do.

I have two packages that I have been waiting over a week for Fedex to deliver. 1/22 Fedex left door tag. I did everything it said except sign. It would not allow me do direct my options through website and text. My door faces the street and I do not want the all to see a door tag on my front door to steal. 1/23 another door tag. Fedex did not attempt to deliver my packages. As the driver sits in truck, another person runs to door and sticks another door tag on door. No ringing of the doorbell. No attempt to deliver package. I have video to prove it. I called Fedex. Told them they can throw packages over fence next delivery. I made a complaint about the delivery people. The following days, I kept getting text messages stating rescheduled for delivery and will be delivered. Another 7 days passed. 1/30 Called Fedex again. The packages are scheduled to be delivered that day. I called 3 times when are the packages going to arrive. Fedex gave it to another delivery service. My packages are not going to be delivered once again. I believe Fedex Driver is disgruntled of my complaint and is making it very difficult for me by not delivering my packages. Any other day I have Fedex drivers throw my packages over the fence or just leave it on the front porch. The packages did not require a signature so what is the hold up. I gave them directions the 2nd door tag I received on 1/23 and Fedex had plenty of time to redeliver. As of 1/30/2021 5:27 PM Pacific Time California, I still do not have my packages.

FedEx fake tracking

why have you developed a way to fake tracking info at fedex? A package I received 4 days before your stated delivery date has a number of fake scans at several location .please explain seems like fraud to me you could easily show a package delivered that was not with that tech

FedEx Lost or stolen packages

Package with tracking #92612909821997400590024 disappeared on Jan 12. Package with tracking #[protected] disappeared on Jan 20. Both lost or stolen from you Northborough Ma facility. I opened a case with the USPS. Case #[protected]. I have a written notice from them that they did not receive either package. I have been refused an opportunity to talk with a live supervisor by FedEx employees and can not get anywhere on line.

Desired outcome: I WOULD LIKE TO RECEIVE MY PACKAGES or be reimbursed for there loss. I would like to talk to someone in a position to help !!

FedEx Undelivered Packages!

Good afternoon, My name is Monique Little and I am reaching out to
Executive headquarters because I had endured two horrible experiences
with FedEx twice in a few days. I have purchased an item to be
delivered to my residence and the first incident I had witnessed an
FedEx driver deliver my package to the wrong address and when I
contacted customer service for Fed Ex to explain the issue they
advised me to go look for the package that the delivery person may
have sent the package to. My son went to look for the package and it
was long gone. I asked the representative to transfer my call to an
available manger and the manager advised me that she would handle the
issue and call me back. Later that day the manager never contacted me.
I then called Walmart Customer service to advise them what happened.
Walmart was kind enough to send the same item at no charge. I then
contacted Fed Ex the following day to let them know that I have a
package that is being shipped to me through Fed Ex company and the
customer service representative advised me that the driver would
contact me when so that they can send my package to the correct
address. I received an email stating that my package was delivered and
when I went outside my package was nowhere to be found so I went
outside to check and there was no package! Again. I contacted
customer service and the CSR advised me that they will escalate the
issue in 24 to 48 hours with a call back. I contacted Walmart CSR to
let them know that I will no longer buy anything from their company
due to this occurring issue with stolen and lost packages!

FedEx Delivery Service

Driver appears to be the same person working the immediate area whereas he would trespass on my lawn as a short cut to out covered porch slam dunking the box down; leaving the same way (short cutting). Can we fix this annoyance? If not; no alternative to contact my supplier and cancel all future orders and/or insist they use UPS or the USPS Thank you!

FedEx Delivery to my home

I went out to speak to the Fed Ex driver because deliveries have been left outside in the snow. The is not someone I am familiar with. When I attempted to ask him to please leave the packages on the porch because we sometimes receive medications and formula for a child on a feeding tube, he was rude and would not listen. He did however, throw the packages in the middle of the doorway and another package that was heavy on top. We received 2 large packages from Chewy.com and Walmart medications. All the boxes were split open, some had snow on them The last shipment was left outside at night and froze, making the prescription formula unusable. I had to contact the company to see if the formula was any good. They graciously replaced this valuable nutritional medication. I was attempting to have the driver put packages where they wouldn't be wet and out in the freezing cold temps. I have pictures and packing slips. Living rural, we depend on deliveries. I will be following up with Chewy.com as well. Any help you can give with this matter would be much appreciated.

Desired outcome: Put packages inside the porch door. Don't manhandle the packages, destroying them. Be polite to customers.

FedEx Customer service/Delivery

I have had the same problem with our local FEDEX delivery person for the last 3 deliveries from CHEWY pet supplies. I have pets with special needs and get their medication and very expensive prescription food from there...
Last 3 deliveries- the boxes were just tossed into the yard in the snow--2 of them just 5-6 feet from the porch...and the one at Christmas time they left up the driveway where ANYONE could just stop in the road and grab it!
I called all 3 times, and was told I'd hear back from a supervisor-- NEVER heard back, no apologies, no asking if my products were still usable (one was usable- but the container crushed and wet!). The 1st two times, the boxes were kind of big... around 30lbs...but I was assured they are supposed to put it on the porch... I am permanently disabled- and had to have someone come help me get them into the house! The last delivery was a small box left out in the snow- no plastic bag to protect it- and again, just feet from the porch steps! I have contacted CHEWY about this... and my next step is the Better Business Bureau... I NEVER have this kind of issues with UPS, or even USPS!. I would rather pay EXTRA SHIPPING and have it sent some other way if FEDEX isn't going to use competent delivery personnel!

Desired outcome: Local FedEx Supervisor at least let me know they were contacted by the main HQ- and tell the driver to do their job!

FedEx delivery not recieved dispite tracking saying it was delivered

Tracking said package was delivered, but I was home at said time of delivery and received no package. I also did not recieve any emails about a delivery. I put a claim in, and once they saw that it was delivered, they just closed the claim. Apparently they also don't have anyone I can email, and im trying to jump through hoops just to talk to an actual person. At this point I will go out of my way to use businesses that don't use fedex, or just pay more for a different shipping carrier. I have noticed that fedex has less than stellar reviews, makes me wonder if they purposely keep you from getting in contact with an actual person because they dont want to deal with the results of their own incompetence.

FedEx Delivery

Hello,
My name is Charles Guthrie, I Run Computers Plus 108 West Windhorst Rd Brandon Fl. 33584
Our office hours are 9:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday - Friday.
We have used FedEx for most of our shipping and receiving needs in the past years with no problem. We have been receiving our packages in the morning hours for years. Then about Oct 2020 we started getting our packages later and later in the day and as of around October 2020 they have been delivered after closing on the Residential delivery truck. The FedEx truck goes across the street to other businesses in the Morning, 2 doors down on the same side of the road as my business the Gas station gets FedEx in the Morning. Next Door at the Drs. Office FedEx comes in the Morning. But My business gets its deliveries after Closing ? The driver of the truck said he does home deliveries and Im last on his list. My Office needs to be on the Commercial truck for Morning delivery not the late residential one . What do we do about this issue, or should i just switch to UPS?

FedEx FedEx Driver

How many times do I have to contact you about FedEx DRIVERS using my drive to turn around in when delivering to my NEIGHBORS.
At 12:38 today, January 15, 2021 a FedEx driver backed up with his BIG Truck and DOUBLE wheels to turn around in my drive.
STOP your drivers from using MY drive when they deliver to people on my street.
I do NOT want them in my drive.
I did NOT order anything.
TURN around in the DRIVE where they are DELIVERING to.
STOP USING MY DRIVE.
I've contacted you about this several times before and it does not do any good.
Do I have to SUE you to get your drives to STOP.
They are on my security cameras.

Desired outcome: STOP YOUR DRIVERS FROM USING MY DRIVE WHEN THEY DELIVER TO MY NEIGHBORAS OR OTHER PEOPLE ON MY STREET. MY DRIVE IS NOT FOR THEM TO USE ~ UNLESS~ THEY ARE DELIVERING SOMETHING TO ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

FedEx Priority Envelope Services

Paid for and mailed a FedEx Priority Document Envelope from Miami, FL to a residence, near Barajas Airport, in Madrid Spain on 04 Jan 2021. Scheduled delivery on 07 Jan 2021 before 12:00 PM. 07 Jan comes and goes without delivery. FedEx tracking shows the envelope in Paris France. New scheduled delivery 08 Jan 2021 before 12:00PM. 08 Jan 2021 comes and goes with no delivery. 09 Jan 2021 tracking shows envelope in Madrid delivery pending. Customer Service says "envelope hasn't cleared customs at airport! Sent from Miami with no declared value! 10 Jan 2021 Tracking shows "pending" delivery. Customer Service advises, "..don't worry "! 11 Jan 2021 Snowstorm in Madrid. Customer Service advises envelope located at FedEx office at Airport. Can't deliver due storm. 12 Jan 2021 Retired female family member drives to airport to pick up envelope due to urgent need of documents! Treated with absolute unprofessional attitudes by employees. 5 days late. Pathetic.

FedEx Home delivery to St. Paul, Virginia 24283

I received an order delivered by fedex today. While I was gone shopping, the fedex person delivered the packages (2) and placed them on the ground at the foot of my mailbox. Our porch is only about 25-30 feet from the mailbox. Our postal carrier was at our mailbox when we arrived home and she stopped to tell us she didn't place the packages on the ground, that the fedex person left them there.

I am complaining because he could have walked a few short steps to place packages on our porch. Also, anyone driving by could have picked up our packages and taken them away. I don't appreciate this kind of service and I hope it will never happen again. That is not the way to keep clients!

FedEx Having problems with FedEx drivers delivering my packages.

Each time I am waiting for a package from an order I place online and its to be delivered by FedEx I don't receive my packages on time. Today is 1/9/2021 and I was suppose to receive a package today and the driver never delivered it. I waited all day never went outside because I don't work I was looking out my patio door and didn't see a truck except that morning but nothing that evening. Called FedEx in the 7:30pm hour and the first agent hung up rudely, so I had to call back a second time to speak to the second agent. While talking to the second agent I received a text saying an attempt was made but no one was home. I have a witness because again I was on video chat at 6:49pm. Another time is a couple of weeks ago when I ordered from nuts.com and I had a problem with my order being delivered on time. I had wait at least a week after I was suppose d to receive it and then I had to call the company to report that I hadn't received my order. They ended sending me a replacement order and didn't get that on time and ended up cancelling my order all together. There has been other times.
I need to know what to do or who to report FedEx to? This has been an ongoing problem. I have asked on different occasions to have a manager to call and never received a call back. So I would like to move to the next step whatever that is. Don't trust FedEx drivers to do their job. What can be done?

FedEx fedex ground, service schertz, tx.

FedX Customer Service sucks.
We've been waiting for a package to arrive by ground at the 9935 Doerr Ln, Schertz, TX 78154 location. Tracking reveled it arrived and was placed on a van at 5:45am on 01/08/2021. When I called that location to ask where it was, they told me that it would sit until tomorrow. When I ask if I could come pick it up, they basically pulled the COVID-19 card on me.
JUST AN EXCUSE...
Why would you let a package sit in a van for over 24hrs. No priority as to which packages delivered forst.

FedEx Delivery attempt made LIES

I paid for two day delivery which was suppose to arrive yesterday on January 6th by 8p.m. Then when I checked tracking when the item didn't arrive it updated to be delivered next day by 8p.m which makes it late. Well here I am and no package. When I checked the status it said attempted delivery but guess what I was in the front room ALL day and I have TWO dogs which freak out if even a noise outside my apartment is made. I KNOW they are lying and apparently this is a normal business practice. No slip was left either. I am furious because not only is my package two days late but now I have to take off again and GO pick up my package which I have to schedule off to do so I have no idea when I will be able to pick it up. This is unacceptable, and truly the most frustrating thing, believe me when I say I will NEVER use FedEx again.

FedEx failed delivery

I paid for expedited shipping. My package was on a truck 'out for delivery'. Well, they apparently decided not to deliver, because the 7:36pm update has it 'scanned at facility', meaning they take your money but won't deliver. I called, you can't speak to an actual representative because 'they have no further information'. So I'm leaving in the morning for a 3-hour drive to see my cousin for her birthday, with no birthday present thanks to this lousy company. I tried to file a claim on their site, but all it does is crash. How do I get my money back.

Desired outcome: To receive my package on time or at least get an answer to why I don't matter.

FedEx Delivered to non-existing address with no signature

My order from Angelina's of Maryland via GoldBelly was supposedly delivered to a non-existent address in Cleveland Ohio. The shipper did not require a signature, which was not an option for me as a buyer.

FEDEX: [protected]

The address was incorrect in that the first digit was listed as a "5" but it should have been "2". It was my fault for transposing the number but:
1) The street, Murray Hill Road Cleveland Ohio, is short and doesn't have any addresses that start with a "5";
2) FedEx states they take no responsibility for packages delivering to residential addresses w/o a signature BUT GIVE NO RECOURSE OR DIRECTION IF THE DRIVE RANDOMLY CHOOSES A DELIVERY ADDRESS;
3) The driver knows my daughter, who is on her route on this short road, so it's unclear why she would not have delivered to her; and
4) I can't file a claim and only the shipper can - I am struggling to get GoldBelly to file a claim on my behalf.

How can resolve this issue? GoldBelly is offering a 50% discount on a re-order but that is NOT fair given FEDEX falsified the delivery authentification.

Any thoughts on how to resolve this? Thanks for helping.
