Your driver yesterday 7/20/23 dropped off (2) commercial fire extinguishers at Pigeon Place instead of Golf Course Rd. Items were lying on shoulder of the road. What is wrong with your drivers.
Your driver today, 7/21/2023 dropped off our package with 3 gallons of products for animals at about same location which is 1/4 mile from our location, but this time dropped it in the street. What is wrong with your drivers. Can some of them not read or don't understand how to find numbers on the mailbox in Rural areas. At the point I can't purchase anything shipped by Fed Ex. Must be the absolute worst shipping company in our area. Seems that some of your drivers must be challenged.

Driver was 1/2 miles away from my house, turning around, saw him, caught him, he said he has 2 packages according to his computer, handed me one and said he only had one, drove away, 5 minutes later Best Buy told me my package was delivered, obviously, the driver scanned the package but he kept it, a Yamaha receiver, filed a claim, Fed-ex denied the claim, the info I have is the driver signed for the package, Best Buy won't initiate a refund ticket because there's no police report because Fed-ex won't initiate an investigation, the Driver stole my package and Fed-ex is covering up.

I got a message today that my Fedex delivery was made. I walked all around the house, checked mailbox, checked with neighbors, no delivery. You should see the "proof of delivery" picture. It was a blurry picture of not even a complete package--no surroundings at the home--no discernible addresses. Yes I am angry. It is impossible to get a human at Fedex. If you saw this "proof" photo, you'd know there was a problem...something going on. Who do you tell? I imagine they just get away with it. I've let the vendor know that I didn't receive--that's about the furthest I could get so far.
Desired outcome: That's up to them. There's an issue with whoever the driver was.

My package the FedEx driver delivered to wrong address and I file claim to FedEx and talked to someone, They didn't even follow up since you said will call after 24hours, they didn't even care customer got their package since their employee did wrong service. Their service is very disappointed.
Me and my husband went to pickup the heavy bed frame from wrong address which home owner informed us they deliver to her front porch. Can you imagine since I paid and we suffered that heavy pack to load to our home. My back got damaged after lift this heavy, who will take this responsibility. No one is educated employees their to follow the complaints. They are hiding everything inside and getting reputation from public. My one more package also going to lose, they don't know where is it. Now we are suffering from you all. You got name FEDEX AND doing worse service ever, no one professionals their to deal with this issues.

Seafood shipment - never delivered and never communicated with as to why
I had 30 lbs. of crablegs shipped by FedEx Ground from South Carolina. I called the Fed Ex location the day before to find out if they could ship them. I was told if they are packed with dry ice and delivered to the FedEx before 6:00 PM they would be shipped out to Ohio. The package was dropped off at 6/28/2023 1:26 PM it did not lleave S.C until 6/30/2023 5;13 AM why did they sit in Columbia S.C. that long. FedEx gave me no communications about the shipment. when I called no one could tell me what was going on. The website has been showing unable to deliver since 7/1/2023 still no explaination. I purchased insurance and the claim has been denied. I don't understand why they excepted the shipment and went over how to ship them and then turn down my claim stating they are not liable. I plan to go to court over this if needed this is ridiculous.

FEDEX was scheduled to deliver a package to me on July 15, 2023 from 9:00am-1:30pm. I sat on my couch until 2:30pn. Never once did i receive a text message. I happed to look online and the message indicated that the driver attempted to deliver the package which is a lie, there was not a door tag on my door and I spent more than half of my day waiting.
This company is a joke and going forward I will recommend using another delivery provider.
Your customer service is a joke and where is the professionalism...
Desired outcome: I want my package today. I travel throughout the week and no one will be at my house.

As usual, Fed Ex left my package somewhere else. They claimed it was left on my doorstep at 9:33 am July 15, 2023. It wasn’t there, nor was it on the doorstep of any of my neighbors. In Dec. 2021 they lost a $300 refurbished iPad. This issue was never resolved, so I had to eat the loss. In Feb. 2023 they claim to have returned an $800 iPhone to Verizon, yet it never arrived. They’ve even lost prescription drugs delivered from my local Walmart. I’m learning to ask who the carrier is before I order something.

July 14, 2023 6:30 pm. Driver walked 45 feet, dropped 2 Chewy boxes in my garden. When I complained, he walked further through garden, 60 feet and dropped boxes in front of garage. I then had to carry the heavy boxes 105 feet to the steps of my house. Driver first complained he had a lot of stops to make, then complained that the driveway is too narrow, (UPS, Amazon and even the USPS get down my driveway) then complained the house was too far. This is not the first complaint I have made about the location of packages being left where they shouldn’t be which I believe has been the same driver. Videos are too large to send.
Desired outcome: Train your drivers and hold them accountable.

Paid an outrageous fee for two day delivery to Castle Rock, Colorado. Wasn't delivered until afternoon of the 3rd day - July 13th. (Not even first on their delivery route!). Fed Ex won't adjust charge. "Not their policy to stand behind their promised timely deliveries." An actual quote from one of their online employees.
Desired outcome: Wanted an adjustment to the amount charged to my credit card.

On Jun 11, I've sent 4 large boxes, full of personal items, using Fedex ground shipping service from Gainesville, FL, to Pullman, WA. One of the boxes (tracking # [protected]) was lost. I filled a claim and called multiple times Fedex, with the hope of finding the box. This box in particular had a roomba robot, many rare toys, skateboard pieces, electric cooking machine, towels, jewelry, sheet sets with artesian embroidery, bed quilt set, many tools, 101 pieces of stainless steel and 30 pieces of silverware dining utensils, a ninja mixer, and computer accessories. In total, I would need at least US$10,000 to buy all of these items back again. Fedex sent on 07/13/23 a settlement of US$ 182.91. This is unfair and unjust with us. We trusted Fedex with our personal items, and that's how much they value their clients...
Desired outcome: Pay the right amount of US$10,000 based on the items that were inside the box.

07/08/2023 at 8:45 am I called the Customer Service number inquiring about my package, the young man stated to me that the package will be delivered by the end of the day. I gave him the Claim Number and he told me that it will be expedited, and my package will be delivered as soon as possible.
07/08/2023 i received a call from a man that works for Fed-ex who did not give his name but the phone number is {[protected]}, he stated to me that my package is sitting on a truck waiting for me to come and pick it up, I informed him that my package was to be delivered to me at no time did I ever say or tell any Customer Agent that i was going to pick-up the package, I do not drive and I don't know how to drive, the young man told me that he would make a note of the error and the package would be delivered on 07/08/2023.
at 5:15 pm, I reached out to Customer Service again, I explained to the young man what was going on and what is in my package is PERISHABLE, he stated to me that my package had not been loaded on the truck for delivery, at which time I asked for the phone number to the head office, i was placed on hold for 17-minitues. when the customer agent came back to the phone, he told me that he could not give me the number, so I asked to speak to his supervisor {Alex}, I explained to her the situation she tried to reach out to {Nadjeilah}, the manager where my package was there was no response. Alex stated to me that the package could be delivered on 07/10/2023, I informed her that the package is PERISHABLE, and it contains OYSTERS she said that she will put a not in the system and hopefully someone will deliver the package by 07/09/2023.
this is not acceptable, each time I have a delivery that is due to come it is always an issue, if the driver had delivered my package on 07/07/2023 between the hours of 10:00am & 2:40pm I would not be sitting here composing this email, the driver needs to be fired for not doing his job and lying, the customer service agents need to be fired for not handling this issue in a timely manner. I already know that my package with the Oysters in them are spoiled this is how your STAFF treats its Customers, I need a resolution to this problem I am experiencing from your workers.

You driver was speeding in my driveway. Not I lay did he see my dog he sped up and hit her. Then left her. She crawled off the road and died without anyone helping her. I’m gone to work as. Flight paramedic, and he can’t even take the time to see if she was okay. I’m ve put him on blast on social media. Your worker is a POS. I saw the truck bounce in the video so he had to know he hit her. The files are too big to load.
Desired outcome: He should be fired. What if that was a little kid. Would he just drive off then too? I’ve had that little dog for 9 years.

I ordered some parts from Rockauto. I had just moved 1500 miles away from my old address. Rockauto automatically used the old address and I didn't catch it until it had just shipped. I tried numerous ways through their website to fix it. They wouldn't let me redirect the package or hold it at a fedex facility for me to pickup. I tried giving fedex my new address and put a vacation hold on my old address with a note to not deliver any packages there. I looked at the tracking information and the package was only about 25 miles from me, but they were sending it 1500 miles away from me where I no longer live. I called fedex and told them that along with the fact that I didn't mind paying for shipping again to send it to the correct place. They told me there was nothing they could do (or would do). I told them that they didn't even have to ship it at all - I would go to where it was right now and pick it up - still they said that wasn't possible. As a side note, I have shipped many packages through UPS and they will stop (intercept) the package at the next destination and redirect it to anywhere you need it to go - although you may have to upgrade the shipping service or pay a fee. I tried rockauto who doesn't have a phone #, so all you can do is email them and they didn't respond to my email. So anyway, fedex delivered it 1500 miles away where I don't even have the phone # of the person who lives there and they don't know my address. So this isn't a complaint about their drivers, but instead the company - they suck! I will never use fedex again if I have a choice (on rockauto you almost always have a choice).
Desired outcome: To let people know of a flaw with the company and tell them about an alternative where this doesn't happen.
The fed ex driver dropped off my packed on the ground not the table and the proceeds to RUN over my tire flower pots!
Today my box was delivered and the driver can over my flower pots and pushed my tire across the drive way about 3 feet instead of making the turn into the drive way or better yet pull beside the house and run it across. No destroyed my property and didn’t bother to tell me just left! Would of been one thing to come and tell me or leave a note but nope just did an hit an run on my plants broke it completely into pieces this happened at 2:10 pm June 29-2023

I could not recommend Fed Ex for Passport issuance. I paid a lot of money for a new passport. I still had to got to the Post Office to have everything checked and even the man at the Post Office told me I should go through my Congressman that I was paying a lot of money for not extra service.
Silly my, I stayed with Fed Ex because I had already booked them.
I was told that I would have the passport returned by June 9. June 9 was a Friday and I did receive an email from govWorks telling me that everything was being processed.
I waited until June 12 (Monday) and heard nothing. I called govWorks - waited form 35 minutes - an talked to a person who told me that I needed to talk with someone at the facility near the passport office. She took all my information and told me that person would call me.
NOTHING
Now I am getting nervous about getting the passport in time for the trip.
June 13 (Tuesday) called again. This time the man told me that they were working on it - he supposedly contacted them - and it was still in the government office.
June 13 - 10 minutes later - I received the passport.
2 and 3 days later - received a call from the person who was suppose to call me on June 9. telling me to call him back to talk about the passport. I did not.
June 28 - today. I am back from my international trip. Received an email telling me that "Your final documents are shipping."
This is horrible service and I believe that Fed Ex owes me a refund of sorts.

Do whatever you can to avoid using Fedex!
I spent hours carefully packaging a very rare clock with a ridiculous amount of expensive packing materials and they destroyed it. I paid for the extra insurance just in case, but of course they flat out denied my claim and said packaging was inadequate. I have shipped thousands of boxes with very little issues, I know what I am doing. When I tried to dispute the claim they bounced my call around and disconnected me many times, when I finally got ahold of someone who told me how to dispute the claim, they just came up with the same answer.
They do not care about you or your package, they robbed me of my money and left me high and dry.
Desired outcome: Warn others to stay away so they do not experience the same issues.

Desired outcome: Please find a way and how to solve the problem
Call [protected] and make them create a case number or trace for your missing package. Most likely it is stuck in customs. I called this number for my package, was eventually assigned a FedEx agent who meant to obtain missing info needed by customs. It took a full week for him to acknowledge he had received all the documents I sent. Then he failed to give those documents to Customs. The only thing I did get from him was the customs ‘Entry Number” for my package.
Yesterday I called US Customs myself and managed to get my package released after I gave to them the info I had already given to FedEx. The number I called for customs was [protected].
All FEDEX shopments seem to enter at Memphis Tennessee. If you call the number above, you can leave a voicemail but also the outgoing messages provides some email addresses and a website that you can upload documents to. I recommend trying to push both FEDEX using the FedEx number and customs. My package was sent on the same day as yours and I still haven’t got it yet, I was promised a delivery today - and instead it was more hours on the phone being given the run around, Bottom line is that FEDEX is the worst company with the least trustworthy workers I have ever encountered (truly saying something in this day and age) and I categorically won’t ever use the again,
