Lack of delivery notification
My medication was delivered without my knowledge. I had been checking my status all morning! It never said 'out for delivery'! So while I showered, it was delivered. It needed my signature.. the driver did not knock! My dog's would have barked! She (Flahgerty?) Just left a door tag!
I must have this package TODAY!
The designated office is 30 miles away! I have no means to get there!

Fedex's failed pickup and integrity concerns
I had a scheduled package pickup for Friday, September 8th, 2023. I followed FedEx's instructions to leave the packages on my porch from 9 am to 6 pm ET, which I did. However, FedEx never picked up the packages. The next day, September 9, 2023, I contacted FedEx and was told that a pickup attempt was made at 2:47 pm, but the packages were supposedly not ready. This is simply untrue, as my doorbell camera clearly shows the packages on my porch from 9 am to 6 pm, with no attempted delivery during that time. I've experienced missed pickup at least four times in this neighborhood, further solidifying FedEx as an unreliable delivery service provider. This is an ongoing issue.
I offered to provide the video footage to FedEx as evidence when calling customer service, but they showed no interest. Instead, they insisted on rescheduling the pickup for the following business day, which is Monday. This situation has caused me significant inconvenience on two levels: firstly, my planned shipment has been delayed due to a FedEx failure, and secondly, the inconvenience has been compounded by a blatant untruth from the FedEx driver. It's disheartening that FedEx customer service appears unwilling even to review the footage, let alone take steps to prevent future instances of missed pickups and dishonesty to enhance the overall customer experience.
Kindly review the attached video footage from September 8, 2023, depicting the packages on the porch between 2:30 and 3 pm ET. No pickup attempt was made by the FedEx driver, despite their claim of an attempt at 2:47 pm.

Delivery
On multiple occasions I have stayed home waiting for a signature required package from FedEx only for the driver to LIE saying that an attempt was made to deliver the package and no one was home or business was closed. Flat out lies. I was home all day each time and like nearly everyone else nowadays I have a door bell camera and there was absolutely no delivery attempt made. No door tag left. Nothing but lies.
Desired outcome: Package delivered when it is actually supposed to be delivered. Stop lying about attempts made.
Fedex priority overnight delivery by 12:00 pm
I was scheduled to receive a Priority Overnight package on 9/7/23 that contained medication that must be kept at 30 degrees or lower. I work from home and do not leave the house. At 3:00 pm I went online to see why it had not been delivered yet. An email from FedEx said a delivery was attempted at 11:58 am on 9/7/23 wich is 100% not true. I have 2 cameras that show all activity at my house. The cameras show an Amazon delivery at 11:40 with picture proof and coincidentally show me on camera bringing the Amazon packages into the house at 11:58 am which is the EXACT time FedEx claims they attempted the delivery. They obviously figured out they weren't going to get the packaged delivered by 12:00 and falsely claimed they attempted the delivery 2 minutes before the deadline. By the time I get the medication the ice it is packed in will have melted in the 90 degree heat and will not be any good. It seems to me a class action lawsuit should be filed against FedEx for deceptive business practices.
Desired outcome: The shipper should be reimbursed for the shipping charge and FedEx should have to pay for new medication to be sent since what they failed to deliver will be unusable.
Delivery
I accidentally had my old address on file with Wayfair and had contacted them to resolve the issue, however some of my order was already at FedEx. Wayfair told me they successfully contacted FedEx to change the delivery address. Later that day, I received a call from a FedEx employee with a very very heavy accent extremely difficult to understand, asking me to confirm if my order was cancelled. I couldn't even understand them when they stated my old address and had to ask them to confirm it several times. I told them my order should be being rerouted to a new address, and they stated my order is cancelled and will be on its way back to Wayfair. I asked if I could have it sent to my new address instead, and told them this should have been resolved when Wayfair called earlier, and I have an incident number for the issue. They then said ok no problem, just TEXT my CELL PHONE with your new address. I thought this was very strange and a little sketchy but said ok because they were so hard to communicate with, and at least then they would have something in writing. They then texted me a blurry, almost unreadable screenshot of my order off their computer. I replied to the text, providing them with my new address and the incident number. They then replied back via text "ok should I send to the new address. Or back to the shipper". WTF. so I replied "yes, to the new address". It is now the next day, and I haven't received a response from them since that. This feels very sketchy to me, and I really have no confidence in this delivery or customer service person. I feel uncomfortable communicating via what seems to be an employees personal cell phone, and I have no idea how to get ahold of someone capable of fixing this. I have a second part to this order which has shipped from Wayfair and will be picked up by FedEx soon, and I'll need to reroute that one as well once I have a tracking #. So I will probably have to go through this circus all over again and who knows if I will even get my items, or will have to reorder them. If I had the choice I would avoid FedEx at all costs in the future.
Desired outcome: I'd like to know if texting personal info to an employees cell phone is normal practice or if this person should be spoken to.
FedEx system says that delivery was attempted when it was not.
Today, on 9/3/2023, I expected a package to arrive. Tracking information throughout the day showed it "Out for Delivery". However, I then received a message that the package could not be delivered but an attempt was made. There was no FedEx tag left. Security cameras show that no one attempted to deliver the expected package. Furthermore, I confirmed with FedEx and the retailer that the package did not require a signature. When I called the retailer, the retailer explained that they had received many calls today from customers who were told that a delivery was attempted even though it was not.
My problems is that 1) this was a time-sensitive package, 2) I paid for the package to arrive today, 3) I was lied to about an attempt to deliver the package despite a signature not being required, no delivery tag left behind, and cameras showing that no attempt was made, and 4) FedEx provided no remedy other than to deliver the package two days later than promised.
Desired outcome: I would like my package to be delivered today, an apology for falsely stating an attempt was made, explanation for why it wasn't delivered, refund to the shipper, assurance that this issue will not happen again.
I am still awaiting my package. Despite tracking information saying otherwise, no attempt was made to deliver the package on 9/5/2023. Coincidentally, I received a text notification that FedEx would not deliver the package on 9/5/2023 minutes after calling customer service.
That said, the customer service agent I spoke to was kind and provided some additional information that points to some of the retailer's responsibility in using a cheaper shipping method without the guaranteed 1-3 day delivery as advertised by the retailer. As a result, I am in contact with the retailer.
The FedEx agent also acknowledged that no attempt to deliver the package was made on 9/3/2023 despite the claim made on FedEx tracking.
However, according to the agent I spoke to on 9/5/2023, it is guaranteed to arrive by today (9/6/2023) but tracking now shows the delivery date as "Pending" and does not show the package out for delivery but in transit.
I want my package.
Delivery
My packages are not being left ay my door. I live in an apartment community on the ground level. There are two ways to get to my apartment. From an upper level that requires the use of stairs to get down to the ground level or drive down to the opposite of the building for ground level entrance, my packages are bein left in a breeze wh ot vestibule that is not an entrance to my apartment. Therefore I have had to drive around to locate the delivery and struggle to get it down stairs two entrances away to get into my apartment. That is ridiculous!
Desired outcome: Have my packages left at my door which has an easy access.
Lying about attempted delivery
They said it would be there by end of the day I was outside in the drivewayfrm 8 to 030 hoping they would show up and I have cameras they say they attempted to deliver at 857 pm no on was there straight up lie if they pulled in my driveway they would of hit meneeded the driveshaft spose to be to work in the am hope I don't get fired so now I'm out atleast 150 dollars and possibly a lol and they just blow it off like it's my fault this is so wrong I don't even no how to handle it
Delivery covered In paint
August 21st at 2 pm we got 3 boxes delivered to us. They were call covered in paint. I didn't see it at first, so I picked it up. My clothes were ruined, my outdoor carpet was ruined and my day. The paint was hard and irritating to get off my skin. I called FedEx and Dave returned my call to say there was a spill in the trunk and unless the inside of my package was ruined I was out of luck for the other damages.

I live at 300 Simpsons Circle. My tracking number is [protected]. I have never had problems with y'all's delivers until this new ignorant driver that y'all hired. We own the whole cud-de-sac. On right side of the entrance is an address sign saying 300. On the left side is an address sign saying 301. When you pull into the cul-de-sac, on the right side is our two-story house (which is 300). On the left side is our 40X50 shop (which is 301), and then our 5th wheel trailer. This driver for some unknown reason delivers my packages to the closed-up 5th wheel. This package I knew that I had to sign for it. So, I mounted a hook on one of the legs of the trailer cover and put a piece of cardboard reading, the house is 300 Simpsons Circle. That way they would know to deliver to the house. My package was to be delivered on 8-26-23. I tried to keep a look out for y'all's truck, but I missed it. I checked the email and it read that we tried to deliver, but no one was home. So, I called [protected] and told them my situation. They said that they would try and deliver my package. So, at 6:00PM, still no package. So, I called that same number and told them again about my situation. He took my phone number [protected]) and said that it will be delivered by 8:00PM and that they would call. At 20 t0 7, I went and sat on the front porch, so that I would not miss them. By 8:30 PM, no phone call or package. So, I called y'all's number and y'all were closed. So, I did not get my package because of that ignorant driver. Let me ask y'all a question. How ignorant do you have to be to deliver a package to a closed-up 5th wheel, with a sign, and not go to the house? I have never had this problem with UPS or the other FedEx drivers. With this driver, I really dread when I order something, and it is being shipped by FedEx. I have cameras all over our property. I have a sign going to the back of our property, reading, NO TRESSING. Well, the first time that this driver made a delivery, they drove past that sign and turned around on top of our septic lines. Y'all are lucky that everything is so dry here, because if the driver had broken our septic lines, y'all would have had to repair them. I have never been able to catch the driver (him or her) to talk to them. But I have pictures and video of the driver and the truck. Now my package is to be delivered on 8-28-23, and if this is not rectified, and I don't catch the driver, I will be going all through this again! And I don't like it. Please fix y'all's problem that has become my problem. As far as I am concerned, by delivering my packages to the 5th wheel trailer, and not the house, they are delivered to the wrong address! Go to Google maps and look at the satellite view of our property, and y'all will see what I am talking about. To whom it may concern,
My daughter, my sister and myself ordered items from 3 different stores and we are going through the same problem with our packages. I’ve had different delivery dates and none of them have been correct. I called customer service support and they weren’t helpful. The customer service needs to do a better job on solving the problem. I tried speaking to a manager to get to the bottom of this and they were not helpful. I don’t know how you guys still have a business when you can’t help out a customer. I know for a fact that I’m not the only one going through this. You guys need to find a better system because the one you have it is not working and get someone who can really help. I used to think FedEx was a good company now I know it’s baloney. I need someone to write me back and find a solution as of yesterday. I’ll be waiting for a response and an answer.

Drivers failed to follow instruction as to which door to leave package, This is the second package they did this with. They were instructed to call me first and leave package on the front porch They left it on the lower step to my side porch. I hurt my self struggling with the 75 pound package delivered the last time. Now I have to use a walker . The package must be put on my FRONT porch where it is protected from rain until I can get someone to brig it inside
Desired outcome: Package MUST be moved to my porch TODAY.
Lost delivery
My package was not delivered to my front door as all the other delivery services do. I got a notification that my package was delivered to my locker for my apartment. When I went to get it it was not there. The delivery driver did not put it in a lockbox and probably left sitting out I. The garage where the lock boxes for packages is located. Driver lied about putting the lock box. Someone probably took my package and they aren’t going to return it if they knowingly took someone else’s package. Meanwhile I don’t have the shoes I need for work and FedEx is doing nothing. Horrible delivery service and worse customer service!
Desired outcome: I want my shoes or replacements. The company I purchased them from has declined to refund.

I order a package from Bids Supply Inc In Brooking Ny no issue with them but with then was order 8/7/23 shipped on 8/9/23 with FedEx to me in Canoga Park Ca 91303 ( FedEx # [protected]) evetime they got to me they could not get in the gate ( you need a key ) they never call me to come down it get the package so I pay 5.55 to have deliver to one of their FedEx outlet mine you each just down the street from me , I call FedEx to confirm all was weel and they told me yes it would be deliver to them the next day , just to find out their driver told his office that I refused the order the day before when I never talk to him or her, so here I am seeing the package going back to shipper in or at their Las Vegas store on 8/22/23 I call that store and left a message to them and also their store in Brooklyn NY no was has call me back yet...So what do I want in all this my package . Bad driver
In Prunedale, Ca. your driver was in the right turn only lane and decided to be in the thru lane, he started to move left even though the lane was full. I had to slam on my breaks and almost got rear ended

Entire user interface, digital & otherwise, spanning back 15 years...
Delivery workers & customer support staff a joy to deal with, but every aspect of the user interface is shockingly poor, and probably the worst I've encountered of any organisation in decades.
There is zero chance that anyone designing, implementing & maintaining any part of the user interfaces at FedEx would craft things this way of their own accord, and it has dragged on for so long that it can only be due to an absolutely disastrous management culture.
Occassionally I've been pleased fo find FedEx has implemented some improvement or other, but these are seldom still around by the next interaction. I now refuse to use FedEx myself and if it is the only option offered by a sender will ask them to use someone else, but sometimes shipping agents hand over items to FedEx instead of as contracted, so end up stuck with them regardless.
It is 2023 already, running things like it is 1960s USA, and therefore like 1940s rest-of-world, is plain... bizarre.
FedEx is one of the more expensive couriers, and least reliable, so no excuse to be in such disarray for such a long time.
Maybe there's an industrial saboteur in your c-suite, but if the rest of them were competent they'd have spotted that & dealt with it years ago.
Desired outcome: Rout out incompetent senior management, fix management culture to listen to teaams.Edit scammy-seeming text & paper notifications to consignees.
Ground economy/smartpost
I have had nothing but issues with FedEx in Rogers, MN. I have had to call customer service for multiple issues with countless deliveries. The most frustrating experience I have had with them to date, has been the most recent incident involving FedEx Smartpost.
I had a package that was out for delivery on 8/3/2023. It of course, like every package through FedEx for the last couple of months, didn't arrive that day. Instead, I got a notification that a future delivery date was requested (not by me). So, the following day, another email with an update that my package was now out for delivery, and expected to arrive by the end of the day. So on and so forth for the last 2 weeks. Except the last few days, I just get a shipment exception saying "cannot locate recipient". I contacted customer service multiple times about this delivery, only to be told there is nothing they can or I can do. Only the shipper can makes changes to, or contact them. I have reached out to the shipper about this package as well. They informed there was nothing they could either. So, my package has been at the mercy of this abysmal department for 2 weeks. With no resolution or end in sight. In fact, I was told by a customer service representative that they weren't even allowed to call that location. How I the world is that even possible? Unfortunately with FedEx Smartpost deliveries, FedEx delivery manager is null. I can't even redirect the package to have it held at an different location for pickup. I can't update the delivery instructions to help the delivery drivers get to my address. I have absolutely no control. I cannot believe that not one person could help me out with this. This is completely unacceptable, and I have had it with the endless issues I have encountered with FedEx Ground. I have had packages that require a signature take days to get here because apparently, delivery was attempted by the customer "wasn't home". Which is absurd as I work from home. I assure you, I am home, but no one ever came to my door or attempted delivery. I have literally watched a FedEx delivery truck pull up into my driveway, and then immediately back out and drive off. Then within a minute receive an update stating delivery attempted but no one was home. They never even got of truck. This type of nonsense has occurred too many times to count at this point, and I am fed up with the complete lack of regard or customer care. This is not an isolated incident either, as reading other reviews of this location have all stated similar issues. The Rogers, MN location has an average star rating of 1.3 to 1.7 stars. Why has nothing been done about this place yet? Why are customers continuing to deal with reoccurring issues? This needs to be fixed, and I would love for anyone to just please help me get my package. My address is not unreachable. There is easy access to the road I live on. This comes down to the poor work ethic and standards of the delivery drivers, and the department/ warehouse they work out of.
Desired outcome: My desired outcome is that the delivery drivers actually do their job, and deliver my packages. You have access to this road, there's no excuse for not being able to get it here.
Package delivery from Pueblo, Colorado Terminal
I ordered a product from a company that shipped it out from Arizona on August 3, 2023. The expected delivery date to me in Colorado was August 5. The package arrived in Pueblo August 5 and was scheduled for delivery that day. Delivery did not take place - reason given: exceptionally high volume at the terminal. No estimated delivery date was given. I opened a case with FedEx C-[protected]. I was told 3 different times that the package would be delivered "the next day" That did not happen. I was lied to numerous times by FedEx - case manager said they "would call me tomorrow" with an update - never happened. I was told that I "would receive a call from the Pueblo terminal" - never happened. The level of service from FedEx has been extremely poor - in fact, it can't get any worse. Checking to see if there were any other reports of "exceptionally high volume" at the Pueblo terminal during this time period, and nothing has been reported. What used to be a reliable shipping company has now turned into one full of fraud and deceit.

Weekend driver is very rude. He delivered my package today and was very rude and hostile. This is not the first time he has done this. He usually throws packages by the door. Today, my son got the package and he rudely responded to my son: We good" My son was perplexed at his actions. He has been rude to my daughter as well as myself. I am a wheel chair bound senior and he has been rude to me also I do not like getting packages on the weekend because of this very rude and hostile delivery driver.
I contacted FED X via phone and no return call. No surprise there.
