Ordered a shipment from Turkey to US via FedEx [protected]). Shipped on March 9, 2026. Per FedEx would receive package on "3/11/26 before 8:00 PM"
Package held in Skokie IL distribution center from March 11 thru April 10. Multiple calls to FedEx customer service and to International Customer Escalation resulted in misinformation/excuses and blaming Customs. Communications with Customs stated package was FedEx responsibility.
Package received at destination April 12. Resulting in the delay in my receiving the package by 4 months as I am currently out of the country.
