Hi i was on your website looking to see what i can order with the instore credit i have. Your website is not working properly. I didnt get a chance to put in my gift certificates..you automatically charged my mastercard! I need the sale reversed and i do not want that payment to go through on my credit card. My name is Thandiwe Weza. I purchased from your site on 6/28/17. I’ve received no order ID confirmation number of tracking info. Can you please send my order ID number? I was promised 2 day shipping! This has been a horrible experience. I want my items ASAP or my money back! I am terrified because over 1, 000 people on the internet are experiencing the same issue to my knowledge and its probably more than that!

This is just s message to let everyone who don't know how to get your money back know that if you purchased items with your credit card with fashion nova and you have not received your items, contact your bank and let your bank know that you want to do a dispute against fashion nova because you haven't received your items. Also if you purchased your items through pay pal, contact pay pal and let them know that you would like to do a dispute against fashion nova. With both of these methods you should be able to get your money back.

Written coiuntless emails called countless times about my order that has not been shipped. It has been over 2 weeks! No response, no call backs, the worst customer service I have ever received. They just send an automated response email to everything you write and no one is there to take your call. I am so livid. I drop thousands here, and I am not gonna stop until I get my [censor]. They may have lost a customer who spends a lot, and I am gonna spread the word.

Anytime I log onto the website or try to I am not allowed to. Its been that way for months and I'm not really sure why. Its specifically me though because I can get on from my friends phones or computers but through my own electronic devices I can't shop on your page. Anything that is authorized by me such as my phone my computer or even my school computers, does not allow me to access your page and it is very weird. Its something that has never ever happened to me before. Its very inconvenient because I used to shop there a lot and now for whatever reason I can't unless I am on someone else's devices. Its frustrating I just want to know why.

I have ordered my fashion nova outfits about a week ago and yet have not received any information on shipment. I spent 300 dollars + fast international shipment. I have tried emailing them about when they can ship my products as I am going on a holiday on July 14th, but instead received a general reply about fashion nova delays and how they are expanding their company. This upsets me as my query was not answered properly. I was not notified about any delays in products when I was ordering first, it would've made my life easier.

I ordered a dress from fashion nova since june 21st.2017.. They took my money and did not provide a tracking number... I have a wedding to attend on july 7th 2017... It's now july 3rd.. And I haven't heard from them... I contacted them via email... Phone calls.. And instagram.. All I received is their automated system.. I need my money back.. I live in canada and it cost way more to order.. I work hard for my money.. And they took it and did not ship my product... I now have to buy a new dress for the wedding...

Hello my Is Nani iam missing packages it's already been a month and I have not received my packages iam worry what's going on and not I sent an email and did not get a respond I spent 135$ only received 2 outfits it's been a whole month that I've been waiting on my others to come it say 2-3 days and I had not receive anything missing these outfits it says 2 days I need to know we're are they I ordered them on the 7 of June

Ordered several items since june 23rd and they have not shipped. I only receive a automatic message from fashionova and not a direct messsge concerning my specific orders.i tried calling and no live person answers. A order i placed after june 23rd shipped but none of the others before that i need a follow up with the company about my specific orders. Are the items out of stock, am i getting a refund i need specific answers from a live person

My 2 orders of $246.72, $36.72 have yet to update from June, 29, 2017 at 9:45 pm, and June, 29, 2017 at 11:00 pm, these orders still are in transit after 24 hours, after waiting for 4 days to ship out the items.I call their customer service line and it keeps on giving me a automated message, same with email.I dont know what's going on with their website.I ordered from them last year in December, and September, never had this problem before.I would highly appreciate it if I could get some help on my orders.

I placed and order in excess of $75 solely to receive the "Free 2 day shipping" as advertised. I understand I wouldn't receive it in 2 days because it takes time to process the order but 11 days later and still no confirmation of shipping. I emailed customer service only to receive a canned email response. This is unacceptable, deceptive, unethical and blatant false advertising. Had I know my order was going to take this long I wouldn't have spent the extra money to receive 2 day shipping. I just wanted a pair of $29.99 jeans but due to the DECEPTIVE FALSE ADVERTISING I ended up ordering $110. Can't get a live person on the phone to save your life.

I ordered clothing from them on June 23rd and selected 2 day shipping. They charged me but have yet to ship my merchandise and it is now June 30th. There is no person to answer when I call. Only an answering message saying they have been delayed and no further information. Please do not waste your money and go shop at a reputable store. They are thieves!

Run for the hills! This website is a scam! Don't order anything from them because they will be sure to promptly take money from your account but no products. I placed a $282.90 worth of order onJune 24th. I didn't receive a confirmation email but the money was deducted from my account. I took a screenshot of the order number that came up on the website immediately after placing the order.

When I track my order using the "track order" option at their website using the number, it says "Could not find order." I have tried calling and emailing literally multiple times a day attaching the screenshots as proof. No email responses and when I call all I hear is this annoying automated voice calling me "Novababe". Really! I am out of options. I don't know what to do and watching my hard earned almost $300 go down the drain is a hard pill to swallow.

I have attached the screenshot of the confirmation I got from the website immediately after placing the order and a pic of my order not being found. Can someone stop these scammers from stealing from people! Please help!

I placed an order on June 9th I got an email stating that my shipment has been shipped on June 12th. I tried to track my order and appreciating label has been made which means it has not left the warehouse. Today is June 29th and I still haven't received any package any help from customer service any emails nothing! They have taken my hard-earned working money out of my account but I have no product.

I'm a first time customer, and this is by far the worst online service I have ever imagined. You offer two day shipping it's been four days, and I have yet to receive my order. To add insult to injury why give a discount code for orders but we have no means to speak to a service representative. I have called the numbers provided online they are all pre recorded message a. This is totally unprofessional/ inconveniencing to me. I have an event to attend now this delay is a set back / disaster. This is a first and a last time I will order. I defiantly would not refer your store to anyone.

My order is #6111915 and I had recently placed another order that I am now worried about as well (#6211784). I just want my items and to not feel scammed. I have the confirmation emails and everything. This is all ridiculous to have not even received an email with updates.

Fashion Nova is falsely advertising. I went with the 2 day shipping and order for over a 100 dollars. I have not received a tracking number or any information on my order. I am going on vacation next week and don't know when I will receive my order. I will have to contact my credit card because this is a scam a friend told me she ordered once for over 200 dollars and she never received her items.

I ordered some items about a week ago. 2 days after my order was placed I received an email stating one of the outfits I'd already paid for was out of stock & that I'd shortly be receiving an email with a gift card. I have yet to receive that email, the rest of the items have yet to ship, and no one responds to emails or answers phone calls. Since the new website, Fashion Nova customer service has been HORRIBLE. Customer service rep claims they have been experiencing a delay since the week of the 12th but no where is that listed on the website to worn customers before they spend their money. They have really nice and affordable things but it's not worth the hassle.

Dont shop with fashion nova. Worst fn company ever. They have terrible customer service. They are literally the worst fn company ive ever encountered. I placed an order tuesday, june 20th expexting the two shipping considering what I paid. I specifically placed this order for a few things for my vacation on july 1st thinking i'd have it before then considering the two shipping. A week and a half later and no fntracking number. Sent almost 20 emails and no fn replies. 100 fn phone calls and cant get thru to anyone. Worst fn company. [censor] fashion nova.

Fashion Nova claims to offer 2 day shipping on their items. False. I placed an order well over a week ago, they took the money from my account and have yet to ship my items! I'm so disappointed and feel robbed! They responded to one email but I've sent out two following our contact and now I'm getting no response at all. I ordered several items for my birthday and I devastated that I won't be able to wear them, even more upset at the fact that they took my money knowing that they did not have my items available for shipment!
