The owner of this company was not mad that I outed her based on the poor quality of her clothing, which was not a reflection of the high prices. The quality of the clothing is very cheap and I’m assuming comes from the worst vendors she could find so she didn’t give me a refund and so she gave me a gift card which took me six months to use and when I did she purposely mailed clothing that had been poorly damaged and smelled of urine.

I placed an order with them but never got it. I contacted them and they said it was delivered and they can't do anything about it. I reached out to the postal service and asked my neighbors, but no one saw anything. This happened on 2/9 with Order #XXXXX for a total of USD $191.29. I placed the order 14 days ago on 1/30 at 6:48PM.

Order #XXXXX, purchased on 1/15 from this online biz, owned by ***. I got the stuff and guess what? The rhinestones or whatever they're called were falling off right when I opened the package. So, I sent it back, but guess what again? No refund, no store credit, no nothin'. They just took my money and ran. I complained a bunch of times, but they didn't care. It's not fair for us customers to get stuck with faulty stuff just 'cause they wanna make a quick buck. They should give us something in return, like a refund or store credit or even a different item. Thanks.

I bought somethin' from them and still ain't got my store credit. They been havin' the return since December 14th. I sent the item back and the trackin' shows they been havin' it since December 14th, but they ain't issued me no store credit like they said on their website. I messaged 'em on Facebook, where I found out 'bout 'em, and someone in their customer service said they ain't even looked at the item. Then I got an email sayin' they got it and they workin' on it, but still nothin'. I sent it back over a month ago, and with all them mail delays, they got it on December 14th and now it's January 8th. I'm spendin' my hard-earned mornin' durin' a pandemic. I coulda used that money for food and stuff, but I chose to support their business and I still got nothin'. They also got a customer service number that they never pick up.

I bought a backpack purse from My Sexy Styles and when it came, the zippers were way bigger than what was shown in the pictures. They were also hard to open and close. I got an email from the company asking if I was happy with my purchase, so I told them I wasn't. But they never replied, and now the zipper that closes the purse is broken! I called and asked for a replacement or store credit, but the owner gave me the runaround. She said she needed to find the email I sent and would call me back in 15 minutes. But she never did, so I called again. They told me that since I bought the purse 2 months ago, they couldn't do anything about it! The owner was so rude and full of herself! Don't buy anything from this online store!

In early March, I bought 5 dresses and a belt from My Sexy Styles. The first problem was that my purchase didn't arrive on time. I called them, and they told me that one item was on back order, causing a delay for the whole order. They never bothered to inform me about this. The second issue was that they sent me 4 dresses, but none of them fit me at all. They were off by 2-3 sizes! I returned all the items, but it took more than a month to receive a credit. What's worse is that I had to pay for the return shipping myself! Finally, when I did get the credit, none of the dresses I wanted were available. So now they have my money, and I have no dresses.

My mom had a similar problem with a dress she ordered. She ended up giving it away to my sister because it didn't fit her either. My mom is 58 years old and weighs 190lbs, while my sister is 52 years old and weighs 130lbs. There's a major difference in their sizes. I've tried reaching out to My Sexy Styles multiple times to resolve the issue, but they have completely ignored me. It's clear that they only care about their own profits and not about the customer. This is a terrible experience, and I strongly advise against purchasing anything from here! It's been two months, and I still don't have what I need. They have my money, and I'm a first-time customer!
