Since August 4th, 2021 I have been sending emails to this company trying to get back a refund of $181.86 from products I did not keep. On July 29, 2021, they email me saying that the "e-gift card" was in process and should receive it in 72 hours. As I said, I emailed them on August 4 they replied they will send it. To make the story short, I emailed them over 10 times and the response is always the same. That they will resend the email with the gift card. I demand to speak with someone but no one is available to do that as they said in an email. This is ridiculous. A big company, having so poor customer service. I emailed them, 2 times this week, and have not even a reply.Order Number: #[protected]

I ordered " up for the challenge graphic shirt dress " in a size 2x and instead received "body moves midi dress " size large I would like either a refund or for you guys to send me the correct item I tried your help center and it said I would be contacted in 24 hours and it's been more than a week and have not heard from the company I tried to enter info again and now it won't let me upload form

I have been trying to talk to a live representative for over a year now for items returned and adding up to 88.00 that I was not sent e-gift card for! Fashion nova should bE a shamed of themselves for scamming people who have been loyal and purchasing from them. Hell purchased items after my issue and some of the items were not the right size and I just kept them. I have so many emails to and from fashion nova but thru all of that still no credit was given! I just emailed them a couple weeks ago and they sent the same email but with a different twist to it saying how sorry they are and that they have sent me out and E-gift card to my emai and to make sure to check my spam. And still nothing which is absolutely ridiculous. They need to be shut down! Seeing alllll of these people with the same issue as me and still no justice smh did should be against the damn law! Where is our justice at?! Their robbing people 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤔🤔🤔🤔

This is my 1st and last time purchasing from them. The dress was bulging on both sides of my hip area from being sewn incorrectly! Through their help center I got an error every time until I reduced my picture proof to one. They sent an email saying they require me to pay for shipping even though they sent a damaged product. When you see the pictures the seam is straight until it gets down to the hip area.

I ordered a S/M for a costume and was sent a M/L on 10/24/21. Since the item was a "costume" Fashion Nova said that I could not return the item despite them sending me the wrong item! It no where near fits. What am I supposed to do with a $50 item that I can't return because you sent me the wrong one! They offered me a $5 gift card instead, which is so ridiculous when I just want my money back. It hasn't even been Halloween so its not like I'm trying to wear and then return. I just want to return. It's so unfortunate that you can only correspond to support over a non-repliable email.

On 10-21-2021 someone fraudulently used my Visa card information, last four numbers of 6650, for a purchase of $141.85.
On 10-22-2021 someone fraudulently used by Visa card information, last four numbers of 6650, for a purchase of $171.73.
I did not authorize anyone to make those transactions and the Visa Card was in my possession at the time of the transactions.

I would like to have those orders cancelled and I would like to have any information that FashionNova has about who made those transactions and where the items were supposed to be shipped to.

I placed an order on September 22 for a total of $281.97 with a total of 21 items; 12 jeans, and 9 dresses. I had received orders before without any issue. This order however was a rush order as it was meant to be a gift for several family members. The order at first stated that it was on its way to be delivered on the 24 when it should have been delivered but then got delayed then stated on the Fashion Nova site that it was delivered on the Thursday the 24rd of September which was a lie. The Carrier on the other hand had that it was delivered on the 25h at 1:23 pm and stated that it had a signature which by the way no one who worked there has that name which they claimed was signed. After 10 days of stating that they would file a claim, they sent me back an email stating that because there is a signature I would neither be getting a refund or a replacement of the shipment. Cameras on the property even show that no one delivered anything. The camera had shown the delivery person walking up to the front desk looking and then going back to the truck. FashionNova and On Trac have both been giving me the run around telling me to contact each other. FashionNova has rejected my claim stating that because On Trac states that there is a signature that I can neither get a refund or a redelivery. Nothing was delivered to anyone! On Trac stated that they do not even have any records of Fashion Nova contacting them about any issues about this order, now they are both saying I am no longer in the time period to file for claim or to be entitled to anything. So $281 of my hardworking money is gonna go down the drain? It is ridiculous, unprofessional and a complete scam

My daughter placed orders for two pairs of dress shoes and these orders were paid by my credit card. They did not fit so she processed the returns for these items and wanted a credit applied my credit card. She received an email stating the return amounts were placed on an e-gift card. FedEx said they delivered my order..I never seen fedex at my door from my cameras I was home all day..trying to contact fashion nova and I can't..they policy states they do not give refunds are credits towards orders not delivered..I called fedex they said fashion nove will have to contact them to file a complaint..I can not get in contact with fashion nova

I placed an order with fashionnova on October 13th 2021 and paid for expedited shipping. MY Order was supposed to arrive on October 18th 2021 but I never received my online order. I placed an order with this company for $344 or something very similar on October 7th I've been waiting and waiting for a shipping confirmation and received nothing. Then out of the blue today I received an email advising i have a gift card of $15 and my order has been canceled. Help me under how $15 account for my order and why am I just being notified a week later. And if some items were sold out ok fine but it was 14 items total so everything was out of stock?!?! Absolutely insane and frustrating because I can't get threw to anyone over the phone an emails or rarely answered or an automatic response. How can a company like this still be open?!

I need Fashion Nova to find out where my order is, I placed it on 27 September 2021 and on your website it clearly states that the estimated delivery for an International Shipment is between 5-10 business days. Today is the 15th of October and not a word where my order is. I was expecting to have received my parcel last week already in South Africa.

The last time there was movement in the Shipment was in Dubai on 7 October 2021. Now you can't tell me it takes a whole week to ship from Dubai to South Africa, what transit is used does the courier company use here ? Is it Tortoises perhaps once the delivery gets to Africa, I'm really amazed at this point.

The worst part is, your support team does not even care to respond when a person logs a query, no ticket number for a dispute, no acknowledgement whatsoever..Wow.

I ordered from this merchant fashion nova on 10/7/21 paid for express shipping. It was supposed to be delivered on 10/11/21. I have not received an email confirmation or my items. I'm very dissatisfied as I'm going out of town and do not have my swimsuits for my trip! Smh I can't even get a refund from them because nobody is responding from customer service.

I am suing Fashion Nova in small claims court. I sent over $500 worth of merchandise back within two return packages. Both packages were received by then, and neither return was refunded as store credit. I'm completely disgusting a business with no ethics at all is as big as they are. This is not the first issue I have had, so I am now escalating the claim. I suggest anyone reading this to do the same.

I placed an order last month and unfortunately had to return some items that didn't fit the description at all. It's been over a month since I sent it out and it finally notified that it had been delivered back to them and I have yet to receive any Gift Card or form of refund. At least give me the product I paid for back of this is purely just theft. FIX THIS ISSUE, it's not okay.

October the 5th 2021, my package was left out in the open in the hallway lasership delivered it at 3:45 by the time I arrived home from work my package was stolen none of my neighbors say that they seen the package I try call fashionova to let them know that this happened I can't reach them order number [protected] I called lasership to make a complaint

It said delivered but it never was. My surveillance reflects the same thing as well. I received other packages that day and throughout the week so it doesn't make sense how i have not received it. The address was correct as well. I would like a FULL REFUND for my order. No gift card, I will not be purchasing ever again due to their continuous problems and lack of concern. I'm extremely disappointed. I also reached out to the courier as well which hasn't been any help either. This has ruined my trip and online shopping experience.
