I ordered three dresses six days ago. I needed these for a photo shoot.They said my estimated time of arrival for these items would be in 2 days. I payed $14.99 extra for a rush service and still haven't received my package. Now I can't reschedule my photo shoot and will be out of money both ways. I'm just upset about the fact I payed extra for a better delivery and it's longer then expected.

I made my order since October 12th for my birthday party this November and up till now, no package received!

My order says- pre-shipment Info sent to USPS Los, Angeles (meaning USPS knows about the intended shipment but does not yet have the package in possession for delivery.

My Tracking number: EPG070647914380807 does not even exist on the USPS website!
My order number : #[protected] when tracked, only shows pre shipments info sent to USPS since almost a month now.
My estimated order arrival says October 27th but nothing came till date.

It's been almost 1month now and Fashionnova haven't delivered my packages yet and they don't even reply to my emails/messages.
I need my money back please 🙏 how can I go about this. Please help!
My package was last updated on 25th October saying- Preshipment info sent to USPS! till date. I just need my money back.

I ordered a sweater for $21.60 in size 3X.
They sent size XS.
I immediately contacted Fashion Nova through website and email. ( Per their only way to do returns)
They keep emailing me with how to return an item but it doesn't tell you anything about how to get their shipping label.
I printed out an invoice of theirs, wrote wrong size send correct size or send E-Gift card.
They said they received my item but want proof of mailing item. I sent copy of my receipt with tracking number.
They said it went to warehouse. They said they will not give me credit!
I not only spent extra fees for returning the item but paid $8.35 extra just to return their mistake at my expense!
They now have my sweater and money I paid to get it!

I'm very up set I keep tracking my order shipment date keeps changing. At this point if I haven't received my order by Monday I feel like something needs to happen. I returned some items and they wouldn't give me a refund. Instead they sent me a email saying I would get a store credit for $78.62. This was Oct 22nd. They never sent it. I contacted them again Nov 12th. On Nov 15th they sent a email saying I would receive gift card in 48 hours. Its now Nov 18th and I have received nothing.

I placed an order 2 months ago and it's been attempted to be delivered many times but keep getting a "delivery exception" and sent back down to the states. It's currently waiting here in anchorage but has the same "delivery exception" status for the 4th time. I've tried picking it up myself but fedex won't allow me to. I'm extremely frustrated at this point because I've been a very loyal, high spending customer for about 7-8 years ! Never had this issue before. I checked to make sure my delivery address is correct and it is so I'm wondering what the issue is ?!
I've reached out to customer service 6 different times and haven't heard back once. Very upset at this point and will most likely never order through fashion nova again due to this experience. How can I get my order ? I paid close to $400 on this order and it contains a winter jacket that I really need ASAP as anchorage Alaska is extremely cold and I can't afford to purchase another one until this one either gets delivered to me or I get my money refunded. There is no way to contact anyone and I haven't received one email back from customer service. Very unacceptable. I can't even request a refund and cancel my order as it is "out for delivery" even though it's been saying it's out for delivery since September

I placed an order on 8/11/2021. I received my parcel on 15/11/2021, I spent all day yesterday and all day today trying to find an email or contact number to speak to someone regarding an item that was missing, I have posted on Twitter but I've had no response, there is absolutely no information on their website for how to make a complaint. I have filled out the missing item form on their site 7 times because there is no communication to say if they have received the form or not. I've had no confirmation email or message on my screen. I just want my item or my money back, but there is absolutely nothing where I am able to actually speak to anyone from fashion nova. I've spent 48 hours getting extremely frustrated trying to find some kind of contact information there is NOTHING, so I don't know how I'm meant to sort this missing item. Twitter has been ignored as well.

I was charged for the same order twice. This is horrible my original order that I ONLY PURCHASED ONCE, was charged 2 twice. I bought $ 110 worth of clothing. I had 800 in my account when I bought the order which left me with 690. Then a couple hours later I noticed my card was at 590 instead of 690. I was charged a second time for the same order. I am furious and livid that they did that. I have been such a loyal customer for a long time. If this doesn't get fixed I will make a TikTok review about it and I have over 1mil followers and I will tell them not to buy from fashionnova anymore. I will also be explaining the [censored] customer service help center they provide to even deal with these matters

I ordered things online and when my package came it was the wrong items. I tried calling the number to make a complaint but unfortunately they only service us callers, online. I've made my complaint on what the website calls a help center and NOTHING. They say on the phone 1-3 hour response time that was a lie! Horrible customer service! I just want my items or to be refunded, this is ridiculous.

I placed an order and was suppose to already receive it! I am still waiting for it to be delivered and the system keeps saying it will be arriving soon. I am beyond upset! What kind of company is this? I will be filing charges if I don't get what I paid for. THIS IS RIDICULOUS . Never again! I will also be filing a complaint with Better Business Bureau because this is illegal and that site should be taken down!

I made my first order with fashion nova for 2 dresses and a co-ord outfit and one of the dresses i received has 2 holes, one in the sleeve seam and one in the hip seam. I have tried emailing and filling out the "easy returns" stuff and i filled out and sent a damaged item form they have on their website. and i got an answer back the first time and then responded when they requested more information, and received nothing after that from them. then i emailed again a separate email and got a response requesting information and then i respond with the information and i received nothing again, and then the third time i emailed them again i received no response. at this point i want my money back, i wanted to get a new not damaged dress in a size larger but i doubt that will even happen at this rate, it has been a month. very frustrating.

I order on Oct 3 ryah delivery that had to be hre by oct 5th its been over a month and i have not gotten anything and fedex tracking says its potetanially delay and i called they said i need to contact fashion nova because the package was empty i have emailed them over 20 times and get ignored not answer and i juts want my money back I paid over 200$ for this orders .The expected delivery was oct 5th. I purchase items and return multiple as well with the slip on the reason why I'm returning. I was improperly credited I was supposed credit 356.00 but only was credit 17.88. It's hard to actually get in contact. I sent multiple emails. I just want this issue to be resolved and corrected

They received my returns and I have been told for 3 weeks now that my gift card has been issued and I will revive within 24/48 which I still have not received anything! I purchase a 3piece plus legging set for 55$ plus I waited a substantial amount of time for delivery. Saturday 11-7 a package was delivered from fashion nova and it was a pair of size 11 jeans that I not only can't fit didn't order for 55$. Aft discovering all this fashion nova doesn't have a live person you can speak too, to resolve this issue and a recording said it w/b 24-48 hrs. Well it's 2days later and I still haven't heard from fashion nova. Aft researching fashion nova I've now realized I was rob and it's more likely that I won't get my merch or money back Bc if all of the other complaints. I plan on filing a complaint and possibly a las suit for 55$ I'm not a rich person and decided to shop with fashion nova for my birthday. Thanks for ruining my birthday but I'm not letting it go. It's disgusting that they have no customer service person to talk to.

I order a matching short set on October 27th. The expected delivery time was suppose to be November 2nd. Last update was given on November 2nd which stated that my package has been shipped . Never received my package and it's been more then 12 days. I've tried contacting customer service and sending email regarding this matter and still no response. I'm beyond pissed off.

Fashion Nova is refusing to refund my money. I purchased a coat from them on 8/16/2021; Order#: [protected] in the amount of $63.98 total. I received an email stating the coat was delivered by their shipping company. It never came. I immediately reached out to them alerting them of this fact w/ my proof. Fashion Nova refuses to refund my money for the coat. They keep telling me to wait 24-48 hrs. for E-Card to appear. They had the audacity to send me an E-Card for $4.99, the cost of shipping. They even admitted the coat I paid for was returned to them on 9/13/2021. I've been waiting for almost 2 months already. Still no refund. I have reached out to them numerous times & still no refund. No phone contact. 10/11, after 4AM ET, they emailed me, once again, stating to wait another 24-48 hours for E-Card. This has been their reply for almost 3 months. Enough is enough. I need my money refunded for the full amount of $58.99, since I never received the coat. I haven't received anything besides the Shipping cost. At this current time, I want my money returned to my account. I do not want an E- Card as I WILL NOT purchase any of their merchandise, EVER! I am also reaching out to social media warning them of Fashion Nova as these are fraudulent and unethical practices. They are SCAMMERS & CROOKS, preying on hard working customers! I will add, beginning of October, Fashion Nova claimed I will have my refund in my Bank Account in 5-7 Business Days. We are now in November and no funds from them in sight. In addition, I am seeking legal ramifications against Fashion Nova.
