I ordered a XXL dress (see attached invoice) and they sent me a medium
My invoice clearly states, I am ordering a XXL purple dress. They sent me a Medium purple dress. I need this dress for a function on by 9/25/23.
If they did not have my size they should have not showed they had it for sale.
Very disappointed.
The phone number they have on their website is wrong. A man has a message stating if you are calling for NYC DRESS you have the wrong number.
Desired outcome: IF THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO SEND THE XXL TO ME BY 9/25/23, GIVE ME A FULL REFUND. (see my attached invoice)
