I ordered clothing from Fashion Nova. My account was immediately debited $656.97 with a message I still cannot understand stating my order is cancelled and funds returned to my account
I am worried since i still do not have the money and no timeline for refund was given me in their message of
Order cancellation
May I know if they indeed will refund money back to my account as promised and if so when.
Also my alternative options for collection of funds if they fail to do so. Seen too many

I ordered clothing from FashionNova. I received an email that the package was on its way and smother that said it was delivered. It had not arrived. I waited the 3 days they recommended and still it didn't come. I contacted them and never heard back. If I can't get my package, I need a refund, but they will not respond when there's a problem. Feels like a scam.

I ordered a jumpsuit and unfortunately, I had to return it due to it being too large. I paid for shipping and returned the item using their new return portal. I waited over the 5-7 business days before I reached out to check the return status. Tracking informed me that the item was received by fashion nova and it also listed the persons name who accepted the return. I emailed fashion Nova with screenshots of the tracking information as well as the information showing it was received. I supplied all the required information. 2 days later I received a very short response instructing me to check the return portal for updates and to wait 5-7 business days for processing. I did as told, I checked the return portal for my rerun status and there was no way to check the return status. It showed that I had created and paid for shipping. I waited another 5-7 BUSINESS Days and checked he portal... still NOTHING. I emailed Fashion Nova again and supplied all of the necessary information. 4 days later I get a response saying, returned take 5-7 business days for processing and it depends on which mail carrier I used because it could take longer. I supplied all the tracking information and I went through THEIR return Portal and used UPS which THEY SUGGESTED! I've supplied tracking information, screenshots, names, STILL NO refund. I was even sent a satisfaction survey via email asking me if my problem was resolved... I, of course, replied to both of those emails saying I was not satisfied and my issue was not resolved. I have details as well... still nothing. Here we are 3 weeks or more later and plenty of 5-7 business days later and no one can give me an update and I have not received store credit. This really puts a sore taste in my mouth because I really like fashion nova and I shop with them quite often. Since this, I haven't purchased anything from them... with fear that I'd lose money or I would get cheated out of a deal if I needed to return something simply because it did not fit. And let me add that I've only had to return things twice. The first time was not complicated at all. Received my store credit and purchased what I wanted with it and that was that. Not sure what's going on with them now, but I would like to truthfully what's going on.

2 jumpsuits
I ordered 2 jumpsuits a few weeks back and paid over $100+ for my order and still have not received or heard anything, I would appreciate if someone did something about it as I paid express post so I want that refunded, if not please just let me know where my parcel is of resend it as I am so over waiting after being so excited to receive and wear for my family shoot .

I returned a number of items to Fashion Nova in May 2019 . The items were received by Fashion Nova but I have not been given credit for the full amount of all the times. I have had communication over email, but takes days for a response. The reprehensive Douglas Rodriguez (SPA), will not answer my questions I ask. The last email I received does not address any of the issues I have. At this point I have been patent enough, something has to be done. This is unacceptable customer service.

I'm very disappointed in the lack of knowledge, and the way that my situation was handled. I bought an item and the concierge would not sign for it, so it was turned away. I've been sent on a wild goose chase and then after 4 weeks attempting to get my account credited, only to finally be told that I need to contact the carrier, which is not my job. It should be very simple to get credited for an item which is shown on the account to not have been accepted or delivered. The sheer incompetence of the customer services is disgraceful; constantly asking for the same information and the same questions but never solving or attempting to do anything about the issue.
product return process
I returned two items that did not fit. I needed them for vacation so I went ahead and re ordered them because I knew the return process would take a while. Tracking information shows that it was received by Fashion Nova on 7/12/2019. Yet, I have not received an email with my store credit. Iemailed them inquiring about the status of my credit and they responded instantly with am email that contained standard wording that I already had read on your website. It did not answer my original question. What are my next steps in receiving my credit? It had been more than the 7 business days as stated in the wording. So I didn't understand why they sent me that message. They obviously didn't really read my email. They also directed me to go to the return portal to track my return. But there was no way to track my return status in the returns portal. When I go to the portal there is only options and instructions to return a package. I've emailed them several times since but I have recieved no response. I will be reporting them to the BBB.

these mothefuckes have the worst customer service ive ever experienced. its been over 5 days i spent over 130 dollars on my order. they keep delaying it. first they said it should be here by monday then wednesday then thursday now saturday. ive emailed called and nothing! i cant keep having them delay my order. i get its summer and theres alot of orders being placed, but that doesn't mean the customer service gotta be so poorly. i need my order for a vacation im going to! im never ordering their clothing again.
I have not received my goods / a refund
I made a purchase on 29th May 2019 for 12r items (Order No. [protected]). Fashion nova advised that the order was dispatched on 30th May 2019. Shortly afterwards I was contacted via email by a UK company called Global Freight Systems (GFS) asking me to pay customs fees / taxes prior to my items being released to the carrier - Yodel. Please note, GFS only had 2nr methods of payment - by bank transfer or by a link on their website. After accessing the GFS website, it became rather apparent that something was wrong; the website did not look legitimate at all, notwithstanding the methods of payment were not in line with other businesses.
At this point, I began doing some research into whom GFS were and their relationship with Fashion nova. It didn't take me long to figure out that both GFS and Fashion nova had done this before to several other paying customers - there were loads of complaints on Google RE: customers not receiving their items after paying GFS monies that they demanded. Albeit, there were complaints that contradicted this. Therefore, I chose to contact Her Majesty's Revenue & Customs (HMRC) to confirm whether GFS were authorised to collect customs fees & taxes on their behalf. As confirmed by HMRC, GFS are not authorised.
From here on, I demanded a full refund from Fashion nova (via email and social media). It's now 21st July 2019 and I have still not received a refund (or store credit) from Fashion nova. They either ignore my message or when they do reply they ask me to confirm my order number and the events but then proceed to ignore me.
To resolve the matter, I would like a refund in full to my original method of payment. Due to the fact that I will never shop with Fashion nova again, I do not feel as though store credit is acceptable. Additionally, I have a $5.99 gift card on my account from a previous order. I'd like this sent back to my payment card also.

Theres a Supervisor named Edgar he's a racist.. He treats black people poorly.. He should be fired.. He gives Hispanic people superiority over the African-American one's.. He gets the African-American workers fired.. Edar has the Spanish speaking workers file complaints on African-American workers, to get them fired... Something should be done.. Its sad...

Received e-gift card for returned items; however, I paid total of $57.62 for the order and store credit refund amount of $32.33. What happened to the other $25.29 that I paid? Additionally, I even had to pay to ship returned items back. I do not recommend shopping at Fashion Nova. Waste of money if you're not 100% sure you like the item or it will fit
returned my jeans and never got anything back for them
I ordered two pairs of jeans from Fashion Nova for 62$ in june, they did not fit so i filled out the return card that came in the mail with them and I shipped the two pairs of jeans back and paid 12.99 for shipping. it has been 3 weeks or more and ive never received an email about them or anything. When i emailed them about it they said i needed proof with the package number and receipt showing that i shipped them, the worker at the post office did not give me any receipt and i told them that and have not heard back from them since. i am not just going to give them my money. I dont even want store credit i want my money back because i never wanna shop there again.

Hello, fashioniva sent me faulty items such as bikini that has a massive hole on the bra. They are refusing to issue a refund. Please help, I've never come across a company that won't return money for a faulty item.

stolen credit card info
I'm getting a crazy amount of notification of stuff that is being bought from this site, I have never use it, and the have retired all my savings from my account. I talked to them from an email and tweet them, but there is no answer, they just ignore what I'm requesting. I had to do a research with my bank, but probably I'll be loosing around 1000 dollars. I'm pretty sure they have something to do with this.

I drove from Sacramento to LA..expecting to see/find a plethora of clothes like there is online. Instead, I was met with a bunch of no's. "No we don't have this and "no we can't take this back"and "no, you can't use your Fashion Nova gift card here in the Fashion Nova store." It was the worse store experience I've ever had. I will NEVER go back to the store...

Someone out in need. I got all tracking info from all companies but Fashion Nova.
So I decided to contact them by there only means EMAIL 🤔👎🏾 but they did respond according which shocked me. So I ask where is my tracking information. To find out the have not even prepared the order yet from Tuesday.
So then I stated that the items I ordered will serve no purpose two weeks later ( that's how long it's gonna take) because the young lady that don't have anything will not be able to have them cause she would be gone I DONT KNOW THE LADY IM JUST HELPING IN NEED.
So I asked th to return the items since there not sent out yet and this big company DO NOT DO RETURNS. And I have to WAIT till the item come to me that has net even been sent to send them back with my own returns and I only get STORE CREDIT.
Store credit, long shipping process...this is ridiculous so now I have to donate perfect cloths and a BIG WASTE OF MY MONEY.
NEVER SHOPPING WITH THEM UNTIL THEY CHANGE THERE POLICY.

I had order a biker jumpsuit before trying it on i check it out and saw a blood stain inside on the outfit. It just piss me off and hard to reach out to the about their product they sent to me. This is bad business especially my first time every shopping with fashion nova. I was couldn't believe this. I was very upset

Customer service is just horrible! i have no problem with no other company. Im trting to just return my jumpsuit because its too small. Customer service just want to give me a headache and not listen to my problems about a return label. Saying it have to be damaged. Why wouldnt i want to return this. Such stupid people. Will bever shop here again ?!
