When I received my order I was shocked with how terrible and ugly everything was! I've ordered some clothing from Chicnova and everything I received looked poor, cheaply made, and rubbish! Items looked nothing like pictures on their website and were made from cheap material. I could not even wear anything, sizes were small but everything was baggy and did not fit.
I sent them a message asking for a refund but they did not reply. Chicnova is a 100% scam, do not order anything from this fraudulent website. What a waste of money!

I paid extra money for rush shipping and was supposed to get my order weeks ago! Contacted Chicnova and asked why was it taking so long and they said that they had no idea and suggested me to contact the shipping company. I refused and said that it was their responsibility. Since it was already over a month I demanded my money back but they refused. I asked what was the reason, but they did not reply. Not to mention that I received nothing yet and have no information about the status of my order.

I bought coat, dress and purse from the company www.chicnova.com. I paid through Western Union, but after that the seller provided the confirmation info. The seller gave the tracking number as well, but when I checked it after 3 weeks, it turned out that my order was still in China. WTF? I tried to get any info from the seller, but he simply ignored my requests. So be careful if you use this website or leave comments if you have horrible experience with this seller.

I purchased sweater from www.chicnova.com. I was so excited when I received the package, but when I opened it, I felt real disappointment. The sweater didn’t look alike as on the website. As well as it had some dirty spots around the print. And it was obvious that someone wore it before. I tried to return it, but the seller refused and didn’t even agree to look on the pics, which I offered him as a proof. Total scammer, and avoid this company. Share your views about this website.
