Thought I was ordering meals. Instead you get a 2 divider server with soupy mix called a pot pie, no crust, and 4 pieces of a vegetable. That is it. Sorry not for me.

My husband and I have loved the Factor 75 meals for so long now and love the variety of options to choose from ranging from very low carb meals to medium carb meals as well. My husband is on a Keto diet so he has opt for that plan and I don't have a keto diet. These guys provide both options so we are able to make sure that both diets are there with delicious, fresh and healthy meals.

However, my main issue with Factor is dealing with damaged goods. I have a video of the delivery person throwing my package in front of my door, and I have pictures of my meal containers broken in the box. No one told me how to file a claim, so a few days later, I contacted ComplaintsBoard.com to inquire about filing a claim. No one informed me that I needed to speak with Factor, but since then, I have filed a claim with them. Unfortunately, I received a "denied" email stating that my claim was not accepted. This all happened within a span of less than two weeks. Now, it has been a couple of months since I tried to contact ComplaintsBoard.com again, and someone kindly assisted me in contacting Factor. I am most upset that Factor is not willing to work with customers on damaged goods beyond two weeks, even though I have provided them with videos, photos, and email receipts. I am not asking for a refund from Factor, but rather for them to help me resolve the issue with the shipping company. It was made clear to me that Factor's role is to communicate with the shipping company to assist me in getting a refund for my damaged goods, not to interfere and say that I can no longer pursue my case. I believe this is an important aspect of any business and it has ultimately driven me and several other customers away. I am also a business owner, and when I say it feels like a frustrating experience, there's no need to beat around the bush about it.

About a week or so later, I get a notification from my delivery service that I am getting a delivery from Factor. I reached out to their customer support who was no help. They said they couldn't do anything because the food was already on its way.

Factor_ deliberately left out the items, and I had to endure a long wait with ComplaintsBoard.com to get a credit for the items they knowingly didn't ship. I decided to skip a week of Factor_ service and try another delivery service, which I was happy with. However, I planned to go back to Factor_ the following week because I wanted to use the credit. Today, my scheduled Factor_ box was delivered, but when I opened it, there were no meals inside. Factor_ sent me an empty box! Once again, I had to contact ComplaintsBoard.com, but they ended the conversation halfway through. When I called back, they offered me a credit again. I told them that a credit is useless if they keep failing to deliver the product. I demanded a full refund, and this time, ComplaintsBoard.com said they would issue it. I have decided to cancel my Factor_ plan from now on.
There are a few meals that I really do like
There are a few meals that I really do like. I would however, love for them to remember what I don't eat under dietary preferences. Say I miss the deadline to update my meals. They then send whatever floats their boat (on my money), and so I end up with things like PORK or SHRIMP, both things that I don't eat. Well, those are meals that I don't eat, so I'm out that money. The system already remembers Keto, Calorie Smart, Vegan, etc, they just have to adjust a little. They could also maybe NOT send anything until the consumer hits an "approve" button. It feels unfair to get charged for something you didn't pick.
I am very unhappy with this company, Their ordering system is hard to use. It's impossible to tell what you will be receiving from week to week. Save your money and use another service. This one is not worth your time!
I would give this company NEGATIVE stars if it were possible! I was supposed to receive a delivery on 3/14/2023 and it never came. I called late that evening after 8pm (since it states that it could be as late as 8pm when delivered) and they said "oh yes, it appears your box was damaged in transit and we have to cancel. My first red flag was why has FACTOR not been proactive in contacting us to let us know we won't receive our food for the week? They have our phone numbers AND email addresses so there is no excuse. Do better, Factor. I waited to receive my refund as they stated I would receive. Then on 3/22/2023 I finally received HALF of my refund (why not the whole amount, I still don't know)! I called immediately to find out why I received half and to find out when the other funds would be back in the account and they talked in circles not giving me an answer but that the funds would be there "soon". Called again 3/31/23 and was told it should be there by Monday. I gave it until TUESDAY, 4/4/2023 and called again. At that time I was "GUARANTEED" (their word not mine) that my money would be there Wednesday. Wednesday - NO REFUND - called back and was "GAURANTEED" again that it would be there Thursday, 4/6/2023. Here we are to today...still no refund (*shocked face*)! HORRIBLE customer service and company and HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!DO BETTER, FACTOR! You are lacking in many ways.
Classic Bait and *** DO NOT USE THEM! Especially if you are using a coupon for your first order. I agreed to pay $13 for my order and was charged over $100! They admitted to canceling my coupon i used and redoing my order at FULL PRICE, not the price i agreed to pay. They said they can only give me credits for my next meal which means i would have to spend money with them again after the scammed me in order to use the credits issued. Thank god I used P.Pal to pay for it and they will be issuing me a refund since this clearly is a scam.
I really enjoy my Factor meals
I really enjoy my Factor meals. They always arrive punctually and the food is exactly what I selected and ordered. This service has been amazing in helping me stick to my diet and meal plan. The meals are fresh, ready to eat, and only take 2 minutes to heat up. I recommended them to my dad who lives in a different city, and he receives the same high-quality meals as I do. Factor has played a significant role in improving my overall health.
Food is delicious; service, not so much
I don't ever write reviews, but I'm kind of frustrated. First of all, I love the food. However, I'm only on Week 2. On Week 1, they forgot to include one of the meals in my box. They credited me, and I was fine with that. This week, although they charged my card, they did not ship a box to me. I have no meals for this week. They again credited me, but that was part of my grocery budget. I have no more room to buy more keto food to eat this week. So I have to eat the rest of the family's non-keto food, because that's all I have. I am extremely frustrated. Only 2 weeks, and both times, they screwed up. I'm losing a lot of faith in this company. The customer service people are nice, but the shipping department needs to get it together. One more screw-up, and I'm done.
Recommendation: Don't rely on this company to actually deliver the food you pay for.

I'd give them a zero if possible. On 9/7/23 I entered my credit card information so I could browse their menu (I should have noticed something was up due to this requirement). After reviewing their menu, I decided that I was not impressed and immediately cancelled (I was on their site for approximately 3 minutes). I received a confirmation email that I had cancelled a few minutes later. A few days later I reviewed my bank account and noticed that on 9/13/23 (6 days after cancelling) Factor charged me $110. I called the company and explained the situation. They told me that they see I cancelled, but that there was a 2nd place on their site that I needed to cancel and because I did not do that, my order WOULD ship (they could have cancelled the shipment) and arrive on September 18th. I was then hung up on by the Factor Rep. This is ridiculous and compete fraud. How can a someone cancel, receive confirmation of the cancellation and then 6 days later be charged for something that hasn't yet shipped and they never wanted? I received the meals today (9/18/23) and again called Factor because I wanted to return the meals that I did not want and did not rightfully pay for. I was told there is nothing they could do and I could not return the product. I was also told that DO NOT RETURN it is "clearly" written on the box the meals were shipped in. I filed a fraud claim with my bank, received a temporary credit and am waiting for their final decision.

I double-checked this before entering my payment details and processed the order without further thought. However, the following morning, I received a notification from my bank indicating a charge had been made. This was an alarming way to start the day. I reached out to customer service via chat and was met with a dismissive attitude. The representative, far from being helpful, seemed to take pleasure in exacerbating the situation. Her approach was the antithesis of putting a smile on my face, as she had initially promised. I even saved screenshots of our conversation as evidence of her unprofessional behavior. My advice to the company is straightforward: if you do not intend to provide free boxes, then simply don't offer them. Offer codes for discounts instead. But if you do make an offer, it's crucial to honor it. If that's not possible, then such promotions should be discontinued. Ultimately, the issue was resolved after an hour of frustration and a brief 5-minute solution, but it was an experience that warranted reporting.

Horrible customer service. My friend referred me and it was supposed to be a free box of ten meals and they charged me twice. I called and the rep started yelling at me telling me it says I get a discount off the first three boxes which is complete Bs. A supervisor was supposed to call me back and no one ever did. The food is actually pretty decent but I wont order from any company that treats people the way they do.
Terrible Customer Service:I have been a *** user for over a year and love the meals but the customer service has become a joke. The customer service used to be fine and actually pleasant until recently. Last week I called because I was unable to update my delivery address through the company website. It took 30 minutes to get my address updated due to a language barrier. Today I logged in to check my upcoming meals and found out that my address did not get updated by the customer service rep. I tried again to update my delivery address from the website with no success. Therefore, I called customer service a second time. Unfortunately the language barrier continued to be an issue, it took me 15 minutes to spell my email address to the representative only to find out that the representative cannot edit my address until Monday. She requested I call back on Monday to get this fixed. At this point I have had it so I requested my account to be deactivated. When prompted if there was anything else I would need, I stated I would like to take the customer survey. At which time the customer service representative flat out hung up on me. I truly love the product but this show of customer support is ludicrous.

My issue with Factor is that they keep emailing me constantly after I have unsubscribed multiple times to every single spam message they send me over weeks and weeks and I am tired of it! Leave me alone, no not contact me again! There are class action suits out there against companies for this very reason, be careful before you find yourself on one factor

They forgot to tell me they canceled my order. It was processed for a refund, however, they didnt have any intention up until I started asking to either let me know the order was canceled or to refund the order. Really, really bad. Poor service from new delivery company
For the past two deliveries (January 30th and February 5th 2025)our food order was delivered by UPS. We didn't know when the food was coming and only by repeatedly looking outside the front door did we find it. Not only that, it was placed "somewhere" out on the sidewalk. For a year prior to the UPS deliveries, a company named VEHO delivered the food and they were great. We placed a small table next to the front door and VEHO put the box on the table. VEHO always sent us a text giving us an approximate time of delivery and immediately following delivery they sent another text saying the delivery had been made. And they sent a photo of the box on the table. Following the January 30th delivery by UPS, we contacted Factor and they told us that VEHO would be back for the February 5th delivery. But it was UPS again. We found the box in the middle of the afternoon "somewhere" out on the sidewalk; we had no idea when it arrived. We want VEHO back. UPS is a poor subsitute. If UPS continues as our delivery service, we fear that the food could spoil in the heat of summer here in North Carolina.

Unauthorized Credit Card Charge. I did not subscribe to any meal offers from Factor 75.com, but my credit card was charged for a shipment of meals that I did not order. My wife is a diabetic and can not eat the meals that were shipped. There was no notification that an order or selection meals placed. There was no notification or date given that an order was to be shipped or that my credit card was to be charged. My wife is already receiving meals from Mom's Meals that are made for diabetics. There was no reason to place an order from Factor 75.com. My credit card company has been notified of this unauthorized charge.
I do want any more charges made to my credit or unauthorized meals sent to my home.

Tonight's meal
Hello - I have enjoyed every meal I've received until tonight (10/1/24). When I peeled the plastic back on my garlic butter mushroom chicken thigh dinner, there was a large piece of chicken skin laying right on top. It was pretty disgusting and caused me to lose my appetite. I'm very disappointed that the meal was able to leave your warehouse without inspection. Your dinners are pricey but usually worth it, but not tonight's dinner. I'm attaching pictures of the piece of chicken skin.

I'm writing to express my dissatisfaction with your Veho meal delivery service. When I first subscribed, I was given a 2 hour window for delivery and it was always honored. Then delivery started falling outside of the window. Each time I would receive the excuse that weather or traffic might delay delivery, but there was never an issue with weather or traffic.
Since I had not received a text for my usual Monday order this morning, I contacted them and was told my meals are still in the warehouse and they weren't sure when they would be delivered or IF they would be delivered today. This makes me question the freshness of the food at this point.
I just returned from a trip and have nothing to eat in the house. I was counting on delivery today as was originally set up for Mondays.
Unfortunately, if the sub-standard delivery service does not improve, I will have to discontinue my subscription.

The food was fine- the company is garbage
After being highly encouraged to try their subscription service, I utilized their first-time promotion to sample their product and brand, befote deciding to investment.
Spoiler- they are not worth it.
After receiving our selected meals, I canceled my subscription online- through their website's instructions to ensure my subscription was indeed canceled.
Yet today, 13 days after canceling, I received a singular text saying my second box was out for delivered within a few hours. What?!
I quickly searched for any email, any notification from the company- absolutely nothings to indicate my account was still active.
But they sure did withdrawal funds from my account.
My husband called their customer service department; I was surprised to hear his professional frustration over my meeting, as he's pretty laid back.
He was told that without an email confirmation of the cancellation there was nothing they could do.
Ensuring my husband they'd send a cancelation confirmation to my email within an hour or so.
I waited 3 hours before calling back, sharing that I wasn't frustrated with the representative, but the experience I've had with the company.
That changed when Christopher continued to read from a script- powerless to do anything, repeating it with apathy.
I reiterated that I still hadn't received a cancellation today- that this cycle is untrustworthy and madding as they refused to resolve the error in any way.
They took no accountability, would not refund payment- full or partial - or offer an iota of human professionalism as their platform suggests.
I'm truly disappointed in this company- they claim to support healthy meals and, and foster local community.
Please save yourself the exhaustion and avoid this heartless company; I wish I had.
Product received late & customer service was beyond terrible
I called last week to ask about my upcoming weeks order and understand as to why my coupon wasn’t being applied to my order. After asking to speak with a manager or supervisor, I was hung up on continuously 5x in an hour period of time. Fast forward to tuesday of the following week, i’m waiting for my meals to come in. I call factor to inform them my meals have not been delivered. The first customer service rep says it is weather related and they were unable to make the delivery but it would be here tomorrow. I informed him that I would like money back as I would now have to go to the store to buy food for this evening for my family. Not only was each representative exceedingly rude to me, one named jesse said “ the supervisor is going to tell you the same thing i’m going to tell you and my supervisor is not going to hand deliver your meals to you tonight”. The supervisor got on the phone following the representative and he informed my meals wouldn’t be here tonight either and they weren’t t giving me a refund at all for this evenings meals.

When on Factor website, I cancelled / skipped all future deliveries unitl Jan 11th 2024. I had just placed an order on for delivery on 12th Dec, with personally chosen meals, which I received.
I called customer service when I received an email saying my next delivery was placed and it was to be delivered on 19th Dec. I did receive an email confirmation that the order was skipped, but sadly, I deleted it. I asked the representative to inform Tech support of the glitch, he said he would and that someone from management would contact me in person by phone within 24hours. This has not occurred. Neither have I received any communication regarding this error via e mail. Because I did not place the order, I was unable to select my meal choices, so now I have 6 meals in my fridge, most of which I will be unable to use / eat. I would not recommend any dealings with Factor 75 for this reason. I have closed my account with them and also blocked them charging any other orders to my credit card.

This is second time I've written this. The first one disappeared. I tried to resolve this with a telecphone call. I talked the second time to a man named Rad
Gonzales. He did not understand my issues, and his accent was so thick I could not understand him. The first person I talked to in October had a name of Noel.
I asked if he knew Noel at Factor, and Rad did not know him.
So this started in October when I talked to Noel. I called because my order was mixed up and I had gotten things I never ordered. They included:3 bundles of juices, Shedded BBQ chicken, Sweet Potato mash, Cavatappi & Italian Pork Ragu, Roasted Garlic chicken, mexican style beef. Noel told me because of this mistake he would credit my account with 81.00. No credit was ever received.
I then asked Noel to please skip several deliveries because I would be out of town. He said he would. I asked him to skip November 14 and 27. and tthen December 5th, 12th, and to deliver again on the 197h. I have paid for all
these skips. Unfortunately, I don't have the patience to deal with the type
of customer service people I have had to deal with at Factor so although
I have liked the food, I will need to cancel.
Anything Factor would like to refund to me is great. I don't expect that they will.

Mistake in order
As of today, November 16, 2023, my bank account was charged for the Factor75 meals for $68.43. I was just looking into what your plans offered but decided not to purchase at this time. Not sure how the order went through without confirmation. Please cancel the order that I did not intend to purchase. I did not receive notification via email that it did go through

False advertising - factor 75 hero discount
Factor 75 claims to offer a "hero" discount through ID.me, but Factor 75 set it us so that no one can receive the discount. Factor 75 provided false information to ID.me, which in turn causes ID.me to automatically redirect people to a completely different website instead of redirecting qualifying ID.me account holders back to the Factor 75 webpage. Here's the breakdown from the Factor 75 Hero Discount Offer page: Click on green "Verify With ID.me" button - Select Military (New Customer) option - Click on blue "Continue to sign in" button - Sign in with email & password - ID.me automatically verifies my account and applies Factor 75 Hero discount in the background process - ID.me redirects me to a completely random website. Because of this, people cannot use the ID.me discount they qualified for. This is intentional false advertising by Factor 75. I say intentional, because Factor 75 listed a completely different company's website address as the redirect link they want ID.me to use.

Cancelled Order
I had an order coming up but put a skip on it. They went ahead and shipped it and charged me for it. Customer service tried to tell me it was from a previous account that was closed. The account was closed a few months ago so why would they use that account for the "Skip " order. I have the confirmation email that confirmed that I skipped the order for this week. The call taker also had this annoying rooster sound going on in the background.

Desired outcome: Refund
Poor meals, poor service
I was a Factor customer for two months and for the most part enjoyed the meals. Deliveries were well packaged and on time. I always selected meals that appealed to me rather than just accepting "chef's choice". I told many of my friends how much I was enjoying the service. But then I needed to suspend my service. I assumed from the website that it would be suspended until i asked for it to start again. Everything on the website checked out with what I wanted to do.
Then I was surprised to receive a notification that my meals were starting again and I would get a delivery on October 24. This delivery was "chefs choice" and consisted of meals (mostly shredded chicken variants) that I would have never chosen had I been given the opportunity to select. In addition, I was informed that the PREVIOUS day to the notification was the last day I could cancel or change the meals. This was October 19, a full five days before the meals were to be delivered. This also occurred three weeks after I suspended all deliveries. I received a box that I didn't order and it consisted of meals that I would have never selected and there is nothing I can do except eat the cost, not the meals because they are the most unappealing meals imaginable. Any of the budget frozen meals at the grocery store would be better than the "Cheesy Bacon Ranch Shredded Chicken" I attempted to eat tonight. I took two bites and threw the rest away. When my daughter was five she would have been able to make something better by using leftovers from the refrigerator and piling cheese on top. I have four other similar meals to attempt to eat to get some value from the money they cost.
Not allowing me to cancel meals five days before they are delivered is probably the poorest service I have ever experienced. Having no way to contact the company other than through an always "too busy" online chat makes things even worse. Before someone thinks that I could have fixed this by calling the day I was notified, they need to understand that the online chat is the only way to contact the company and that chat is always too busy to chat with me. This borders on a scam. I wonder how many others they collected $100 from by doing the same thing.
Customer service when ordering and when attempting to cancel.
I began my subscription and was happy with the taste of the food, Only once, the food was packaged sideways, didn't heat up right. When I went to order the 2nd time, I was unable to get into my account. I ordered on by telephone because customer service couldn't figure out what was wrong. I kept trying and apparently I opened a second subscription by mistake. I ended up having 3 subscriptions and I have no idea how I got a third. My Dr. said that since there was too much salt for my diet that I should cancel. I first paid a cancelling service about $35 to cancel. I ended up getting another shipment, I called again because I received 2 boxes, one with 10 meals and one with six meals. The woman on the phone cancelled and told me I had two subscriptions and she assured me I would no longer get any more shipments. So I got another one on Tuesday and I was not at home until Thursday and so of course the food must be spoiled by now. I called and was told they couldn't compensate me for the last shipment because the cancellation was done too late to get done on time and they would not reimburse me for the meals. As well as all this, the representatve had difficulty explaining this all to me. This was the second time I had a representative that did not know how to explain things in an understandable manner. I am very unhappy with this company. Very disappointing to deal with a business like this.
Desired outcome: I wanted to be reimbursed for the shipment.
Unauthorized credit card charges
First week received meals,food was great.Week 2,never received meals and was assured by 3 different customer service that we would receive the meals the following week plus be credited an additional week for the mistake.My account showed the credit but when beginning next order,the credit was gone.Tried multiple times to resolve with each person lying or too lazy to assist at all.I rate customer service 0 at best.

Meal delivery service
On 9/6/2023, used a coupon I received in the mail and tried to order at Factor75.com The coupon didn't apply correctly, so I canceled the transaction. I then tried 2 other coupon codes and a third from television. None of them applied correctly. At that point I was done. I cancelled the Factor75 account and then I signed up for BistroMD with no issues. On 9/14/2023 at 1:00 AM in the morning I found a box from Factor on my front porch. There was a clear liquid leaking from the bottom of the box and I had to turn the box over to avoid having the bottom come out from under it. I briefly brought it into the house, but due to the condition of the box, I took it to the dumpster, knowing that I did not want to take a chance on consuming the contents. I then went to my cancelled Factor account and was greeted with a message that my next order was ready to go out! I immediately cancelled this order. I then checked my email and all I had from Factor was the 4 emails from 9/6/2023 that I had cancelled my account. I replied to all the cancelled emails and asked how this had happened. So far I have received no communication from the company. Upon checking my Factor account again, they went ahead and processed the order for the date I had cancelled! I check my bank account, sure enough, they charged me. I requested a refund from Factor75 and that they close my account so that I can never order again. Still I have not heard from them and probably won't.
Desired outcome: Refund the damaged box that was never ordered but discarded bacause it was damaged and don't send the box that was cancelled, but then charged for anyway and refund it also. Then close the account, if I have not done so already.
Factor meals
I just wanted to try try out one weeks of meals from factor 75 and they charge another weeks of Meals
on my credit card without my permission. This is corrupt, misleading, [censored]. I should’ve got an email asking for my permission for another weeks of meals or I can change my meals to a different plan. This is ridiculous. They can’t just charge my credit card without my permission.
Desired outcome: Get my money back for $116
Deceptive Practices
I initially thought I wanted to join Factor 75 for my mom. I signed up on June 15th then canceled the next day. Recently, I came across another ad and gave Factor a second look, but never placed an order. Suddenly I was charged $116 by them saying that I placed an order that I didn't place! I don't even know what they're sending because I don't have an order confirmation. I called customer service to demand a refund for whatever it is (not even shipped yet) and they told me that there's nothing they could do-- No refunds/No returns. Of course, I'm disputing this charge with my bank.
Desired outcome: I want a full refund.
The Factor customer service when delivery was not received
We have invested in this meal plan and wanted a good long-term relationship - we are ordering 12 meals a week. Unfortunately, this has been compromised by their customer service who could not resolve a delivery problem and then assured compensation for our issues and then reneged on it. What?
We did not receive our food for the week and began calling that evening and they kept saying it would be here the next day and we would get that week compensated as well as an additional week for all the trouble. First, we never got the delivery! No one ever contacted us and we had to keep calling and even offered to pick up the food if they could locate it. You cannot get more accommodating that we were - they still never contacted us and did not resolve the issue, no food was received.
Issue two - they promised us credit - not a refund - for the food that did not arrive as well as an additional week credit for the inconvenience. We were charged for the food we did not get... so as we called customer service numerous times, they assured a credit for the food we paid for as well as a free week of food and this was a blatant lie. We did not even asked for an additional week - they promised it for our inconvenience which is what they should have done but then they just lied and did not give us any compensation.
They kept the money from the week we did not receive food including the shipping and charged us shipping for the next week which should have been credited and gave us no additional credit as promised. I am easy to work with and do not want handouts but I do expect what is promised and we should have gotten the next week that we had already paid as well as one additional week - we did not. I asked to speak to a supervisor which I had done before and it was denied. I have it recorded! First, we want a reliable delivery and for the company to resolve delivery issues in a timely manner and contact us with updates and good support and that never happened. Secondly, we expect to be given what was promised - the food credit that was paid for with shipping and the additional week of compensation.
We must have spent 5 plus hours on the phone trying to get issues resolved and no one every followed up as they promised and then they did not give the promised credits. They just lied - over and over and over! We kept trying to work things out and genuinely like the food but if I did my job this way - people would die since I work in an emergency room - that is true perspective. Whatever the job - do it! Unfortunately there is no malpractice for the service industry so we just get lied to have to accept it - shame on them!. I was even going to give this service as Christmas presents to older relatives that could use it but I can't now...they would be depending on it and who knows if they would get it. The company has great potential if they just invest in the customers that are investing in them.
Desired outcome: What was promised - an additional week of free food
My order was canceled
On 7/20/23 @ 7:20am I called your 888.573.5727 number to cancel my order and no longer receive your food. I found that the spices used made me sick and can no longer find anything in your menu choices. I was told on this day that I will no longer receive any food and will not be charged for any other delivery. Just this morning I got a text saying the food had been delivered to my door and a charge was put on my Visa. When I called the same number I spoke to “Lai” who said there was nothing she could do. That I can not drop it off back to send it back to the company. So basically I am stuck with food that makes me sick even after I canceIed my future orders! She said I had to keep the food and would be charged again. I will have to throw it away.
Desired outcome: At least refund my credit card and please send me the verification of my cancellation which was on 7/20/23
