I am an Egyptian consumer .I have a problem with your esteemed company Egypt branch and I hope support from you
I bought a Samsung model A10
Since the first use of the mobile I found a network cut at different intervals
I used another mobile for the same network and the same site and there was no network hacking
I went to the after-sales service center and already told me there was a problem with the mobile industry defect.
The customer service center received the device and asked me to wait for the replacement report.
After 5 days I was informed that the phone is intact and has no defects.
I made a complaint in the National Consumer Protection Agency because I want a mobile without defects.
Samsung Egypt does not respect its customers. Only sell without any rights to customers?
I paid money and did not benefit from it and did not find its value, in addition that I have borne the burden of buying another mobile from another brand to not disrupt my business
So please reply
Are you the competent authority?
And support by you or guidance to the competent authority to complain
Attached to your purchase invoice and the report of the center of the service after sales
