A gentleman named Shaun had his daughter at work with him on the weekend and also texting on his phone quite a bit as I was standing in line. I got to the station every day Almost and he seems to always have his child there or texting on his cellular device. I have also noticed a car that is white. It's always there and have made exchanges of some type with money I'm sure it's a drug deal of some sort. It's a gentleman named Erik and Shaun that make the transactions along with the store manager Donna. I rather remain anonymous due to my business I conduct there.
accused of stealing gas and not paying

Attn: Exxon Mobile Corporation
Wednesday August 8, 2018 evening I stopped for gas at the I90 Kennedy Des Plaines Oasis going eastbound. My Lexus SUV RX 350 was on empty and I used my company gas card which was authorized at pump station 11. I started the pump and waited inside my locked car with the windows up. Out of nowhere, this random guy came to my window and knocked and said he wants to talk to me and to open the window, I did not open the window and told him I don't want to talk to him and to leave, he insisted he wants to talk to me and kept on knocking on my window, I said leave, but he would not and I started to get scared. Then he went over to the running gas pump I had started and stopped it, turned it off and placed the handle back into the pump, then locked up my gas cap on top of it, I took a quick picture of this guy while he was doing all of this., see picture attached. At this point, pump 11 showed a total of $34.98, see picture attached I took.
I was so scared and confused why this guy would come to my car, stop my pump and touch my car, I remained in my locked car and called the police explaining what has happened as well as that this guy is still standing by my car and now taking pictures of my license plate. At no time did this guy identify himself either.
The police told me to stay in my locked car and wait help was on its way. Meantime this guy also called the police to tell them that I had pumped gas and was trying to take off without paying? The police that I was on the phone with told me this while they remained on the phone with me until help was on site. Again, this was so strange how could I be done pumping gas and taking off, when this random guy comes to my car and stops my running pump? In addition, I am the one that called the police for help. The story did not make sense to me or the police.
Finally, 4 police cars showed up and the manager lady of the 7-eleven store. She came to my car as well as the officer saying that I pumped $60 worth of gas and did not pay and was trying to drive away/take off. I told her and the police, my car is only half a tank full and the pump station still reads the last transaction $34.98 which is what my gas card paid was authorized. The manager did not understand and was telling me no you are wrong that is not your transaction and I have to pay the $60.
I stepped out of my car and walked with the officer and the manager inside the 7-eleven to look up the transaction at the cash register. I explained to them over and over, the pump would not work if my card was not authorized and the only way I can start the pump is AFTER my Gas Credit Card is Authorized! I told them my card is a CREDIT CARD which gets authorized at the actual pump station when insert the card, it is not a DEBIT CARD that needs to get authorized at their cash register from inside the store. They seemed to have a problem understanding this and insisted that I was wrong and stealing, I owe them $60.00.
So I asked them to pull up the $60 transaction to see who's card it was listed under, but there was no card listed under this $60, it only read $60.00 that's it, which was strange. How can my transaction go through and the pump start working, if there was a pending payment of $60 due at this Pump 11? How is that possible? Where they trying to scam people by making them think their transaction did not get approved and make them pay for it? If they do this to a couple customers a day, some may believe it and pay for it. I really want this Oasis to get checked out to see if they scamming transactions?
So then I asked them to pull up the $34.98 transaction and there it was my Gas Credit Card number with its last four digits listed showing that it was authorized and paid for at Pump 11, see attached picture of receipt. I also told the police and the manager that gas price is $4.119 per gallon, my tank was only half full, how could my bill be $60.00?
The manager said oh sorry ok you are right. I told her before you accuse of people stealing you need to learn your register and system first! Also you need to have your employees wear appropriate attire that shows they work here and have identification + know how to talk to customer not scare them. Further, you need to check your camera and try to find the person whoever that maybe that was at Pump 11 before me and drove off without paying! If of course this there was anyone before me and/or they are scamming customers?
I was shaking and so upset that I was accused of stealing. I was so scared, as you hear all the time in the news how people steel cars at gas stations. I could not believe this had happened to me, the police said it was a misunderstanding and asked the manager lady to make sure her employees are identified better.
I was shaking could barely drive home and it took me 2 days to get over it before I was able to write this complaint letter. I am certain that this branch is doing some sort of scam to steal money from vulnerable customers who may believe and pay. I want this place to be investigated, I do not want them to do this to anyone else.
Thank you and best regards,

store employee
My husband went to Exxon this morning between 5:30-6am. He went into the men's restroom and was using the stall, when a female employee came in. There was a large gap in the stall and he saw her in the bathroom. He described her as a mid 50's female with short blonde hair. He said, "the bathroom is occupied" and she replied, "it's nothing I haven't seen before." He then yelled at her to get out of the bathroom and she left. When he finished using the restroom he approached her and told her that she should knock before entering the men's restroom. She said it was not a big deal and that no one else ever complained about it.
I went to the store and spoke to the manager at 10 am. I told her I was complaining about it. There was no reason for that female employee to be in the bathroom with my husband. The crack in the stall was wide enough that he could plainly see her. Her comment about "it's nothing I haven't seen before" and "no one else has complained" greatly disturbs me. The manager said she would review the camera and call me back. I have not received a call. I would like to file a formal complaint about the misconduct of this employee. I would like to make sure this does not happen again. Thanks.
exxon gas station
Hello,
The Station at 658 Wyndamere Road in Lewisberry Pa. 17339
continually has pumps that aren't working or you have to pay inside.
When you complain to employees inside they could care a less or don't even speak
English.
Today on [protected] it was pay inside on at least 3 of the 4 pumps.
This needs to be fixed permanently with new equipment and new management
as it is giving your company a bad name.
gas station
Hi,
I was surprised to find a debit entry in the sum of $103.95 at an Exxon gas station at a Washington DC location reported as No.381601. The transaction posted in July 26, 2018. I google Store 381601 and nothing comes up. I called all EXON gas stations in Washington DC asking them if they are Store Number 381601 and none of them admit. Can you tell me which one this store is and find out why they debited my account $103.95? I know i did not do that transaction;
1- because I don't buy gas in Washington DC at all because of the high price.
2-I have never been in an Exxon gas station at all because its not one of my favorites.
please call me on [protected] so that we can find a way forward.
unkempt condition of exxon station at old hickory blvd. and andrew jackson way, mt. juliet, tn
We stop at this station on our way to the airport with our rental car to fill up. We use this station as it has an easy in and out to Old Hickory.
The last three times we have been at this station the islands have been filthy, with overrun trash cans, islands that hadn't been picked up or swept, let alone power washed in months. Pumps are old and displays are not easy to read. Upon completing the fill, I requested a receipt and as happened previous times, the message came up that I would have to go inside for a receipt. (I have not been in the store, but can only imaging it's condition.)
Exxon's common stock price has taken a hit recently, and if the condition of it's service stations are any indication of how the company is run, I guess we know why, don't we?
potentially litigious actions of assistant manager
On July 31, at 1pm I went into the Exxon station at 3587w 4700s in WVC, UT 84120. This location is 1/4 from my house and I frequent it on a daily basis. All of the employees know who I am due to my repeat visits. I paid for a pack of cigarettes with a $20 bill I had literally just pulled out of the atm machine across the street at my bank, Cypress Credit Union. The AM thought it was fake, did the visual test, scratch test and pen all which showed it was real. However, there was a small amount of what she referred to as "waxy material" on the bill and told me I was trying to pass a "fake $20" and she was going to "have to call the police and gave me arrested." I have never been arrested in my life and started to cry stating that I had just pulled it out of the atm across the street. Despite the fact that she had done THREE tests all showing it was real she continued to state that I was trying to pass a fake bill and was going to have me arrested. I was able to convince her to allow me to take the bill back over to the bank, which I did immediately. I actually met with the banks manager who ran a few tests and informed me that the bill was "100% real." He mentioned that it looked like someone had gotten some type of glue on it. He was irate that the Exxon AM threatened to have me arrested as it was clear with her tests, which he could see on the bill, that it was not counterfeit. I was extremely upset at this point, unable to stop crying. I went back over to the gas station and informed the AM that the bill was not counterfeit. I communicated that the bank manager was irate for telling me she was going to have me arrested. She responded, "what for passing a fake bill?" She still didn't accept that the bill was not counterfeit. I returned home where my husband was on his lunch break and told him what had transpired. At this point I was bawling. He proceeded to go over to the Exxon to find out why the situation had happened. He was immediately asked to leave. I have spent thousands of dollars at this location over the past 6 years. I would never in my worst nightmare imagine something like this happening. The fact that the AM continued to threaten to gave me arrested after doing three tests to confirm its legitimacy is unacceptable. This store has always been a joy to go to—that it until this woman took over as AM. Things have really gone down hill, culminating in the event today. I definitely deserve a personal apology from this employee. What happened today is not ok. I look forward to hearing back from you and resolving this.
Sincerely, Jill San Jule
customer service
On 7/27/18 between 7am and 8am I went into the Exxon gas station at 771 TX-179, Teague, TX 75860. I recently donated plasma and had my card from them with $23.62 on it so I went inside and asked to pay $28.62 with $5 in cash and the rest on the card. The cashier, Patricia I believe, was extremely rude from the second I walked in. Well, she didn't know how to split the payments but didn't mention that. As she was processing the transaction she was cussing and frustrated. Then I was told by her that I had to pay the rest in cash, when I told her I didn't have more cash she got even more upset. She ended up cancelling the transaction, giving me the $5 back. She then blamed me for messing up her drawer and still cussing through all of this. I asked her if she could just do the $23.62 on the card and she proceeded to tell me to leave the store. I asked who the manager was and she sarcastically told me it was her. Before I saw her nametag I asked for her name and she, again, sarcastically told me Sandy. Which is when I saw her nametag that said what I believe is Patricia. I only get my gas from exxon and dont believe, as long as the company supports that type of behavior, I will ever give my money to the company again.
unethical behaviour
Hi!
Today (07/23/2018 approximately between 11:00 am - 11:30 am I went to the Mobil Station on Sadler Road / Fernandina Beach / Florida for buying a tobacco product. I declared my valid ID which is a passport. I am 26 years old as it shows, but the sales girl told me that I do not look like the girl on my ID. I told her that I have other ID's to show, she did not look at any of them. I told her that I have all the social media accounts on that name and she did not care. My passport has two pictures, in one of which I have my hair loose and the other is neatly tied. I did not have any make-up on any of the pictures. So am I, on that that. So I look EXACTLY the same. She told me to wait. She kept me waiting for 15 minutes. She went to somewhere, came back and told "no" again. This must be a joke!
I bought cigarettes from them many times before but not from her. She is being "RACIST" and I am going to write this on my accounts too. I am a tourist and and a PhD student to be in the USA; I do not deserve this disrespectful behavior.
I want anyone to get in touch with me asap. I want an apology. I am a regular customer of that store and I want to be able to buy the product that I am mature enough to get!

unauthorized debit card charge
On December 28, 2017, I used my debit card to purchase gas at the pump in the amount of $22.68 at Morro Bay Mobile in California. Several days later when I was looking over my checking account, I saw that Morro Bay Mobile had made two withdrawals instead of one. The second withdrawal, in the amount of $28.36, was stolen from my account. I called the gas station and explained to the employee who answered the phone what had happened. They told me to call back a few days later when the manager was working. I did this on January 11, 2018, and spoke with Joel, the manager. When I explained what happened to him he told me that it would be best to handle this through my bank because, "Oh, I wouldn't want to touch your card, " implying that it wouldn't be in my best interests. I said, "You touch my card all the time when you take money out of it and I don't see how it's any more dangerous for you to put money back on it, " but he persisted. Therefore, I called Sesloc with the problem and was advised to file a merchant dispute. This was a very long process and they finally mailed me the determination months later saying they were not able to resolve the dispute with the merchant.
I would appreciate a refund as soon as possible. Thank you for your help.
premium unleaded gas filled from exxon mobil - travel d & j plaza livingston al
Exxon Mobil D&J Travel Plaza Livingston AL has bad gas (more than 50% water), bad gas station maintenance and bad ownership (no site manager, no insurance, no accountability).
Gas Sample can be submitted which shows 50% water - available locally at Infiniti of Birmingham Service Manager.
I filled in my car at this gas station with premium unleaded EXXON Mobil Gas at 651 Hwy 28 W, Livingston AL 35470 (owner Ranjeet) for $48.01 on July 3rd at 7pm. My car broke down & won't start at 59S ramp just close to the gas station in Lexington AL around 7pm. It was towed through Infiniti Road Side Assistance and they charged me $300 for overages.
I was stranded in Birmingham AL with my family including aged parents and 2 kids -one a seven month old. It was a traumatic experience to say the least.
My car through Infiniti was fixed for more than $607. It was not covered under Infiniti factory warranty since they showed me the gas sample from my car which was Bad fuel with more than 50% water in it!
Overall tow, car fix, hotel for 3 nights, food etc for this Bad Exxon Mobil Gas cost me more than $2000 and put my whole family through a traumatic experience which has impacted our Car, fuel, driving experience.
I with Infiniti service manager contacted this Gas station owner Mr. Ranjeet, Exxon Mobil Corporate and no body is helping in settling this $2000 charges I incurred and not even an apology or acknowledgement that this is their Bad Gas mistake.
This Gas Station has multiple cars filling up when I was and they have bad Gas, Bad maintenance at this Gas Station.
This Gas Station needs to be inspected and I need help to get it's owner to help me with my compensation.
I would really be grateful if Some justice is done and my incurred cost is recovered from the Bad Gas Station Owner.
Thank you so much for your strong support and understanding.
With kindest regards,
Owner of 2016 Infiniti which has bad gas (50% water) from Exxon Mobil D&J Plaza Livingston AL.
customer service of kimbra located at 100 s. greeley rd. cheyenne wyoming on 7-4-2018 at 6:45am
I am a corporate owner of Absolutely Dynamic Software Consulting Inc, President of Company and stop into your store every night for chicken, gas fill up, products, cigarettes and more. Kimbra was extremely rude to me and jumped bad with me explaining to me that all her customers love her. She was hostile and rude, when I provided my ID and indicated, "I don't know you!" Even upon providing documentation for items I was purchasing. I purchase services from you every night and have never had this exposure with a customer service person. She then threatened with "my manager is right here, " in her defense. I did not come in for this type of attitude and will take my services elsewhere. When I asked about burritos she was rude as well. You are welcome to call me for further detail [protected]. Thank you.
plenty card usage / clueless sales staff
Hi,
I just bought gas at your Mobil Exxon station on Telegraph and Yaeger in St.louis 63129.
When I started, I started I told the young man that I wanted to use my Plenti points and I did not haven't card. I have bought there twice using my plenti without my plenti card and the two ladies were able to complete my transaction. The points were applied against my balance properly.
This young told me that it was tough but he could not void my transaction, even though I had not pumped yet. I was very disappointed in Exxon/Mobil. Their plenti point expire really soon and I hate to forward the balance.
Terrible customer service!

mobil Jefferson and hwy 111, indio, ca
clerk anthony;
i bought car wash.
it didn't work.
i came back and asked for refund, credit, or try again.
he said "no, this is the second time you've done this."
(meaning what? accusing me of trying to get a free car wash? cheating mobil?
I've spent thousands at mobil over the years; check my card...I am not going to try and cheat for a $7 car wash.)
I said "what are you talking about. I've never done this? when did i ever do this?"
I asked to speak with manager.
he said there is none.
i asked to call manager.
he said there is none.
he said
to talk with manager, i have to come back tomorrow morning to speak w/ rochelle.
(i asked him to write her name down, so i have it,
he said no, he would not write her name down.)
i said I'm out of town. i can't come back tomorrow.
he said "tough, that's the only way to speak to manager."
i asked for phone number.
he said he does not know what the phone number is, that i have to google it.
(He doesn't know what the phone number is?at the place he works?and there's no manager either on site or on call?)
desirable resolution:
1. speak with manager.
2. training your employees in appropriate behavior;
3. in person apology from anthony.
speedpass
It appears that someone at Speedpass decided to start going thru customer accounts to verify they have all the customers information. My account was missing a phone number and rather than contacting me by email, they decided to turn off my Speedpass to get my attention. I called and they said fraud detection turned it off NOT because of fraud but because I did not have a phone number attached to my account.
They refused to reactivate my pass unless I gave them a phone number. I told them they don't have a phone number for a reason. After 5 minutes of explaining that my account has worked fine for years until the idiots turned it off, all because I didn't have a phone number on my account? Talk about piss poor customer service. Who are these idiots?
I then cancelled my account and will never patronize mobil again and I will encourage everyone I know to do the same.
You need some major customer service training and some people I can understand when they talk.
If you wish to reach me you can email me at [protected]@wi.rr.com
gas charge
I WENT TO THE EXXON GAS STATION AT 17700 NW 2ND AVE in Miami Gardens, FL at 1514PM ON JUNE 7TH, 2018. I WENT iNSIDE to pay with the GAS ATTENDANT AND ONLY AUTHORIZED $12 BY DEBIT CARD AFTER GIVING PLENTI CARD THEN TRANSACTION DIDN'T GO THROUGH. THEN ASKED FOR THE MANAGER THEN HE RANG ME UP FOR $12 and he stated that I wasn't charged twice. But went to my car to log into bank account and noticed two charges of $12 and then a non sufficient fee of $30. I walked back in the gas station and showed the manager and asked for the transaction to be voided and refunded and he refused to help me and insisted I call my bank and stated only one receipt only one charge. I found his behavior very unprofessional and uncooperative . I stated I'm the customer and the customer is always right. No apologies no assistance. Plain rude behavior. I will never step foot into this gas station. I should get and complimentary $12 credit for my gas for all the inconvenience.
bad gasoline
I own a new Lexus 2017 RX350. It has less than 20, 000 miles and suddenly started lurching forward and all the engine lights went on. Took to the dealer and was told the pilot injectors were clogged and that they have never seen anything like it.
They ended up calling the manufacturer to consult on this only to conclude the gasoline was bad. We only fill up at two stations.. both are Exxon in Deerfield and Highland Park Illinois.
gas station in baker louisiana
We fill at this station often. They play racist and political stations that are very offensive and they play it very loud on the speakers! I know if this was reverse they would complain and i'm tired of hearing it and want it to stop! I want to get gas without hearing racist music and obscene things about our president. We may not agree on things in the world but we don't have to shove it in one another's face. If things aren't done I will take this further to wafb or wbrz... Please do something about this!

You took the video off another phone which makes me believe you are probably an ex employee that was fired and the whole situation is a setup. The woman is on the phone talking to someone either police or a help desk and something is said to her thst makes her turn around and walk into the back. Seems alot is missing from this story and you are just trying to “get back” at someone and more than likely staring a slander lawsuit in the face.
scam
Here is my complaint dated 05/10/2018, This afternoon I went to fill gas at Verma Enterprises, L FG34137380001, 1441 U S Route 1 south, Edison, NJ 08817. I stopped my SUV looking at their price display of "Diesel" Regular cash- 2.89 9/10, Regular Credit 2.99 9/10.
Before Exxon there is BP, where they are offering Diesel for $3.09 and next to Exxon, Raceway is offering for $3.05. These people openly fooled me with above display and they charged $3.49 per gallon. It's daylight robbery by misleading the customer I am here with enclosing the pictures for your file. I would really appreciate it, if you can look into this matter and do the justice. Otherwise I am going to report this matter to the concerned authorities. It is not the question of loosing $8, but the way they fooled me is intolerable. I am adding all the pictures and the bill as well. Hope you will take up this matter at the priority and respond to my humble request.
Thanks
