Exxon A rude employee

On Sat at 2PM. I went to Exxon station to buy candy and coke.
The girl behind the counter was sitting on a can behind the register. It looks like she was angry at the world.
I put my items on the counter, ask her how much it was, she gave me a price and I laid my $3.00 and a few nickels on the counter. She threw me a dirty look and held her hand over the money. I look up at her and she put her hand again, she would not pick up the money on the counter. So I put it in her hand, she said did you slap my hand. I said no. But you have a problem of picking up the money. I told her she should not be working behind the counter because has an ugly attitude and was mad at the world. I have a business and if my employee was that rude, she would not have a job.
The lady was black with long red hair, she was there at 2:00 PM and I am white.

Exxon Employee

There is this very rude employee named Vikki at location tiger mart 41 on brown in Waxahachie Texas
She's loud vulgar and disrespectful to customers asked me why I was angry when I'd asked why split pay with fuel couldn't be done
She responds with me being angry I refuse to shop there as long as she is employed there all the other staff and leases are very nice
I have heard her bullying staff as well

Desired outcome: Written up and needs coaching on her behavior

Exxon Staff not wearing face masks

On January 22, 2021 at 6:30 pm we went to buy lottery tickets at a station in Middleboro MA, Nouria store 04104. It clearly states on the door that face masks were required to enter the store. You can imagine our surprise when the employees weren't wearing face masks. I would hope that this is a direct violation of your company policy that employees must wear face masks at all times. Hopefully you will remedy the situation ASAP.

Exxon Rude and racist employees

I went into exxon to get my change and was slander by a racist employee named daniel. I also noticed low maintenance of the shop he was running, and have reason to believe he may be selling drugs out his booth and tampering with the food. When I had the police come to resolve the situation he continued to slander me saying I was talking to little girl.

Exxon Customer service

An employee by the name of Krystal that works at the University and Dobson location. She was arguing with me and tossed my change to me and I almost dropped it, the manager was there and did absolutely nothing at all, this isn't the first incident. I had my child with me and she was scared, I was told that this situation will be handled and it has not been resolved. I will be contacting my attorney.

Exxon Over charged or robbed by cashier

I'm writing to complain of being overcharged for lottery tickets. Last saturday 1/09/2021 I purchased 12 tickets. The cashier asked me if I wanted mega ball or not? I asked what was the difference? She told me she didn't know and that it was $26 dollars. She then gave me 12 individual tickets which I didn't ask for them to be separate. I asked again whats the difference, being confused about the price. She said she doesn't know, she doesn't play the lottery. 
I later returned to the store to ask why I was charged $26 dollars for 12 tickets. She was no longer on shift. The current worker made a copy of my receipt and took my number. I have not been contacted regarding this overpayment/theft.

Exxon Ice Machine not working and employee hung up the phone on me and called back no one would answer the phone

I have been a customer for 3 or more years getting gas and ice, ice cream, and other items. The machine broke last Tuesday, and I call yesterday and today. Because initially I was visiting everyday but they said the machine wasn't fixed. Therefore, I decided to call and Keith said the ice machine is not working. This morning when I called and asked Keith hung up on me, then when I called back he would not answer the phone.

Exxon Rude employee

The employee that worked at noon on 12/26/2020 was the rudest human being I have ever come across! Your employee was nothing but a smart [censored]. I went to the cashier and was looking for a certain brand and he was standing in front off them. I asked nicely if I could look behind him instantly his attuite started! He would not move so I could look. He then said what do you want. All I wanted was to look for myself. Finally exhausted with this I told him, he said if you would have told me I would have gotten them. So I told him what I wanted then he argued with me and said 100 are all we carry. Mind you that's what I asked for. I am now getting pissed I replied I don't care about that I just want the 100s. Yet another smart [censored] comment finally I asked him why are you being so rude? He again started with his mouth. I finally asked whos your manager he replied none of your business! Excuse me? Unadaptable!

Some SMS told me, in English, on 08/31/20 by the 20:18h that my cellular phone (+[protected]) had been granted with 950.000 € throughout of the Exxon Mobil Awards 2020. To receive this amount I should contact Dr. Phillip by email: claims@exxongrants.com.
I first didn't notice the contents of the message (thought another junk like so many others) but after a  while (a month) I did contact this person which indicate the City State Bank of Texas as keeping "my award" and Law Attorney society Hamman Thompson & Associates Bret King Law Office for directions about being my representatives.  If there's no matter about  this person I'm deeply sorry for bothering and being so doubtful. Otherwise you're being used for questionable purposes; the set is very well formed completely since the way they talk with someone until the steps are overcome. I got all the emails used to everything done.

Exxon Low balling.. And making people pay extra money.. Short changing people.. And racist's

The exxon on mableton parkway is... Racist's.. And very very rude.. And crooks and theifs.. They own me 1800 hundred dollars for video gaming and kick me off the property cause I ask for my money? But pay out every body else.. I been in the community for 20 years.. They only been here for 1 or 2 year's.. The two
Of them.. Short changing people.. And will over changing people... And won't pay me for what we agreed to.. When working for them.. Lol.. Only less than half.. When trying to work with them.. Very very bad people they are racist's and don't like black... Or christians.. And will cuss you if you one of these.

Exxon The gas station pump data entry

The data input on pump number 1 at your gas station located at 3404 Holly Road in Annandale, VA 22003 does not work properly. The data entry does NOT accept entry it just sits there and does not report any error so you have no idea that your input did not work so you just keep pushing and pushing and pushing there is NO error reporting hence you just keep hitting the entry key without any response. I am a software engineer and worked for one of your previous Software Managers a Matt Scheiner on Tandem Systems so I know the difference. Anyhoo, that pump computer's data entry is NOT working. The pump should not be online or be operational to put your customers through the pain of dealing with a inoperable system. I complained to the pump station guy & told him I was going to complain and here I am complaining & giving u notice now given.

Exxon Counter attendant

It must be small town boredom. The station in Davenport, Washington is either owned or operated by a group of Indian/Punjab decendants who are really pissed off at America. First of all, the pumps are in ill repair. Most screens are dark or blank. You don't know whether it read your card or not. These pumps have been broken for more than a year. The rude, foul mouthed Indian attendant yelled at us with "They will never fix this [censored] hole!"
Then he insulted the wife by saying "I cannot fill it for you as I'm sure you don't have enough money on your card!" Excuse me? This couple at Exxon Davenport WA. station, just trying to fill up is a $200k+ year household. That's how your franchise employees talk to rural white women. The attendant then tried to charge us twice for the same fill! Since this franchise station refuses to maintain the equipment to functional industry standards for ease of use and SAFETY, we will no longer be patrons of this ExxonMobil station franchise and will be warning our fellow farmers and neighbors of this "[censored] hole" as your franchise employee stated. The Cenex station down the road has even better prices. Can't say much for their restroom but at least their attendants are polite and helpful. We are sure nothing will become of this complaint so in the mean time we will use a different service station.

Exxon Contaminated diesel fuel

Purchased fuel prior to departing for home after camping. Been camping for 10days without problems. This was the second time getting fuel from same station while camping. 2 hours later my truck went into (limp mode) while traveling on mass. Turnpike. Vehicle towed to chevy service shop in w. Springfield mass were diagnostics performed showing my fuel filter plugged, started trip with over 51% filter life and 2 hours later now reading.0% I have all receipts from where I purchased fuel as well as summary from chevy service stating problem and cause as well as total bill.. I am requesting reimbursement for repair costs in amount of 347.80 that I had to pay out of my own pockets so I could continue on way home. While camping, this mobil mart was the only place I purchased fuel.

Exxon Customer Service

Exxon in Grenada on Highway 8 the Cashier's are very rude This ia at Both Exxon. I don't know if they are unhappy with their job just selfish and professionalism stores have a sign that says You must wear a mask before you enter neither employee at either store had on a mat I don't have an issue with the math I just have an issue we're having an ugly attitude if you don't want to work with the public you need to find another job it doesn't hurt to smile if someone speaks to you

Exxon Rude behavior

(Incident occurred on June 21, 2020 around 6:20 p.m.)
Payed $10 for gas to the attendant present, went to the pump to begin pumping gas, only to discover that it had not been activated yet.
A few minutes went by and nothing happened, however the attendant then walked outside and appeared to be doing something with the air pump, and I asked him if he activated the pump. His speech was difficult to understand; it was quiet and slurred. He said that he'll fix it in a little while. I waited for a few more minutes and nothing happened. He was still outside so I asked him again if he activated the pump. His answer was still the same as his first, and he also wanted me to fix it my own self. I waited for a couple of minutes to see if it was a glitch with the pump and nothing happened still. I asked him one more time, and he sounded agitated and angry and told me to "F*ck off" twice at least. I decided to leave the station without getting a refund or gas and went to a station close by. The attendant there told me that many people had complained about him that day, and that he appeared to be high on the job.

Exxon Customer service

06/17/2020 around 9:15am:

I went inside store to pay for gas & buy some beer. When I was at checkout by myself, no one in store except employees standing around, the manager (I guess) stated to me ‘Next Time you're in this store you need to wear a mask'.

I responded ‘Why? There is no law regarding that'. In fact, this is a NY county with only 15 supposed imaginary virus patients to begin with. The King Cuomo's alleged executive powers do not extend to such things as forcing these masks. (See Executive Law § 709 § 29-a. Suspension of other laws. 1. Subject to the state constitution, the federal constitution and federal statutes and regulations).

Plus, the evidence is out on what these masks DO NOT accomplish. It's a power play to force compliance under coercion. (see Journal of the AMA, April 17, 2020, "Masks and Coronavirus Disease": "Unless you are sick, a health care worker, or caring for someone who has COVID-19, medical masks (including surgical face masks and N95s) are not recommended.")

He responds ‘It not law, Its Mobils Company Policy'

Got me thinking What has Mobil's company policy have to do with me? I don't work for Mobil. They're policies have nothing to do with me. I am just a customer wishing to purchase something & pay for gas I already pumped.
I said ‘Well, I will do my business elsewhere then'

He's says ‘That's Fine'. Now that pissed me off. Who are these corporations who think they have the ability to dictate how I handle my personal affairs or hygiene or anything else. I AM the customer wishing to make a purchase, that's it! I don't need that manager saying anything to me except 'Thank you for your business, have a nice day, and we'll see you next time'. Things people used to say before everyone let these corporations think they own us.

The conversation was downhill after that. I basically said it's my prerogative to wear or not wear a mask & if he was frightened of such things then he can wear a mask. I left with the beer as it was already rung up along with the gas by the kid at the counter.

I will NOT do business with Mobil again unless they get rid of stupid policies or stupid managers that think they have the right to control anyone's behavior when all they are there for is to provide ME, the customer a service! I will be letting everyone else I know to not go there either.

Why don't big corporations like Mobil lawyer up & go after these ‘Kings' who think they own the people making these demands. That is if Mobil in not in on it with these corrupt political types. Otherwise the people like myself will have to start bringing legal actions against these corporations.

Exxon closing account and keeping rewards I have earned

I have had this card for quite some time and now I have found out today not only closed my account they also took my rewards I made $50 and anybody who have been in this program knows that that's no easy task now I don't have a high-limit card or anything of that nature and I've been paying my bill but yet still they closed my account and took my money because that's exactly what they did now that right there is theft all day long all day strong and only thing I can say is I'm sorry mr. Lane not cool Exxon.

Exxon employee

I am a regular customer at this location. I went into the store to purchase something and the woman at the counter told me to step aside. There was no one at the counter when I approached. I ask her why. She said another customer was there. There was no one there when I approached. I noticed off to the right about 15 feet away there was an older gentleman approaching. She would not wait on me. I am extremely upset about this because I spend alot of money at this location. I dont understand why this woman is so rude to me.
I went back to this location to speak to someone in charge about this and this same woman came out of the office and started running her mouth to me in front of other customers. I will no longer spend a dime at an exxon location. This behavior is unacceptable and I am done with this company unless you discipline this person. Her last name is maddox.

Dobila sam pute mobitela poruku od dr lucas white da se obratim na mail adresu da sam dobila nagradu od 950.000.00 eura koja ce mi biti isplacena. Dobila sam I stranicu gradske banke u texasu, korisnicko ime I lozinku preko koje sam usla I vidjela stanje na racunu.
