Exxon review: arizona can

Hello, I go to this gas station almost every day and fill up my company truck. I then go inside and buy a Arizona drink. The Arizona drink clearly states it's $.99 and the cashier said there is a $.29 fee plus tax. This is illegal, it should be $.99 plus tax. Why am I complaining? I just noticed they are doing this to me almost every day for the last 2 years and this is not right. I figured I'd complain to you first before I take further action and contact someone else. How can I trust the gas station with the $50 of fuel I need every time I stop by? I attached the receipt for your review, what can you do about this?
