Exoticca Travel review: Worst trip I have ever taken!

I just returned from the Ancient Ruins, Mykonos, Paros & Santorini - Greece trip. Now I have traveled with other tour companies to Italy, France, England and Egypt before so I had plenty of other experiences to compare this trip to. Hands down, this is the worst most disorganized trip I have ever taken. The tour is booked through Exoticca Travel, but we never saw an actual employee from Exoticca on our tour. Everything on this trip was subcontracted out to other companies. We never knew who was coming to pick us up at our hotel. The hotels we stayed at on the islands were in the middle of nowhere. You had to walk, rent a car or atv to see anything. All of these hotels were possibly two star hotels. At the end of our tour at the Acropolis, our guide told my friend and I that our hotel was too far away for the bus to take us back, so we had to find our own transportation! And when we did go out for a tour, the bus picked us up and then drove to 3 or 4 other hotels to pick up a few more people at each location. We ended up riding the bus for 1 1/2 hours before we even left the city to our destination - which was another 3 to 4 hours on the bus. So, I look at all these beautiful photos that people share of their visit to the islands - I have very few of these because we saw hardly any of that. We were in farmland with nothing at all too see. I would never, ever travel with Exocticca again and certainly DO NOT recommend them to anyone! It was a total waste of my money.
