This place is great for a Disney World vacation! It's just like they said it would be and more! It's about 15-20 minutes away from each Disney park, depending on traffic and if you don't use the toll roads. I was worried it would be too far, but it was just right. We drove through the town and could get things we forgot, like sunscreen, for way cheaper than at the parks. We have little kids, so having a pool was exciting, but also a little scary. But they have a really safe pool warning system! And there's a fence between the patio and the pool, so it's really safe for little kids. The hot tub was amazing after walking around the parks all day. Inside the house, there's a bathroom for each bedroom or a shared one between them. There's a kid tub upstairs and a tub in the master bedroom on the first floor. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals. There are glasses and regular plates for grown-ups and plastic cups and plates for kids. The playroom upstairs with the movie theater was so much fun and the kids loved watching movies on the big TV and chilling out after a long day. The washer and dryer were really nice and easy to use. Pool towels are up on the shelves too. This is a great house to rent and we'll definitely use Florida Premier Rentals again for our next Disney trip! And the themed rooms for the kids made it even more magical!

We enjoyed this home it was in a great location. It had all the amenities of home. Will book with them again.

My family and I stayed in the Wishing On A Star condo in October . I can't say enough good things about this property! They were so helpful and everything was SO CLEAN. They made our experience awesome.

We stayed at the Wishing on A Star. Amazing Week Just as advertised! The home was perfect and then some. Very clean and had all the amenities. The property is amazing. The pool in the home and the community pool are top notch. We will definitely be back.

Great Property This was a fantastic property for our 10 day stay in Orlando. It felt like a home away from home. It was very clean and provided pretty much everything we needed. Only issue was the lack of privacy from the front door, but nothing a good sheet can't handle. We will definitely book here again!

Great Stay The Condo was laid out very well and close to Disney. The main pool was just a short walk from the Condo and has a full service bar with a wait staff. The flow rider was as good as the one you will find on a cruise ship, there is a daily fee to ride it. Overall we really enjoyed our time here and will consider returning.

Weeks before the fourth of July, my family and I decided that a mini getaway was well needed. I booked a a six bedroom home in Four Corners to accommodate the nine of us. The home was absolutely beautiful! I loved the decor. It was very spacious, clean and well kept! I wiped the home down with Clorox wipes and surprisingly found no dirt/dust. I was very impressed! My family and I had a ball! The staff was friendly and very responsive. I will return next summer!

We truly enjoyed our stay in Florida Premier Rentals "The Lily Pad" home in Orlando over Labor Day weekend 2020. The screening room was amazing. The adults sat on the back row and the kids on the front shouting at the screen and reacting to every scene. It was like our own little Mystery Science Theater! The house was big and gave everyone plenty of room to spread out, but it also had great congregating areas, too. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and the children had a blast in the backyard. Overall, we had a smashing good time!

This was a great experience. Floor plan was perfect for multiple families. Very close to Disney parks which was great to have a very quick ride home at the end of a long day! The resort pool and bar is awesome and the pool there is warm even in February. The pool at the house is a little smaller than it appears on the listing but you can heat it for extra cost and it's very enjoyable! The kids loved it! It was a great time and we would definitely stay here again! Communication with property management was excellent and very nice staff!

Perfect Home for our Disney Family Vacation Wow! We were excited to have our 13 family members stay at this home for our Disney Vacation and it was even better than the photos! They had everything you would need to entertain children and adults alike. The movie theater was amazing and the private pool was perfect after long days at Disney. We were worried about the travel cost with a Lyft to and from the parks but the ride was around $20-30 each way with a car for 6, so it was manageable. We saved a lot of money renting a bunch of rooms to be on Disney property and got so much more private room to hang out with family, not to mention the private hot tub and pool. They don't give you many amenities such as trash bags and toilet paper, so make sure to stock up when you get your groceries (Publix delivers). The price is incredibly reasonable for what you get and we would highly recommend this place for a large family who wants to do Disney AND get family hangout time in!

I was so mad when I found out that the property I booked was already sold. Florida Premier Rentals did not even apologize for their mistake and gave me a different property that was not even close to what I wanted. It took them days to admit that they messed up and they did not even offer me any compensation for the inconvenience. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are not trustworthy and do not care about their customers. Stay away from Florida Premier Rentals if you want to avoid a headache.

I rented a house from Florida Premier Rentals VRBO for 240.00 a night for 7 days. But then the virus happened and I had to cancel. They said I could lose my money or pick another date. So I picked the last week of March . But I didn't know it was spring break time. Where I live, it's not a big deal. But now the price is 500.00 a night. I can't afford that. I tried to find a cheaper home, but they won't help me. And now the owner of the rental cancelled my reservation. So disappointed.

So, I was gonna stay in Kissimmee, Florida on February 26, 2022, and I booked it with Florida Premier Rentals. But, cuz of covid and stuff, we had to cancel. I tried calling them a bunch of times, but no one answered and they didn't call me back. I also emailed them, but no response. I looked at the contract they gave me, and it says I can cancel and get my deposit back if it's within 60 days of the stay. So, I just want them to cancel my stay and give me my deposit back like they said they would.

This company ain't willing to work with us on refund or exchange. We had a vacay rental booked through them and the conf we was gonna go to got canceled cuz of COVID. They moved our dates once cuz the conf got rescheduled, but now they ain't willing to work with us. We knew bout the cancelation policies, but we think COVID is an unprecedented situation that requires companies to change their policies and make exceptions. We're cool with getting a credit for a future booking, which is good for everyone, but the company ain't budging.

We booked with these guys but had to change our plans. They wouldn't give us our deposit back or even a credit for another stay. We booked back in January for a week in October, but our school cancelled our break. I messaged the owner and they said they couldn't refund us, but we wouldn't have to pay the rest. Our deposit was $1500 and it's crazy they won't give it back or let us use it later.

I been workin' wit da boss, Yvonne, at Florida Premier Rentals since April or May . Da plan was always to use my $3600 credit for a fam vacay in Florida. I wanted to go in da summer, but they said no dice cuz of limited availability. So, I decided to go for Thanksgiving week when my kids ain't in school. After weeks of tryin' to use my credit, I finally found a property. But then they told me I couldn't use my credit cuz da property owner was different from my original booking. Ain't nobody told me that before! Yvonne said sorry and promised to fix it with da property owner, but I ain't heard back from her and she ain't answerin' my calls or emails.

They won't let me cancel! I booked a vacay home at Florida Premier Rentals for Feb. 21, 2021, and now I can't go. I told them I wanted to cancel on Oct. 19, 2021, which is way before the 60-day deadline, but they said no way. They said they can't change anything because all the Orlando parks are open again and the villa owners need to make money. But that's not what the contract says! The contract says I can cancel and get my deposit back if I cancel 60 days before my trip. I even got a new contract on Dec. 9, 2020, that says the same thing. But they keep saying no refunds. I just want my $3090.50 back or a credit for a future trip. Is that too much to ask?

I booked a rental crib from Florida Premier Rentals before Covid hit. But now, due to travel restrictions, I had to cancel my trip. I asked for my deposit back, but they said no way. I booked through Home Away in March for a May vacation. Then Covid came and messed everything up. Home Away said we could get a full refund if we canceled 60 days before our trip. But then VRBO bought them out and changed the policy to no refunds. My family and I decided to cancel our trip because Covid is still a big problem. We live in CT and have to quarantine for 10 to 14 days when we come back from traveling. Our bosses say we have to use our vacation time to get paid during quarantine, but we don't have enough vacation time for this trip. So we would lose 2 weeks of pay. I asked Florida Premier Rentals if we could change our reservation to fewer days, but they said no. They won't refund my $1100 deposit either. They said their computer system won't let them change the terms and conditions. I saved for this trip for 5 years and it took me a year to save the money they're keeping. I'm canceling 98 days before our trip, so they have plenty of time to rebook the house. But they don't care. VRBO won't help either. They said it's up to Florida Premier Rentals. I'm canceling because of Covid, but they don't care about that. The property number is *** and the reservation ID is ***. The rental dates were May 23 to June 1. I booked a rental home in FL through VRBO with Florida Premier Rentals in August for April . Due to Covid-19, I had to change my dates to November . However, in July , Covid cases were rising in Florida, and I decided to change my dates again to March . FPR initially told me I could change my dates, but later said I couldn't. They also refused to refund my money, citing the contract I signed and the lack of travel insurance. I tried reaching out to the owners, but they didn't respond. I even contacted the MN Attorney General's Office, but FPR still didn't respond. They currently have $4678.00 of my money, and I would like it back.
