Exoticca Travel review: Flight was changed the day before the trip and I was not notified.

Flight from Chicago to Aman (Turkish Airlines), Flight code TK0186, business class to leave Chicago at 11:50 AM on Nov. 7. On Nov. 6, I tried to check in online at 12:00PM, and my flight code was not accepted. I called Exoticca, who booked the flight, and they sent me a new itinerary. My new flight was leaving at 8:20PM and the PNR was 2OQ5PO, and it was in economy. I have called and had an online chat, both very time consuming (aprox. 2:00pm to 5:00pm) and I got no resolution. I am waiting for them to contact me and it is 5:30pm/
