Booked a trip in January 2026.
paid extra for a direct flight as we are seniors. Advised company want credit for the extra monies we paid for our direct flight as the directs flights are now offered on their packages 2 months after we booked. Had the run around for over 2 month trying to be credited for the flights. emailed VP's the president of the company, no response. WHY are we paying for something that everyone else is getting for free?
Claimed loss: $700 +
Desired outcome: Our invoice to be reduced by the extra monies we paid, for flights that are now part of their package. $700 +. also for stress for months over this.
