Exoticca Travel review: No received the remaining refund from Exoticca.

I booked a trip with Exoticca in 2025. Due to my two complicated surgeries on December 3rd, 2025, and February 12, 2026. I called Exoticca to inform them about my situation. They asked paper from the orthopedic doctor and a bunch of papers for my daughter, Olivia Valle, to permit her to talk on my behalf. I sent them all they wanted. I was extremely sick. After weeks of emails, they agreed refund of $2,446.
On May 13, 2025, Exoticca asked for an additional $1,061.60 to complete the whole payment for the Japan trip. On April 21, 2026, Exoticca credited American Express with $1,061.60, as the decision was taken by Exoticca to refund in full $2,446. There was $1,384.40 left for Exoticca to refund to me. Since May 13, 2026, I haven't gotten any money remaining from $2,446. They sent a bunch of emails with lie after lie. At present, I have in my wallet $2,446, which stays there, and there is no refund to me of the remaining credit of $1,384.40, left. What happened with the money? Why does the refund staying Exoticca wallet and is not sent to me for the remaining refund? American Express refunded the
previous trip money of $2.446 to them, and added to the wallet waiting for the next trip, which I couldn’t go. Exoticca was planning to get the money to put it on the Japan trip, but since I was not able to go, the money is in the wallet. From the wallet credit, Exoticca can very easily refund the remaining amount of $1,384.40. I am 73 years old and I can't loose the amount of money. it is not fair. It is my money. The outcome i want from them to improve the situation they need to refund the remaining balance of $1,384.40 to me.
