I T Rajmohan Mobile no +918971785482 Purchased the above equipment and installed in the invoice Address. The equipment worked for one year and last three months it stopped working.

We have contacted your service centre more than 10 times and service booked through APP 15 times and called costumer care for 5 times.

BUT NO TECHNICIAN TURNED OUT INSPITE OF ASUURENCE TO DEPUTE TECHNICIAN.

After all efforts I am submitting this complaint WITH DESPERATION before writing to your divisional heads.

Hope you will solve the issue.

I have 3 units of your make, in my name two water filters and one Robo smart clean

MAILY WE CAN NOT ADDRESS COMPLINT THEY LOCK THEIR COMMIICATION BY ASKIG CASE NUMBE WHICH DOES NOT EXISIST
