I signed up for 4 months of personal training, I THOUGHT billed at $88/month, but it was $88 bi weekly. Fine. At the end of my 4 months, I said thank you to my trainer and did not go back. Shame on me for not noticing until now, but I just discovered that I have been billed 20 times for Personal Training at EOS fitness beyond the end of my contract. The manager of the club who I spoke with last week said he understood my confusion but the contract said it was for 4 months but will continue to bill if I don't put a 30 day in writing notice that I didn't plan to continue. I do not understand how a 4 month contract is extended beyond 4 months when it's clearly a 4 month contract. He went on to tell me he would would refund those sessions, but has since stopped responding to me and has not provided me, as he said he would, a copy of my signed contract. I did not get one initially and suspect there isn't actually one as I cannot find it and recall just having a conversation with the PT gal at my "free" PT session.
Claimed loss: $1760
Desired outcome: I want a refund of the payments made beyond the end of my contract.
