9Round Fitness

I joined 9Round in April 2022, but stopped using it in May. I tried to cancel my membership by calling them, but they never gave me a clear answer. They either said they would call me back or didn't respond at all. After three months of no response, I disputed the charge with my credit card. The owners never told me that I needed to give them written notice to cancel. They just kept charging me. Now they are threatening to send me to collections in one hour. I told them again that I want to cancel, and they finally told me that I need a written notice. I did some research and found out that this has happened to other people too. It seems like a scam they run.
