EOS Fitness Services never received/stressful sales tactic.

I started the personal training package 7/22 have never received the upgrade service and no longer do I want to. I have tried to cancel this service several times and have a copy of voicemails from your company sense 7/29 stating they were going to cancel. I get I signed up but was under pressure from Tyler ( Ray/Mckellips ) that stated that I would not be committed to my weight loss goal unless I signed up for this package. I explained to him that I could not afford much at the beginning as I was just moving jobs and had just lost my fiancée in March. This has been a total financial nightmare. Then when I went to the office and talked to Salvador on 8/3. He said he could not do anything for the $120 but he assured me that no more charges would be charged for the upgrade. The I get a statement and they were charged today 8/17 so a total of $180 for nothing. It makes me not even want to go into the gym. The one thing that was getting me out of the depression for the loss of my loved one is now the last place I want to be. ( My gym location is not on the list ) ( Ray/Mckellips )

EOS Fitness Eos stealing my money

This summer has been a nightmare w this place. Over the course of two months they have stolen over 1000$ dollars from my account. I've jumped through every hoop they asked me to and still no refund. Infact, they continued to take money out of my account until two weeks ago. I've been told three times they are reviewing my account. If approved they will issue a refund. If what is approved? If they approve of how they stole my money. NEVER JOIN THIS GYM. TOTAL SCAM. THE WORST.

EOS Fitness Membership frauds

I signed up for EOS fitness Glendale az a few

Months before with a promotion which said 50$ enrollment fee and 10$ every month. I signed up gave my signature on the note pad which states few lines noting about money. I asked if they have any other fees they said no. After a week I notified they took 60+51$ from my account. When I enquired they said 51$ is annual fee on top of enrollment fee which they never told me. When I said that no one believed me I tried calling them Walked in. They showed me some papers with my signature showing the annual fee which was never showed to me when I signed in. I told them I don’t want to pay any thing and to cancel my membership. They didn’t do anything and put me on collections. On 20th July I recd a text from a person he msgd if I want to talk

And sort out I said yes. He said pay 20$ and renew ur membership. Again I believed thay. I said okay I paid 20$. After I paid he’s telling me to renew membership I have to pay another 50$. I couldn’t believe this. These people are cheaters.

EOS Fitness Cancel membership

I have tried for over a year to get them to freeze my membership due to being out of state. Then they started charging me for personal training at $69.oo a month on top of the $19.99 a month fee. I called over 20 times and everyone kept saying it was cancelled and low and behold it wasn't. I finally got a real person at customer service, and they told me they don't have the authority to give refunds and I had to contact the club itself. I told them I sent email and called, and no one is answering me. I was basically told I'm out of luck and they will just keep my money. This place is a scam and will not refund your money!

Desired outcome: I want my money back from EOS fitness. Someone to contact me at all

EOS Fitness Service

We recently switched to EOS from Mountainside Fitness because the new location in Queen Creek was closer to us and we wanted to try it out again. We were members in the past, but switched to Mountainside because during covid they were the first to open. We have been very unhappy at the new location. The parking lot is FiLTHY, looks like South Phoenix to be honest. There has been trash in the parking lot for over 3 weeks, empty energy drinks and just trash everywhere. The sauna has been open maybe 2x since I've joined which I use to use everyday at Mountainside, very disappointing! Also for a new gym how can the equipment be broken for 2-3 weeks.? How long does it take to open the cryo therapy area? I've been dying to use that as well. We are so unhappy here and have even complained to management about the trash in the parking lot and nothing has been done.

Desired outcome: How hard is it to fix the sauna and the parking lot just needs to be cleaned it looks completely disgusting and we live in Queen Creek!

EOS Fitness Cancellation

Hello,

I reached out to my main gym in West Jordan, UT to cancel my membership back in May. I have had several life threatening surgeries that have unfortunately taken the opportunity of working out away from me. I have called three times to get this membership cancelled. I have been told every time that it would be done. The first employee did not notify me that there was a 30 day wait. That would make sense why my May payment drafted at the end of the month. I then called again today, 06/29/2023. Another payment once again drafted from my account for June. I am now being told to provide documentation of a call log to show I called back in May. My call log goes back to 06/12/2023. I cannot provide that documentation.

Desired outcome: I want to be refunded for the June payment.

EOS Fitness Getting rid of good machines

EOS in Ogden ut just received multiple new machines, I’m not complaining about new machines but they got rid of multiple good machines, some they could’ve kept at least 2 of so people aren’t always waiting on machines. For example they got rid of the perfectly good ham curl machine and the brand new one has been broke for a week now, unusable. They had 2 good kick back machines and now only have 1. The gyms always so packed and ppl are constantly waiting on machines. Idk why they got rid of so many good machines that’s they could’ve had 2 of each. Also there’s a growing population in Brigham city ut and a shopko that shut down years ago. I feel like you’d profit by opening a new location in Brigham.

EOS Fitness Lies and robbery

I am so sick of the run around at every single location that I have been to. The 1st location that I went to sign up for my membership told me that I can cancel at any time and never told me that I needed to cancel within a certain period otherwise I would be charged the annual fee. When I asked them if I would be able to downgrade if I wanted to they said it would be no problem and never mention that there was a fee to do so. and when I asked them if I could cancel My Membership completely at any time they said there's no problem with that and never again mentioned the fact that there is a fee. Every time I turn around there's a fee for something. I decided to downgrade my membership to one single location. I got hit with a fee plus a monthly fee for using that particular gym and then there is still a charge on My EOS account for $60 more. A lady in the phone tried to explain it to me but it was confusing. I just want to cancel my membership completely and utterly and get my money back (i think $100). Because I tried to cancel originally the 1st time for my membership just a few days after I signed up for the membership and they told me that I needed to give a 30 day notice to do so, which I was never told and they said because an I didn't give a 30 day notice I was going to be charged the annual fee bit I told them I was never told this so I shouldn't have to pay it. No responce from the teammemeber. When I tried to downgrade and there was a fee I told them I was never told there was a fee. No response from the teammember. I'm willing to pay the $30 for the one month that I used the gym. But I want my annual membership money and fees I paid at the sunset location back. I will do everything in my power to get this money back. I'm leaving badd reviews on every single gym until I can get my money back and I'll talk to whoever I need to speak to about this. This is ridiculous that you guys play people like this.

EOS Fitness Equipment

I have been a member of eos fitness for quite some time, for months now I have been noticing that the equipment has been in bad repair and in need of being maintained properly. I have addressed my concerns to the staff on several occasions, I even pointed out the faulty equipment to no avail. I asked to speak with the manager twice and was diverted and not given access to express my concerns. I asked the staff what would happen if a valued member who was trying to stay fit and healthy were to get injured from these faulty unkept machines and was informed that everyone signed a waver. I find this an unacceptable answer because as part of my waiver and formal agreement I was ensured that the equipment would be properly maintained and completely serviceable. This is not the case, the company is in violation of my contractual agreement by not maintaining the equipment. I pointed out on several machines that bolts were loose and falling out and a simple wrench tightening would fix the issue, still nothing done. This is my last step before I leave negative feedback on the better business bureau website because my safety and the safety of others is being ignored. The gym is always dirty and I see trash for weeks in the same spot.

Desired outcome: Fix the equipment, maintain the equipment, clean the gym. I have some photos that I will share with someone who actually cares.

EOS Fitness Management

I was over charged this month for my membership and reached out to management at the Layton Utah location multiple times about this. Took weeks for them to finally say they would help me and that they would get back to about a refund. Nothing became of it so finally I let them know I would be disputing the charge on my account. A couple days later I was charged another 40 dollar fee without being notified which is double what I’m supposed to be paying for my membership. Management has been rude and completely unhelpful.

EOS Fitness Personal trainer

I signed up for personal trainer in EOS fitness center. Then I moved to Orem and contact Orem EOS fitness center and asked them for personal trainer for what I was paying continuously. I didn't like their personal training program because it was just wast of time and money. So I decided to cancel it. I talked two to three times with Trainer: Tayne Eastmond and informed him that I want to cancel this program as my 6 months contract will finish. I gave his advance notice twice and once I talked to one of the fitness manager too, I don't know who was she, but they told me that I will be fine. I asked Traine: Tayne Eastmond that do I need any written notice to give you, he told me that everything is fine. Now it's been two months now they are keep changing me. When I talked to them again about that, they told me that they never got any notice from and when I asked the Trainer: Tayne Eastmond that I told you about two months ago he behaved kind of rude and walked away by inferring like I don't know English that way you missed the instructions. My English is not good but I'm not a stupid. Now I gave them final notice and I have cancelled all of their services. I have very bad experienced at EOS Orem.

EOS Fitness Personal Training.

I first signed up for my membership on 3 February. I got asked by the manager if I wanted to do the personal training and I asked him all the basic questions I get asked when I asked him how much it was. He told me that it was only supposed to be around $11 each session and the canceling would be easy. I only attended one session and then after that, my trainer never scheduled me for another session and never messaged me to schedule one either. after this incident I called to cancel or to put a freeze and they told me that they would do that but they didn’t do any of it and two months later after calling multiple times they have still not canceled my training and it’s really frustrating to me because I got lied to.

EOS Fitness Fitness training at EOS fitness Encinitas CA

I have been a customer of EOS for a number of years. In the last 9 months I have been out of town frequently due to my brother dying from cancer. My bimonthly payment continued and is automatic. I appreciate that Last fall the fitness manager, Brandon stopped my auto pay for 2 months to help me not be paying for a service I wasn’t able to use. I now have 25 1 hour trainings on the books. In addition I list my credit card and fell behind by 3 months on payments.

Here is how I would like to resolve this:

I bring my account current and they give me 3 months without further paying, to use the 25 trainings I have paid for but not used. After 3 months I will continue my payments and training.

EOS Fitness Continuing to charge

I have been trying to cancel my subscriptions for months with no success. I AM STILL BEING BILLED. I have done everything, I've contacted my bank, talked to staff, emailed and my account has still not been deactivated AND I continue to be charged despite not going to the location in over a YEAR. I was diagnosed with cancer and am combatting an eating disorder. I have filled out the cancellation form. I don't know if a backlogged refund is at all possible or if i need to do something else. I apologize for my frustration, but I'm struggling to get by as is and I am not being listened to.
