This is Negative.. Booked a van and confirmed the van for 09:00. They dont have a van. The manager (UMA) will not speak to me. Dontay suggests that this is my Fault, as he has to send someone to get the Van. Sam the assistant manager Kisses her teeth. I will get a van at approx 11:30. I called customer service and spoke with Marina. WOW poor English unable to communicate, I asked multiple times to speak with someone else her manager anyone. she hung up. I called back and spoke with George. Although unable to help he was a shining star for the company. He said he would get Helena (his manager) to call me back still waiting, Oh yep nearly forgot James the Area manager should have called me, still waiting.. So 2 guys on site waiting for me and a van.. I have to pay them and grovel to my client because enterprise who boast 400 branches 150000 vehicles and the best customer services. Zero nada nothing pointless, embarrassing.. Off my Christmas card list.
Recommendation: go some where else, anywhere else, dont give Enterprise your money..
